The employees working the line have been instructed to protect corporate interests by skimping on quantity and giving half portions while increasing prices at the same time. Even after waiting in line inside the restaurant I could not get what I paid for. Before ordering a la carte entrees I asked the server if she would be filling the boxes to the top. She said yes and then proceeded to short me on both. When I asked why they weren't full she said "that's the way we do it." The attached photo of the just opened and untouched boxes a few minutes later shows what this Panda Express considers to be full. The honey walnut shrimp carries a higher tab at $16 for 2/3 of a box and the orange chicken did a bit better at $12 for 3/4 of a box, prices rounded up to include part of the tax we paid. As far as flavor goes, the honey walnut shrimp was not crisp or hot even before it was boxed. Much of the soggy breading had been scraped off by the server. The orange chicken was very mild, not spicy as expected from the Panda Express menu symbol for spicy dishes. And the cheese rangoon order we added was cold and flavorless, definitely nothing like crab rangoon from typical Asian restaurants. Another thing I noticed while waiting in the long line was that male customers seem to get much more for their money than female customers do. All of the staff at the time we were there were female themselves, so this phenomenon could be a result of unconscious bias on their part. Two stars for removal of only vegetarian entree - orange tofu. Are you guys insane to offer NO veg options? Other than the limited menu, the greens are fresh and the other meat dishes look excellent. How can you not offer anything vegetarian other than noodles, rice and greens in this day and age? Panda Express is pretty much off my list now. And that orange tofu was really really good. The staff are way too overwhelmed, and if you're the manager of this location you need to rethink how you're running this place! Over 9 dishes empty ! The cooks were running non stop with the orders, and the cycle was completely off. One positive of this night was Christian, who stepped up and got us the orders as we needed them. customer service sucks, they mess up my food quite frequently at this location, I come inside to show them they got my whole order wrong by going to the cashier- she makes me wait while she does this guys order for 4 other men with him, and proceeds to give me a dirty look double checking what I gave back the other lady to show my order was wrong. This location is as good as any other I've been to, in fact better (fresher ingredients) than the one I frequented back in California. Friendly help here, and more seating than I've seen at any other location. My photo only shows a little more than half of it. So a good place to take a big family or after-game group. Other reviews of this store have cited staffing and supply problems, but those have been happening everywhere and will continue to for quite a while, so how about rating businesses based on their doing the best they can in a disrupted and challenged economy? read more

Just waited outside and watched the employee stare at us from inside, ignore us and not respond at the door or drive through when the place wasn't supposed to be closed till 10:30, I checked on multiple websites, google & here. She had 0 reason to ignore us she just seemed to not care at all- this all happened at 10:05-10:15pm.. insane to just ignore people like that.. especially when we drove 25 mins over here and it's one of the only fast food places open. read more

Used Uber Eats and the guy was great. Panda express not so much. Asked for Kung Pao chicken without peanuts, got peanuts, got refried rice asked for shrimp to be put in, it was not. We are new to the area and thought we'd give Panda Express a try. Friendly enough staff, but at 6:20 PM, the height of dinner time, they are out of white rice and all brewed teas. Not a great first impression. When I notify them about the tea, thinking that they would like to know so they could refill the dispenser, I was told plainly that they are just simply out. They don't close until 9:30 PM and they are already out of three items. The food is what one would expect at a Panda Express. I was pleased to find that they serve Beyond orange chicken. The employees were unmasked and their children were eating McDonalds in the lobby. I was told that I could only pick up food from the lobby and I had to use the app to order, which I had no data to download the app so I could not order food. A few employees were closely standing there so obviously they're not practicing Covid restrictions to enforce this stupidity on customers. We left and will NEVER return. read more

I had the pleasure of visiting this store yesterday for a late lunch. I ordered their Beijing Beef and Kung Pao Chicken. I like it spicy. Both were good but the Kung Pao Chicken was utterly delicious and surprisingly spicy for a "mainstream" chain Chinese place. I loved it. But there more to this story: The crew was some of the most friendly and attentive people I've had the pleasure of observing. They looked as if they enjoyed their jobs and that they worked exceptionally well together too. Great experience! read more

I've had food from here three times since the start of the virus trouble, and all three times the food was hot and fresh. When there is a line around the place it's no surprise the food was fresh. The 20$ family meal deal was the best thing around while it lasted. I like the way the company offers a valuable free extra entree with your next visit for doing the survey. Ive ate here here and there tried giving it a chance to be good place but never happened. I got food there one time and it was the last because while eating it it tasted terrible, like it was on a ground that hasnt been cleaned for awhile. I dont know why it tasted like that but it did. I was going to do the drive thru but the line was too long. It was raining and I walked into the building without my mask. The lady behind the counter informed me that I needed to wear a mask to be inside. It was difficult to hear her because there was an obnoxious man informing me SHE doesn't have the right to make me wear a mask. He was so loud and kept repeating himself. He even told me they'd provide one but that it's not the law and they can't make me wear it. He had one on. I just shrugged my shoulders. Went back to my car and returned with my mask on. Well, yep. I had to get in line behind this obnoxious man who tried to engage me in complaining about the stupid rule and that if he wasn't standing in line for his free meal he wouldn't even be there. Because, they can't force you to wear a mask. I just shrugged my shoulders again. It was his turn to order his food. He started yelling at the girl about how stupid this rule is. His mask was pulled down because he couldn't hear her through her mask. Lol She helped him to understand his free meal coupon and proceeded to start serving his meal in the styrofoam package. He again tried to tell her in a very loud voice that he will not be returning anymore because they made him wear his mask. She kindly asked him to put his mask on properly and yelled even louder that he didn't need to and he was never returning. She trie FYI explain the rule and he yelled while stamping his foot; "quit talking now; I'm a customer and I'm always right." She was so calm. She closed the lid on his completed meal and put it aside and kindly told him he could leave. He was so shocked and yelled he was calling the police. Remember this was a free meal. She handed him his coupon back and kindly said "please call the police for us". He was so shocked. He looked around the packed room of customers because he took so long and had to walk out without his meal. She was smooth and professional and kind. I enjoyed watching her in action. read more

Worst good & service ever! No numbers, no trays. Didn't want to give us silverware. Orange chicken cold, fatty, tough, tastless. Chowmein was just cold, tough, cold, long noodles nothing else. We asked for silverware and got forks. Had to go find knives. Asked for soy sauce and were have 2 packages. Went in the ladies room and no toilet paper. $25.00 for 2 meal plus a water and powerade. Upon arriving at the restaurant we were greeted promptly by a smiling employee. The store was clean and the food was plentiful. Our food was cooked well and served hot . The service was great. If they advertise they open at 11:00 they should have everything prepared and ready to go before they open. Unfortunately this place gives me the runs every time, so I try to avoid it.
