So...Panda Express. You should know what to expect right? Decent flavor, skinny noodles, an ok experience...overall pretty solid. Not this one. This was with out a doubt the worst food I've ever had. Beijing beef was hard as a rock and dry. No meat...all crusty dry...crust. Noodles were a soggy mess that was likely sitting out for an hour. Orange chicken wasn't even orange. Got in there waited 20 minutes to be place my order In those 20 minutes i saw the manager staring me down and walking around like a headless chicken, clueless and looking for something else to do. There was 3 people working on drive through one of them was just staring at me while serving food for drive thru, they had served like 6 cars before getting to me. She repeated my order 5 times and harassed me several times to donate my change to different things and still got my order wrong. Well, I just came to order food. I tried being nice and said thank you. Their customer service is terrible, they looked at me like they had a problem, I was going to let it slide but then the unfortunate thing happened, I spilled my water on accident, I told the girl, she was taking care of it, I told her "Im sorry" she just ignored me and didnt ask to fill my cup again... This one on Main St. gave the absolute WORST service ever today. 15 min in line & cashier repeats 3x "give me a second" & still didn't take the order. I had to drive up for it. Then she says pull over & we will bring it out. Then after 10 min I go in & manager claims "we're making fresh" & then drops the noodles. (Plenty in bowls). It was like 20 employees all on drugs just standing around. I tell him 30 min @ drive thru. I definitely don't recommend this location. It was a seriously bad experience. Yesterday, my boyfriend and I decided to come here... We went through the drive-thru. They said we had to wait for a few minutes and told us to park out front and they will bring us our order. I ordered steamed rice with Beef and Broccoli and Sweet Fire Chicken. Well... The steamed rice was still half raw (how did they manage to mess up steamed rice w a rice cooker?) and the broccoli (maybe they shouldve gave me a side of ranch to go with it?) tasted like it came straight from a veggie tray. My boyfriend, he ordered half fried rice and half chow mein with Beijing Beef, Orange Chicken and Sweet Fire Chicken. He also ordered an order of 3 chicken egg rolls. The Beijing beef was SUPER dry and crunchy like overcooked kettle chips (there was hardly and beef) and the egg rolls were borderline burnt.... I ordered the family meal yesterday and got orange chicken, beef and broccoli and sizzling shrimp, noodles and fried rice. The shrimp was tasty and had plenty of shrimp for the price and I was quite happy with that. The orange chicken and beef and broccoli were less desirable. The last few times I've ordered orange chicken it has been very vinegar forward and less sweet than normal, but the portion is good. The beef and broccoli on the other hand should be renamed just broccoli and actually uncooked broccoli would better describe the dish I received. Very hard uncooked broccoli with large stems and maybe a spoonful of beef total in the whole container. I normally get the Beijing beef, but that had gone downhill too. I loved getting food from this place until I got food poisoning a couple days ago. I got the Black pepper chicken and chow mein. Had me puking for 12 hours straight. Thought I was going to die. Good food and good service. The facilities are incredibly clean. The workers were a bit busy but they were friendly and greeted up upon entering. The food was very fresh specially the chow mein and rice. The proteins were fresh as well but not as yummy as the sides. Overall if I ever come this way again I will visit them one more time. It is a nice restaurant, located on Main Street in Hesperia. The meals, just like at any Panda Express, were delicious. The price are the same, just as with any Panda Express restaurant. I really like this panda express. I went in tonight when they were fairly busy with the dinner rush. I didn't have to wait too long and it looked like the manager was helping and took my order. When I was waiting I noticed the cook said something along the lines of "chow mein up", One of the other employees grabbed it and said "thank you", And the cook replied "of course". I used to love this place. I went through the drive through and felt rushed by the order taker. The teriyaki chicken was burned and they didn't have any teriyaki sauce.
