We stopped here on the way to Shreveport despite reading some me negative reviews. I'm very glad we did! Between us we had Angus Beef, Beef and Brocolli, Orange chicken, and mixed veggies. All were fresh, hit, and tasty. Great staff. Friendly and helpful. read more

This Henderson Tx. branch has got to be the worst Panda Express I have ever went in to. Multiple times over the past year we have ordered the family meal deal $35+ Constantly having to tell them to stop fluffing up the food when packaging into containers. (The more they fluff up the food, the less food goes in to the containers.) I understand that the management is probably telling them to do this to save money and product, but the meal cost $35+ each time we walk in there. This past two times I went in to this location in Henderson Texas, Sunday 3/5/2023 at approximately 5:05 pm NO FOOD most pans had less than 1 scoop of dried up food in each pan except one that had maybe two scoops and looked like it had been there for quite some time. PASS we went and got pizza. The next time was Wednesday 3/8/2023 at 5:10 pm a few days later and most food looked fresh (er) and each pan had an adequate amount of food and them. We again ordered the family meal 3 large entrees and 2 large sides. Had to ask the person waiting on me several times to fill up the cartons. First the noodles as she is actively fluffing them up in the carton, then the rice as she was actively fluffing it up in the carton and then as she was filling the 1st entree carton. I pretty much gave up after that. You could see in her face that she seemed to be getting a laugh about it. The person that served me this day was named Sonia. I left a online message for Panda Express but have yet to receive a response back from them. I say don't waste your time with this on, May be worth the drive to Kilgore Texas Panda Express or just eat at the local Chinese restaurant in Henderson Texas. read more

The words disorganized mess is the best way to describe this Panda Express. The manager allows the food to go down to nothing during normal dinner hours then makes customers wait. The employees seem massively lost. read more

Panda was on point tonight! We ordered chicken egg rolls, spring rolls, crab Rangoon, honey walnut shrimp, honey sesame chicken, bejing beef, and noodles with super greens. Everything was wonderful! I was pleasantly surprised by the chicken egg rolls and the super greens were tender yet crisp. Best meal I've had from there ever!!! read more

Drive thru only, supposedly due to being under-staffed. The same sign regarding this issue has been up for weeks (or longer) on their doors now. As mentioned in another recent review, their order screen is broken. Seems to be an IT issue due to the Windows error screens. Went to try the new Almond Chicken item and was immediately told they were only serving fried items before I could say Hello. Not even steamed rice. I drove off and won't be going back any time soon. I don't think this place will last much longer at this rate, which is sad because Henderson needs more dining variety. read more

Not only was the food over cooked both times I've been there thank you they under portion you smh I love panda but this one is garbage i wish there was a no star option read more

Waited 58 minutes for my food. Pretty sad because I really like Panda Express. I won't be going back

They never have anything prepared for when you ordered it, which is insane because it's essentially a buffet! They never have the food cooked and r easy for lunch, always have to wait if you order the angus beef or super greens. I'm sitting in a line of three cars waiting out front for food they hadn't cooked in advance of lunchtime. Small wonder I never see anyone in their drive thru when every other restaurant in town is packed to the rafters during lunch hours. read more

Panda Express is always great! I am thrilled that we have one in Henderson. Orange Chicken is always great, but the Beijing Beef, Kung Pao Chicken, and Walnut Shrimp are always tasty as well. read more

Just left the drive through. They're only taking cash at this time. (And the digital screen has been stuck on the same screen for a couple of weeks. Doesn't impact the food but I like to see my order to confirm it's correct before paying.) The past several times we've been there is always something missing. More times than not they're out of white rice. It's to the point that we will stop trying to eat here. read more

Very inconsistent. The orange chicken was extremely dry like it had been sitting out for hours.

The food it's always fresh but it's okay I mean it's okay but sometimes it taste old like they haven't cooked in a day or two read more

This is the last time for this Panda Express. Started out really good when it opened but has really gone downhill since. Food always out. If you order ahead they never start it till you arrive. Never again! read more

Unprepared for typical food times (lunch and dinner). Very slow service. Food is alright, but has to be the worst Panda Express I've been to. read more

Literally out of almost everything anytime I go past 7 I can understand every once in awhile but come on, it's almost every time! If you run out of food so often maybe you should start making sure you have plenty in stock. Good food just wish I could ever enjoy it read more
