We just stopped here on our way to Tampa. The food was good, as expected. I ordered a chicken sandwich with a slice of cheese and a large fry. I got a chicken deluxe meal - whatever I didn't mind the tomato or lettuce but didn't want a drink. My concern was the young girl helping. We paid in cash and the look on her face . Our change was supposed to be $80.33. She counted out $81.33 at least 4 times. Then had to call a girl over because she was confused. Three $20's, two $10's and 3 dimes and 3 pennies, then decided to add a $1. I actually felt bad for her, because you don't know what you don't know! By far one of the cleanest, neatest, newest Arby's I've every walked into. The staff was friendly and warm. Very happy to help, even though the cashier was suffering a migraine. Our food was ordered and up, with fresh potato cakes.. in less than 5 minutes. read more

5 STARS FOR THE STAFF abd THEIR SERVICE!!! 0 STARS FOR THE QUALITY OF FISH THEY USE IN THEIR FISH BURGERS. Today we had food from Arby's for lunch. Although they were very busy the drive thru service was good. Employees were friendly and our order was correct. The Fish sandwiches were still warm and had plenty of Tatar sauce. The bun was toasted kinda dark and exactly the way I loved it. The potato cakes were as tasty as I remember and the addition of Arby's sauce and Horseradish sauce was exactly what we requested. I am gong this Arby's 4 Stars. The reason I'm not giving it 5 Stars was because Arby's apparently changed the fish they were using from a few years back and this fish patty was Not Good. It was mostly cornmeal and had zero seasoning and flavor. We had to salt it to make it somewhat edible. What a shame. It's certainly not this Arby's fault. They have no choice to use the food items the Corporation mandates. read more

Not impressed with this place, I ordered two things from the menu (a Gyro Greek and RB Half Pound). The receipt is time stamped at 2:16:29 PM and I received my food at 2:26:19 PM, that's nearly 10 minutes on an "Eat In" order, that's not acceptable. In addition I noticed the counter was empty, while people were waiting, I didn't see a long line in the Drive-Through, just poor time management, in my opinion. In addition, my food was cold, as far as I know it's supposed to be warm-ish. I recommend to bypass this place. read more

So i went to Arbys on 04/28/22 i got tenders and they were cold so i asked for fresh the manager seemed to have an attitude but i paid it no attention because i was calm about the situation he said it'll be 5 minutes the worker comes outside and gives me the " fresh" tenders i bit one and it was raw on the inside only the outside had time to cook the inside didn't i took the bit off piece in the store along with the rest of the tenders showed the manager again didht care ....I'll never eat there again read more

Used to be our favorite sandwich stop, but today--ugh! Outside workmen were in the food prep area pulling down ceiling tiles with insulation falling all over the food! None of these workers were wearing hair nets--see the photo--and they had dirt and fiberglass all over their clothing! I ordered a double meat Rubin they only gave me single meat. I told them I wanted it hot. Took my sandwich back up to the counter I told them it was supposed to be double meat. They weighed it and gave me a new double meat Rubin sandwich, but it was still cold! The was no I'm sorry, kiss my butt or anything! In my opinion this place will soon have a "building for sale or lease " posted in front of it. Bread was hard and employees were in the back playing, cursing and literally slanging food around during preparation. Four customers in the entire restaurant and none of them being locals was a true sign. read more

Service was fast, I was pulling a trailer had to swing wide so speaker couldn't pick me up if it wanted to so I drove straight to the window the cashier was very good prompt and got my order correct. I pretty much eat the same thing at all Arby's..when they have it...Beef Gyro Sandwich..I love Tzatziki sauce and they should offer it for all their Roast beef sandwiches it would make them so much better! Sandwich was thick and meat was good but the THIN SLICED Tomato tasted RANCID I took it off...veggies weren't fresh on that sandwich to me...I stop by this Arby's when I go to VA Hospital in Lake City. read more
