Dorothy D was amazing and nice. I came in and they didn't have any of the items I wanted. She reassured me that they would be made fresh and not to worry. I waited and food was really good quality. Dorothy made my plate and the food was organized and placed good. The portions were good size, sometimes I go to pandas and they really don't organize and give you inconsistent sizes. I come to this store regularly, there always seem to be some issue, that needs to be addressed at this location. Why are your chicken eggrolls now always seem to be over cooked, and nearly burnt? It doesn't take that much, to fryer eggrolls golden brown, instead of burnt brown! This means that whoever is frying these eggrolls, is not paying attention to what they are doing or don't really care how they come out, which is very disheartening and disappointing. read more

Panda Express.... It used to not be something I would go to but after traveling with my twin nieces my mind has changed. The food here was what one would expect with Panda Express. However, the service great!!!! Not only did they give us huge portions with our plates but I got an extra side of orange chicken because when I originally ordered the orange chicken they were out. I switched to teriyaki chicken because I didn't want to wait for the orange chicken so as I was checking out the guy behind the counter brought me fresh orange chicken!!! Bonus!!!!! Came in with a spontaneous order of 31 entrees and drinks. The entire Team came together and pumped the food out flawlessly. Their level of communication and teamwork is wildly impressive! And not one of them looked annoyed or irritated, one of the ladies even got excited because of the sudden spike in sales! Kudos to the Management Team for fostering an environment where these work ethics can thrive and the Team Members can be passionate about what they do! Two individuals, Roger and Christian, even went above-and-beyond by jumping in to help me fill all 31 drinks. They set up an assembly line amongst themselves and insisted they help me get it done. Roger suggested I bag the cup holders to prevent a mishap on the drive that I absolutely loved. Then they both helped load up the car without me even asking. It features a great interior space, feels upscale, and even features a Tea Bar. This review focuses ONLY on the Tea Bar. My Overall Rating - 3 1/2 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Not only is this is nicest Panda Express I have been too, it's the nicest casual restaurant I've been too. There are nice wood seating, comfortable couches (for tea drinkers), and even features flat screen TVs that separate the Tea bar from the main dining area. The entire space features tasteful Asian influenced design. Kudos to whoever designed this space as it's an awesome way to differentiate them from other restaurants. 1 Star. Service - There is a separate staff that manages the Tea Bar, and on our visit they were very welcoming and helpful. We were invited to sample a number of teas, the recently cooked boba, and the lychee. We were also given a tour of how the Tea Bar works. They were very helpful and friendly. 1 Star. Food (Tea) - First & foremost, be sure you adjust the amount of syrup they put in. Let me start there because our initial samples were way too sweet. We ended up reducing the syrup to 50% and it was still sweet. That being said, their fruit teas (mango & raspberry) were very fragrant and had enough tart to balance out the sweetness. The oolong & milk teas were a bit bland for my tastes. I didn't get as much "Tea" flavor as I would have liked. Both boba & lychee were great additions - I will saw the boba was cooked perfectly. Bottom line is the fruit teas are good but a bit sweet and the traditional teas were a bit bland. I didn't see an option for slushes. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Maybe. I still prefer Fat Straws for my drinks, but this Panda Express is super nice. They really did an incredible job with the space. Not sure I'd come back for the drinks specifically, but if you live or work in Irving you need to check them out. 1/2 Star. I am giving Panda Express three stars since it is Fast Foot. However, this location is a little more upscale. It has a lot of traffic since it is next door to India 101. The interior is well built out. The food has been fresh the several times we have gone in the evenings on Friday and Saturday. We have not been to this location during the busy Business Lunch Crowd time. The Kung Pao Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Mixed Vegetables, and Spring Roll were all tasty with out being too salty. This does not compare to Authentic Chinese Food. But the food is fresh, tasty, and fast. We will come back again. read more

I have been here on several occasions giving them more opportunities but every time they seem to mess up and order, give the wrong order, charge the wrong price, or they are out of food items. On this last occasion they even had a sign posted their water was cut off and they were just serving whatever food they had left. I don't know how the employees can wash their hands or wash dishes, etc with no water - yet they will stay open and serve customers. FIrst time visiting a Panda Express Drive Thru. Luckily I'm familiar with the way they build a plate so I had some idea of how to order before I drove up to the menu board. The ordering was a little slow as they were not ready to take my order at first and I waited almost a minute. I ordered my usual orange chicken and mushroom chicken. It was odd being told they were out of Pepsi during the middle of a lunch rush. So I'm a bit in the hyper mode with a caffeine rush at the moment as I ordered Mountain Dew as a replacement. The food was packaged well, but they really shouldn't toss in stained condiment packages from a leaky package. The food was good and tasted like all of the other Panda Express food I've ordered over the years. The food is always standardized so you know what you are getting which is good. This review is for the service. I went there one night about 2 hours before closing. Ordered a plate and an iced tea. However, we found out they were out of the tea when we tried to fill the cup up and they just flat out told us that they are not making another pot because they don't want to end up having to throw the remaining away. Understandable-ISH, however, I would have appreciated if they had let us know that when we ordered (we specifically told them that we wanted an iced tea). Secondly, they could have offered us a refund on the tea or something else but they did not. I would hate to be stuck in drive through here on a busy day. With a small, yet slow paced line they somehow still managed to get my order wrong. I ordered a plate and for my two entrees I ordered honey walnut shrimp which is extra! And chicken teriyaki. Mind this, I just came all the way from another Panda Express which was about a 15 minute drive due to the fact they were out of walnut shrimp. Of course, I got my teriyaki but instead of honey walnut shrimp I got honey sesame chicken instead. This would be understandable if they were busy and had a rush but by the dryness of the food I could tell there was no rush... Employees have been generally friendly, and because it is new, it has been pretty clean. Note - because this is a new establishment, it has been extremely busy all the time. I would refrain from dining during peak hours if possible. Additionally, in my few times of going here, I noticed you get more food if you stand in line, versus drive through.
