This location has been tanking for some time now. Six months ago they had a great manager (older man) who was excellent. Now service could not be worse. I went for lunch today and they had noodles and one dish out. That was it. There was a line of 10 people and one of the cooks said she had to take care of a catering order first. People were leaving. Leslie, in particular, could not have moved slower if she tried and frequently turned her back and walked away from paying customers with seemingly no understanding of customer service. read more

After spending over $50.00, I asked for individual boxes & chop sticks. A very simple request. When I got home to eat with my chopsticks out of the box, they were not there no chopsticks. This is literally the worst panda! 20-30 minutes from order to receiving food. I've never been when we could just pull up, order and immediately get your food. You always are told to pull around to the front doors where you then sit for an excessive amount of time because they don't have any food made. It's ridiculous. 1/2 the time the food still isn't hot. What an unexpected delight. Panda Express makes what they make. You know what the food is. The questions when you go in one are: How feesh is the food? How clean is the joint? How good is the service? The kids and I tried 3 different places tonight. 2 were closed, the third was too long of a wait. Panda Express was across the parking lot. We made our move. Upon walking in, we were greated by a boisterous round of "Welcome to Panda!" by the manager and staff. Great attitude. Great vibe inside - and it was busy, too. Last time going here. Gone down hill fast. Got the steak. Up charges of course. 4 little pieces of burnt something. No teriyaki sauce for chicken. This is the worst location I've ever been to. I've come here twice at 8pm and both times they have been "cooking to order" everyone's food with an hour left until closing. They have been extremely busy both times and I find it hard to believe that it's just been busy the two times I've been. Also, the kids that were working acted like they had no idea what they were doing. Customer service was horrible plus you can tell if there was a manager there they were doing their job and making sure everyone was doing their job. The inconsistency in service is so frustrating. The wait tonight was ridiculous. After more than 20 minutes sitting in the drive through AFTER I got to the ordering station, I just gave up. AND, this is not the first ... or second ... or third time the wait seemed unreasonably long. If they can't staff the restaurant appropriately, maybe they should close the drive through. Panda Express is a fast food restaurant and as such we know what the taste and experience will be. Here is my frustration. As I sit at the very back of the line at Taco Bell, a very very long line at 10pm. Why is the line so long? Because nothing else nearby is open. Despite the Google posted hours of this Panda Express location being open until 10:30. When I arrived, to my disappointment, they were closed. Mind you, I was one of very many vehicles attempting to get food here. The owner of this location really needs to take a closer look at their business model. All of the retail surrounding you closes at 9:00 or 9:30. Are you really not interested in capturing not only the group of potential customers leaving a day of shopping, but also the litany of employees having just gotten off work?
