I would need to go all the way back to my days of interacting with Tune Warner Cable to find a comparable experience in terms of horrible customer service. The woman at the register came off very angry for some reason and was argumentative beyond belief in my view, to the point where I contacted the third party order service and cancelled my order since Benny's hadn't even put my order into the system, let alone started making my order even though I arrived right at the 6pm scheduled pick up time. 100% fail on all counts and I will be sure to let everyone know about the argumentative and unprofessional nature I encountered so that others hopefully do not have to waste their time like I did. Your experience may vary of course, but for me Benny's of La Plata was a complete and total bust that would only be worth their current 4.7 star rating, if the scale was from 1-100.
