I placed an order at 4:30 on Super Bowl Sunday. It was ready when I arrived at 4:50. I did not see any other customers although there was another order on the counter ready for pickup. There are 3 Chinese take out restaurants within 20 minutes of my home. I thought it was about time I tried the third. I checked health inspections and didn't see anything to scare me off, although typically Chinese and Mexican restaurants around here fail badly from time to time. The order was small: egg rolls, pork fried rice, roast pork with snow peas, beef with broccoli, bourbon chicken, roast pork lo mein. On the positive side: the lo mein knocked it out of the park. It was garlicky and loaded with slices of pork along with shredded carrots and small shreds of cabbage. I knew I would love it just based on the aroma. The pork fried rice and beef with broccoli were solid. Nothing stood out, but the taste was what my memory was expecting. The roast pork with snow peas was also outstanding; good sized slices of pork with celery, zucchini, and green pepper along with snow peas. Excellent flavor and heavy on the meat. It almost made me wonder if Monday was "throw out any leftover pork" day. But, that's not fair. It was delicious. We were split on the egg rolls. I liked mine. It was crisp and full of vegetables. My wife was not a fan. Hers, in her judgement, was mushy and lacking in vegetables. Neither of us could identify what meat, if any, was in there. The bourbon chicken was a complete disaster. My first bite was cold. The chicken was dry. At first I thought it lacked flavor. But second and third bites revealed a flavor I did not care for. Something was off. And where was the sweetness? The broccoli in the dish was fine. This is a premium dish. It's a couple bucks more than other chicken offerings. It comes in a larger, fancier container. But, swing and a miss. Embarrassingly so. Oops, Super Bowl Sunday. It was a pick six. And it spoiled an otherwise okay meal. The worker behind the counter (who also took my order on the phone) was friendly. I wasn't there long enough to study cleanliness. No white glove test, no visit to the loo. Maybe next time, if there is one. For now, I guess I will save the extra 4 miles and return to the closest place. read more

I was visiting my parents and wanted to venture to get some good Chinese food. I found China Garden and it reminded me of a Chinese restaurant from home, New Jersey. I don't like Chinese food in California But China Garden had duck sauce so it was a win for me. I ordered General Tso Chicken and it tasted just how I liked it. I ordered a small with fried rice. The fried rice was delicious. I will absolutely go back when I'm back in town. The food was authentic. The food was made fresh. There's plenty of options. The price was perfect. The inside was clean. The staff was able to help me with my request. You can see them cooking as well. Plenty of options to sit. Plenty of parking spaces because it's in the plaza with Publix, Popeyes and other stores. read more

This ragged-looking Chinese food place is a mess. From behind a dirty plexiglass barrier, an employee asked what we wanted as we first walked in the door. The entrance also could use some Windex. As we waited for our meals, an argument broke out between a customer riding a mobility scooter and the employee. Apparently, he felt slighted when the employee served someone else as he gazed at the menu. He stormed out upset. Then the employee thought my Wife and I needed to hear her side of the story. We did not. Between customers, the front-end employee and the cook, conducted a loud conversation in Chinese in the dining room. It wasn't conducive to a nice, quiet lunch. I liked my chicken and broccoli. Wife thought hers was too salty. We are not coming back, primarily due to the ghetto-like atmosphere. read more

I had a serious craving for some Chinese food, specifically, bourbon chicken. So, I went to this restaurant and placed a to go order of bourbon chicken with fried rice and a side of noodles. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was clean, which is important to me. It only took about ten minutes to get my order. When I got home, I was surprised to see that it came in a really nice, reusable container. Bonus points for that. I'm not sure my chicken was bourbon chicken, but it was quite tasty. I really enjoyed my rice and noodles too. The order came with an egg roll, of which I am not a fan of. So, my husband tried it for me and said it was very good. I got 2 Dinners (1 house lomein & garlic shrimp and 1 house lomein & orange chicken) was $28 & I had to heat up my meal cause it was cold inside and it was very watery & too spicy more than usual and it was not enough food! We bought General Tso chicken today and Chicken and Shrimp. The rice was sticky and not dry. Was very tasty. The only thing we didn't touch was the soup because it was very yellow.... bathroom toilet also needs some cleaning, suggest the 409 toilet cleaner with those nozzles that get under the rings, if not hire a cleaner once a week to help you. read more

Terrible customer service. We picked up food while at a dr nearby. I ordered my food without mushrooms and when we got home, there were mushrooms in it.. We do not live nearby so when I called , they told me to bring it back and then they would remake it. I told them I don't live nearby but my daughter works near there so she could pick up the remade order after work but they said no. Unless I drive 20 minutes back to return it, they won't make it right. We will never give them our business again. They must know they didn't make mine without mushrooms but tell me they can't trust my word alone. read more

