We use the online ordering to expedite pick up and to use the coupons available. They give you a specific time for pick up. The first time it took less than 2 minutes for my husband to get the food. The second time they were late a few minutes and handed me a cup for free soda and apologized for the delay. Amazing service especially since I didn't even noticed the extra minutes I waited. She pushed the meal all six boxes at me at one time one little bag and I almost dropped it. She said nothing the window closed that's it. So I tried to get the other girls attention and she called the other girl back around. I asked her for more Soy sauce please she gave me 3 for a FAMILY MEAL!!! So I started to ask for more and with her ugly face she said I don't know what you want. Someone like her needs to be home and not working with people. However, today I ordered my son a teriyaki chicken kids meal with the sauce on the side... What I received was disgusting. The chicken was so old and hard. It actually looked like beef jerky. the reason why I graded them so low is because I have been there 4 diff times. Dinning in and drive thur. Everytime I have gone we order orange chicken, everytime it is dry and burnt. I don't mind Panda Express. It's the same thing same taste over all. Surprisingly, the Kung Pao Chicken and Chow Mein taste very different than other Panda store. I had to go to the counter to tell the manager how great the taste is. . Also, they have Hot and Sour Soup at this location. The place is clean and the deco is nice too. It sounds just crazy.. Good food but the service sucks, especially in the drive-thru. The staff seem to be in their teens and really don't care to say hello or be courteous at all. I never receive everything that comes with my order. Last time I went there I sat at the window forever and no one even came to get my payment. Finally, they just gave me the total and practically pushed the food bag into my car and shut the window, no thank you or sorry for the wait or even a hello. Did not get teriyaki sauce for teriyaki chicken or any fortune cookies. I felt lucky to actually get soy sauce this time. This order was through the Drive Thru. I ordered a medium ala carte box of Wok-Fired Shrimp. I was asked if I minded waiting for a few minutes and to pull around front. So I did. It was a long wait, ten minutes or more. When I got home and opened the box of Wok Fired Shrimp there wasn't even 3/4 of the box filled inside. It was supposed to be both my lunch and dinner since I won't have a chance to get anything else today. Now I don't have dinner. Disappointed. And will be hungry tonight. read more

Sorry but when dinner meals are actually smaller than the same exact order than lunch and when ordering inside and have to wait because someone didn't keep the Crispy Shrimp replenished and had to wait for them after paying for them and ask the server when they 'brought the crispy shrimp' "Are those Crispy Shrimp" and was assured that they were and turned out they were "Egg Rolls" and then the Orange Chicken in one servint had bone in the chicken, I'll never go back and would not recommend. Also, when you walk up to the counter to order you are asked if you would like to sample something so not having the "Crispy Shrimp" and they had been recommended by a friend was denied because "we don't let you sample the shrimp".... I had one bad experience here several months ago, but yesterday's visit was like a whole new Panda. I was greeted by Chakman, who was pleasant and professional. My order was spot on and fresh. Hilda was the cashier who was also pleasant and professional. Two young men, one named Danny, were cooking and cleaning as they worked. The restaurant was extremely clean and shiny and looked brand new. Everyone was wearing uniforms that looked freshly pressed. The employees seemed very happy to be there. Just stopped in to grab a quick bite but had to use the restroom first. The bathroom was occupied by an employee and when the girl walked out it was obvious she hadn't washed her hands before going back to work because the sink was dry and while I stood at the restroom door waiting to use it I didn't hear the air hand dryer going either. ( the bathroom had no other hand drying option) turns out she was wearing a green uniform shirt and all the others were wearing red. I'm assuming she was a manager and should know better.
