I really like this panda express. I went in tonight when they were fairly busy with the dinner rush. I didn't have to wait too long and it looked like the manager was helping and took my order. When I was waiting I noticed the cook said something along the lines of "chow mein up", One of the other employees grabbed it and said "thank you", And the cook replied "of course". To me it seemed very professional and nice, A good feeling to get my food there. When I got home the food was delicious, Beijing beef and Kung pao chicken with fried rice and super greens! read more

We love this location! The service is usually exceptional and everyone is great. We just went through the drive through and Gabriela helped us tonight, and we were not happy. She was so rude, was giving us dirty looks, and acted like everything was a major inconvenience. Not the kind of service we usually get. The other girls working continued to look at us through the window, laugh and give dirty looks as well. Can we have our nice panda employees back please? they are great! read more

I went through the drive thru because I have kids in the car. Well when I check my food, it was wrong. It was chow main instead of fried rice. I didn't want to get both kids out to go inside to fix it so I just dealt. Well I've been to a lot of panda expresses, but I have never had such bland food. I love the broccoli beef, but it has no taste at this one. Would not reccomend. read more

We use the online ordering to expedite pick up and to use the coupons available. They give you a specific time for pick up. The first time it took less than 2 minutes for my husband to get the food. The second time they were late a few minutes and handed me a cup for free soda and apologized for the delay. Amazing service especially since I didn't even noticed the extra minutes I waited. Thank you! read more

Love me some honey walnut shrimp. What I don't like is a dirty lobby. That's why I'm giving this a 4 star.

I'm done giving this Main St in Hesperia Panda Express chances, every single time I go it gets worse and worse! The quality is horrible, like the food sits all day under a heat lamp, what a complete waste of money! read more

This company is into shaming it's customers into donating their change to their causes. Today they not only asked me three times, but than kept the change anyway. read more

I ordered the Family meal the green bean chicken was all green beans and 2 small pieces of chicken. I ordered on line. When I got to the window a girl that was dressed in all black like a manager. She pushed the meal all six boxes at me at one time one little bag and I almost dropped it. She said nothing the window closed that's it. So I tried to get the other girls attention and she called the other girl back around. I asked her for more Soy sauce please she gave me 3 for a FAMILY MEAL!!! So I started to ask for more and with her ugly face she said I don't know what you want. Someone like her needs to be home and not working with people. If asking for Soy Sauce sets her off what's next?? What happens when a kid asks her for a napkin it's going to be the end of the world. I need a phone number for a corporate office. Horrible customer service what a witch. read more

So we just left this place and the girl could never get our order right over the drive thru. So we pull up to the window to tell her our order.. She tells us she can't take our order and tells us to go around again.. This is freaken ridiculous get your system together!!! read more

The line moved quickly but the food tastes old & stale. The whole meal tastes like it's been just sitting out all day. Absolutely disgusting

Check your order before you leave with food. Been to this location several times over the past yet now that you can't go in an watch them make your meal we were shorted a egg roll, had 3 small pieces of chicken in teriyaki bowl, worst meal i ever received from this location. Learned our lesson to check order before leaving location read more

I have came to this Panda Express a few times and everything is so fresh and staff is absolutely amazing and very friendly. I went through the drive thru with exceptional service. read more

The workers were welcoming and professional with smiles and they served me and my kids good portions not like some other Panda Express restaurants where they give you really small portions. Nice and clean inside. read more

I come here periodically, I always get parked. Which I'm actually totally okay with because my chicken is fresh. However, today I ordered my son a teriyaki chicken kids meal with the sauce on the side... What I received was disgusting. The chicken was so old and hard. It actually looked like beef jerky. How do you serve this?!? Let alone to a child! So disappointed. When I called to talk to someone, the manager sounded like she didn't even care. Makes me really think about what kind of standards they have. read more

Poor Customer service in the drive thru, gal kept closing the window door on me when I was trying to talk to her . Asked for double Chow Mein versus half and half with rice , got one little scoop of Chow Mein. Chicken entrees had practically NO chicken with tiny portions . Missing full on entrees , when I was told by rude drive thru girl that everything was there. My fault I should of checked . Was lied to and ripped off !! I wouldn't spend a dime there ! read more

They really need to put the smarter, sharper people in the window at the drive thru. It's a real pain to go THRU THE DRIVE THRU AND THE HAVE TO GO INSIDE to get the rest of your order that the dummy forgot. Why do they even have a drive thru? You just can't get good help these days read more

The customer service was fantastic. Elinda went out of her way to provide us with the best service. Thank you Elinda for your efforts.

