This Panda has to be the WORST of them all! I have tried to give them the benefit of doubt so many times but NOPE they are the worst!!! I was so looking forward to the Almond Chicken, no sure what I got, I think someone forgot to cut the chicken and put Almonds on it! What a waste of 8 bucks!!! read more

So...Panda Express. You should know what to expect right? Decent flavor, skinny noodles, an ok experience...overall pretty solid. Not this one. This was with out a doubt the worst food I've ever had. Beijing beef was hard as a rock and dry. No meat...all crusty dry...crust. Noodles were a soggy mess that was likely sitting out for an hour. Orange chicken wasn't even orange. All in all terrible and I won't be revisiting this one. read more

Got in there waited 20 minutes to be place my order In those 20 minutes i saw the manager staring me down and walking around like a headless chicken, clueless and looking for something else to do. There was 3 people working on drive through one of them was just staring at me while serving food for drive thru, they had served like 6 cars before getting to me. Meanwhile the woman I had seen serving food before sitting at the register with another worker again not doing anything. Seriously they need to work on customer service, it's just sad. Oh and the food sucked too. read more

When I say everytime I go here my chow mein is burnt, I mean everytime! The manager wanted to swap rice for it, she admitted that all of the chow mein is scorched. They need a new wok person. read more

Omg I am livid. Yelp really needs to let you leave 0 stars because this location deserves nothing more. Horrible service horrible management. I don't expect much from Panda Express but they really set the bar low here. The manager Gaby was rude and left me waiting 30 minutes in the lobby while she tried to resolve my issue. No apology, no updates. read more

NO STARS. Lindsey is an air head who can't get an order right to save her life. She repeated my order 5 times and harassed me several times to donate my change to different things and still got my order wrong. I asked for extra sauce at the window and she cut me off and yelled it was in the bag already. Is the sauce packets coming out of her pay check!? Because she was acting like a sauce nazi! I called about 10 times to tell them my order was wrong and no one answered. Finally on the 10th time Robert the manager answered and offered to fix my meal but it was too late I was already home. I opened the bowl and there was 4 pieces of broccoli and 2 little pieces of beef. Pathetic! I suggest going to A1 GRILL TERIYAKI AND ROLL off bear valley. Better food for the price. read more

I ordered a plate with half and half and the rice was bland and so hard (I couldn't eat it)and my sides were orange chicken and Pepper steak. Chicken was good and so was my 2 pieces of steak. I had more vegetables on my plate and only 2 small pieces of steak. Hopefully they can step their game up read more

Well, I just came to order food. I tried being nice and said thank you. Their customer service is terrible, they looked at me like they had a problem, I was going to let it slide but then the unfortunate thing happened, I spilled my water on accident, I told the girl, she was taking care of it, I told her "Im sorry" she just ignored me and didnt ask to fill my cup again... Maybe they're going through their period. I just left with 2 dollars wasted on a large ice water. Probably wont come back here. Unless their customer service is fixed read more

Very fresh, fast service! Can't complain and will be back! Freshest chow mein I've had in awhile

Love the drive thru option. The staff is always courteous. My only complaint is the portions. Small portions for a high price. The building itself is unique though. read more

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I decided to come here... We went through the drive-thru. They said we had to wait for a few minutes and told us to park out front and they will bring us our order. I ordered steamed rice with Beef and Broccoli and Sweet Fire Chicken. Well... The steamed rice was still half raw (how did they manage to mess up steamed rice w a rice cooker?) and the broccoli (maybe they shouldve gave me a side of ranch to go with it?) tasted like it came straight from a veggie tray. My boyfriend, he ordered half fried rice and half chow mein with Beijing Beef, Orange Chicken and Sweet Fire Chicken. He also ordered an order of 3 chicken egg rolls. The Beijing beef was SUPER dry and crunchy like overcooked kettle chips (there was hardly and beef) and the egg rolls were borderline burnt.... Plus they forgot the sweet and sour sauce :( To top it all off... The food made our stomachs hurt and gave me the runs (sorry for the T.M.I. ) read more

The foods look clean love most of the foods. They're pretty much busy a long wait for foods sometimes but that's fine you won't regret. The price is so good. Love Panda Express. read more

This one on Main St. gave the absolute WORST service ever today. 15 min in line & cashier repeats 3x "give me a second" & still didn't take the order. I had to drive up for it. Then she says pull over & we will bring it out. Then after 10 min I go in & manager claims "we're making fresh" & then drops the noodles. (Plenty in bowls). It was like 20 employees all on drugs just standing around. I tell him 30 min @ drive thru. I definitely don't recommend this location. It was a seriously bad experience. And "NO" this had nothing to do with Covid. It's poor management, lack of work ethics and customer appreciation. read more

Wish I could do no stars. Did an online order so that I wouldn't have to sit in the mile long line in drive thru and when my food is ready I had to sit in drive try anyways. What a joke when I called she asked me if I wanted to place a catering order? If I did would that be threw the drive thru too? U can place a catering order and pick it up but u can't do online and pick it up???? So u r following state guidelines when u feel like it? Needed a change from burgers so we decided on Panda. I ordered Beef Broccoli and was so disappointed to find that except for 3 little crowns all of the rest of the broccoli was hard as rock stems. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was very good though. We will not be eating here again. read more

I loved getting food from this place until I got food poisoning a couple days ago. I got the Black pepper chicken and chow mein. Had me puking for 12 hours straight. Thought I was going to die. You might be thinking how I know it was Panda Express that made me sick. Well, it was the only thing I had eaten since breakfast. Had it for dinner around 5 pm. Woke up at 1am thinking I was dying, half debating going to the emergency room. I've eaten from this place a few times with no problems. But this experience will deter me from ever eating fast Chinese again. read more

Although the family meal is a great deal I am not very impressed with the quality lately. I ordered the family meal yesterday and got orange chicken, beef and broccoli and sizzling shrimp, noodles and fried rice. The shrimp was tasty and had plenty of shrimp for the price and I was quite happy with that. The orange chicken and beef and broccoli were less desirable. The last few times I've ordered orange chicken it has been very vinegar forward and less sweet than normal, but the portion is good. The beef and broccoli on the other hand should be renamed just broccoli and actually uncooked broccoli would better describe the dish I received. Very hard uncooked broccoli with large stems and maybe a spoonful of beef total in the whole container. I normally get the Beijing beef, but that had gone downhill too. Panda please take pride in your food and bring back the deliciousness you are known for. Thank you from a avid patron. read more

It is a nice restaurant, located on Main Street in Hesperia. The meals, just like at any Panda Express, were delicious. The price are the same, just as with any Panda Express restaurant. It has been a while since I had Panda Express and now I know why. The food is a little pricy for the portion you get but more so the quality of the food is below my expectations. I used to love this place. I went through the drive through and felt rushed by the order taker. The teriyaki chicken was burned and they didn't have any teriyaki sauce. The chow mien was dry and reminded me of top ramen in the brick package. The orange chicken was the best of 6 entres we tried. I only went back today because my wife wanted to give them another try.