I just came from eating at China One Chinese Restaurant. DON'T EAT AT THIS PLACE. My co worker ordered an Egg Drop Soup. The Fried Noodles were old. My co worker took one spoon, wanted a new soup because she dumped the entire bag in the soup. The guy at the counter went to tell the Asian Lady Cook and she said no. The Asian Guy cook came from the kitchen like he wanted to confront my co worker. She asked for a new soup and explained about the Noodles, he said NO he's not replacing the Soup. My co worker asked for a refund and they said NO refund. The Asian Lady told my co worker to take the soup off her counter, You can't leave it here. The Asian Lady kept looking back to see if the soup was still there. This is unacceptable. The guy who was running the counter finally threw the soup away. Customer Service has gone to hell in a basket. The people at this Chinese Restaurant was very rude. You have people coming to spend money at your business, you barely can understand them but you can't replace a soup. I won't be back. read more

Went to get a pick up order and they tried to give me reheated food. So I said no, I didn't want it and let. The female owner followed me to the parking lot and kept screaming at me and not in English. I felt she might attack me....her daughter had to pull her back into the store. I have eaten at this place for several years and have never experienced road rage in the parking lot over a $10 order. This woman was out of control. I will never, never, never eat there again. Been here several times and the quality have seemed to go down lately. Some items are just ok, but over all this is not good quality Chinese food. I asked for bean sprouts to be put in my fried rice, but they don't have any. I thought all Chinese restaurants are supposed to have bean sprouts. General tso chicken is too greasy and mushy. I love curry chicken from Chinese restaurants. I got a large which usually will feed me 2 times. Here it gave me only 1 serving but cost the same as a large elsewhere. They also served the curry over fried rice instead of white rice. Very strange and the curry didn't taste very good either. I won't be returning. read more

Second time ordering from them and second time they messed up our order! This time my wife picked up the food on her way home and got home to find they didn't include our sweet and sour sauce for our sweet and sour chicken. When we had to drive back to get it, all they offered for our inconvenience was a free can of soda! When I told her that wasn't going to cut it she told me she didn't know what else I really wanted! According to "When Harry Met Sally" I'm the worst kind of "High Maintenance woman" ...I think I'm low maintenance but I'm actually high maintenance. And like Sally, I like things the way I like them and since I'm a good cook, I hate eating out because I like the food I make better than almost anywhere else. Plus, I don't like plastic nor aluminum. But today was a particularly hectic day with a sick cat, so I stayed home with the cat while my husband went here for take out. I asked him to see if they had General Tso's tofu. It's just like General Tso's Chicken but with tofu. It's totally yummy! Though it was not a menu item, they gladly made it (for $1 more) AND they gladly put it in my glass dish which my husband brought along. (I told you I was high maintenance, right?) And while my food had almost no vegetables (they should have just left it out), the tofu was fabulous and their 'can do' attitude was even better, which always wins Brownie points in my book. All in all, we'll be going back and I highly recommend it! And if you go and you like sweet and spicy, try the General Tso's Tofu - just ask them to make it like General Tso's Chicken but with tofu. It was soooo good!! (But tell them "no vegetables". It was a waste of good space where more yummy tofu could have fit!) In case you're wondering, My husband got the chicken with mixed vegetables and the House special Mei Fun. Both were delicious (I tried them, too). I really liked the Mei Fun. I like spicy and the Mei Fun was a great mix of flavors with the extra thin pasta (similar to angel hair pasta). read more

My husband made the phone he put it on speakerphone, I could here the woman that answered yelling. Upset that he even asked if they deliver, they don't. We order they same things every time. He hangs up the phone, "wow that lady is Rude! she didn't asked for my name or anything! She just hung up on me!" I'm actually surprised he came home with everything he asked for. Oh the General Tso's that I got was just HOT no flavor, just like they poured hot sauce on it. Why do they have to be so Rude? They have a very very rude and out of control teenage daughter who was witnessed by many on 4/6/13 making mistakes then screaming at the customer for her mistakes, She shoved my wifes and mother in laws food accross the counter making it fall on the floor also a senior couple came in and the wife told her husband to order the food and she would be right back as she was going next door well the owner was at the counter screaming at customers due to his daughters mistakes so the senior citizen man sat down at a table to wait for the owner to stop screaming at customers when the owners daughter barge up to him screaming he cannot sit there at a table.