We just got dinner here and got the worst service we have every experienced. Lee will not be going back to this location.

the reason why I graded them so low is because I have been there 4 diff times. Dinning in and drive thur. Everytime I have gone we order orange chicken, everytime it is dry and burnt. The first time I figured first day training so I would give it another round. Yes the speed is fast I haven't waited any longer then 5 min the drive. Yes they are very friendly but quality needs to improve. read more

This place is design so well. A nice little eye sore for being the in the dessert. It smells amazing every time you drive in the area. Great service, the good is always great! read more

I don't mind Panda Express. It's the same thing same taste over all. Surprisingly, the Kung Pao Chicken and Chow Mein taste very different than other Panda store. I had to go to the counter to tell the manager how great the taste is. . Also, they have Hot and Sour Soup at this location. The place is clean and the deco is nice too. It sounds just crazy.. I order extra soup and chow mein to take away. :D read more

You get what you get when going to drive through box Chinese fast food, I knew I wasn't going to get a 5 star meal in a drive through, but this was even below my already low expectations. The orange chicken tasted like it had been under the warmers for a few hours and the egg rolls were soggy. Needless to say, I'll not be back. The staff was friendly though. That's why they get 2 stars instead of 1. read more

Best Panda Express in my area, fresh veggies, good entrees, friendly service. I drive thru weekly, the cook obviously takes pride in his food. read more

Good food but the service sucks, especially in the drive-thru. The staff seem to be in their teens and really don't care to say hello or be courteous at all. I never receive everything that comes with my order. Last time I went there I sat at the window forever and no one even came to get my payment. Finally, they just gave me the total and practically pushed the food bag into my car and shut the window, no thank you or sorry for the wait or even a hello. Did not get teriyaki sauce for teriyaki chicken or any fortune cookies. I felt lucky to actually get soy sauce this time. They were not busy, no one sitting inside and no one behind me in the drive-thru. read more

Worst Panda Express ever. 3 tries and three times it took 30mins or more to get drive thru food. Could of had sit down food for that. When I get the food half a s cold and the other half rushed and not good. read more

This order was through the Drive Thru. I ordered a medium ala carte box of Wok-Fired Shrimp. I was asked if I minded waiting for a few minutes and to pull around front. So I did. It was a long wait, ten minutes or more. When I got home and opened the box of Wok Fired Shrimp there wasn't even 3/4 of the box filled inside. It was supposed to be both my lunch and dinner since I won't have a chance to get anything else today. Now I don't have dinner. Disappointed. And will be hungry tonight. read more

I'd love to.say its just this panda that is lack luster but all the selection is very small and taste isn't much better. Very bland. Positive is there service is very nice so that's a plus but overall very lack luster for all the hype read more

Sorry but when dinner meals are actually smaller than the same exact order than lunch and when ordering inside and have to wait because someone didn't keep the Crispy Shrimp replenished and had to wait for them after paying for them and ask the server when they 'brought the crispy shrimp' "Are those Crispy Shrimp" and was assured that they were and turned out they were "Egg Rolls" and then the Orange Chicken in one servint had bone in the chicken, I'll never go back and would not recommend. Also, when you walk up to the counter to order you are asked if you would like to sample something so not having the "Crispy Shrimp" and they had been recommended by a friend was denied because "we don't let you sample the shrimp".... I took a shot and ordered and (see above)never did get to try it. read more

food there is good. The only bad thing is that when I am in the Drive thru, I cant hear the cashier since they built that car wash nextdoor but that is beyond their control. read more

I went to this Panda Express tonight and they literally forgot my food. I got home with it and all that was in the box was rice. No mushroom chicken, no shrimp. read more

The service here is terrible. After making us wait while they dealt with problem customers they took our order and then proceeded to do the drive thru orders not ours. We watched as the rice got cold and then we left. The food is only ok so we will never be back. Bad service+ok food=forget it. read more

Waited for fresh teriyaki and then they didn't put it in. I saw them cut it and apparently put it in someone else's meal. Thanks. Drove all the way from silver lakes and you don't add something I effing paid for. What a joke. read more

Ok so this like the 5th time I have been here and I would say that at least 4 of the 5 times they have been completely out of vegis u would think that one of the 5 people would notice that not asking for much just keep the vegis in wow gave a 2 star because at least she was nice read more

I had one bad experience here several months ago, but yesterday's visit was like a whole new Panda. I was greeted by Chakman, who was pleasant and professional. My order was spot on and fresh. Hilda was the cashier who was also pleasant and professional. Two young men, one named Danny, were cooking and cleaning as they worked. The restaurant was extremely clean and shiny and looked brand new. Everyone was wearing uniforms that looked freshly pressed. The employees seemed very happy to be there. Anyway, I had a great experience. Thank you Panda!!! read more

Just stopped in to grab a quick bite but had to use the restroom first. The bathroom was occupied by an employee and when the girl walked out it was obvious she hadn't washed her hands before going back to work because the sink was dry and while I stood at the restroom door waiting to use it I didn't hear the air hand dryer going either. ( the bathroom had no other hand drying option) turns out she was wearing a green uniform shirt and all the others were wearing red. I'm assuming she was a manager and should know better. What made it worse is that she was the one that served my food. Im not so sure I'm all that hungry anymore. Ilk! read more

Yesterday I went to order a family feast for my family for Valentine's Day. I knew it was already super busy everywhere and didn't want to wait to eat. As I walked in I was greeted by the employees and welcomed. Scarlet was helping me with my order. She was super sweet and friendly. Scarlet got my order together quick and had an upbeat attitude. I was very pleased with my experience yesterday. Awesome employee read more
