Fast service with lots of items to choose from, made fresh from the wok. Our order took a little longer because the pepper chicken dish was almost depleted. Fast food Chinese is good every once in a while and this place is good. Our meals were hot and fresh. The pepper chicken was good along with the kung pao chicken. The broccoli beef was nice and tender along with crisp, crunchy broccoli. All in all, good service and good food. Covid precautions still in effect.

Usually only go to Panda when I get a craving. Staff is pretty friendly and the food satisfies the crave.

First time at this location. Just finished my rotation at the hospital downtown and after a long day I was craving Panda so I googled the closest Panda Express and this location showed up about 1.3miles away from the hospital. I was a bit hesitant because of the location being on the sketchy side of town and it being so dark so early. But I gave it a shot. Got here close to 1930 and I was kinda disappointed to not see a drive thru. So I parked, there was a few diners and I was greeted by the staff as I entered which was amazing. There was someone being help before me but it didn't take long til someone helped me. I ordered my usual half chow mein and fried rice with brocolli beef and orange chicken to go. They were also doing a fundraiser for Valley Childrens which was amazing of them so I donated. The total came to about $9. As I was leaving I was also greet out. Which was also wonderful. I love how friendly and attentive this staff in this location is. There was a homeless man inside which was probably being disruptive which they called security on and security was there but he left before she came. Got home about 10 mins later my food was still warm and the portion was huge. No complaints here the food was good and the service was excellent. Although I was abit hesitant about this location it really wasn't bad at all.

Food is good service is great and the ambiance is clean. My problem was food poisoning. The only reason im giving it one star. Its not because i got sick. I mean it can be but My service was outstanding and the staff were nice. The problem arose when I called my doctor at the VA hospital in Fresno. He advised me to notify panda of my unfortunate expirience. I understand that some people get sick just random. So i never considered a refund. However, my Doctor told me to notify them. I tried calling the number and even pressing option 2 for a team member. But no answer, I dont think they answer phones even though theres an option. Customer service is going down in all companies with apps n stuff. So I was unable to warn them. I have uploaded my receipt. I dont make this shit up. Try it lets see what happens. Im not going here ever again. Not cuz the staff, its bacause thru their processes they have shwon not to care for the customer. Thanks for your time

This Panda Express is very clean and the employees are very friendly. We decided to stop off here for a quick bite to eat enroute back to LA from Napa. There were two ladies working behind the counter and both were super helpful and friendly. We got there at 1:00 and more than half of the selections in the food display counter was either almost all gone or more than 1/2 empty. Not much of a selection. I ended up getting the two choice selection to share: Noodles + Orange Chicken + Honey Walnut Shrimp. The noodles were your typical stir fried noodles with cabbage and onions. The orange chicken was tasty, with nice chunks of white chicken meat. The honey walnut shrimp was probably the highlight of the order. Deep fried breaded shrimp with a sweet mayo glaze. I have to say that I was *SCARED* to eat at this restaurant. From the time that we exited the hwy to the time we got to the restaurant (about a block), we counted at least 15-20 drugged out people who were wandering the streets asking for handouts or passed out on the side of the street. While in the restaurant, the employees had to chase out two drugged out people. It was nice that they had the situation under control, but I did not feel safe eating here. Food Grade: B- Service Grade: A- Worth the Money Grade: B Overall Impression: B-/B

Worst panda I've ever been too, ratios are off and if u like more lettuce than noodles in your chow mein this might be the restaurant for you... Wait times are ridiculous when it's slow and online pickup is slower than walk in, way different from the one next to the 99, never going here again

Never having visited this location, I thought I would stop in for a late lunch. Imagine my surprise when they were out of over half of their entrée items! It was 1:30, so not the height of the lunch rush, but I still had to wait 15 minutes for my entrée because they were out of sweet fire, out of mushroom chicken, out of broccoli beef, out of Kung Pao, out of teriyaki chicken, out of Rangoon, and out of crispy shrimp. I can completely understand being out of individual entrées at various points in the day but to be so far behind as to have half of their menu items empty and customers waiting is quite excessive add shows poor management and planning.

The cleanest panda I've been, and they employ the friendliest staff (especially around this part of Fresno) Surprisingly I always catch them on a good note! Always a fresh batch of chowmein and OC when I come! Yay yay winning. Chowmein: delish! And the noodles aren't broken or in clumps!! They are actually intact and log noodles. I don't know about you but I like my noodles long. Orange chicken: saucy, fresh, not an over powering smell of vinegar or tasting stale. I've tried other items on the menu i.e.: beef broccoli, broccoli is still too raw for my braces (crunchy), walnut shrimp not enough per scoop for the price, teriyaki chicken (not a fan I've had too much teriyaki anything and everything), Mongolian beef too thinly sliced it doesn't taste exquisite, pacific shrimp is bomb, chicken egg rolls! And then there's the won tons. Ask for it in fresh oil if not it'll taste bitter. I'll still stick to double OC and chowmein.

Beautiful presentation; walnut shrimp and 2 spring rolls.

The family dinner comes with a bowl of sizzling rice soup, An egg roll a pot sticker and foil wrapped chicken. My entree was crispy beef and my husband's entree was Kung pao chicken. Start off the soup was very flavorful, Definitely not your ordinary soup that you would find in the most places to start. The egg roll was a straight veggie roll but it was crispy and flavorful. The pot sticker was probably one of the best I've had in town, The wrapper was not too thick, Silky, Slightly crispy, And the filling was light and delicious not heavy. The Foil wrapped chicken Was different than any other place in that it was lighter and not overburdened with a salty sauce. As far as the entrees, My crispy beef was amazing, So crispy, With a delicious sauce. My husband's Kung pao chicken was so tasty, Everything was fresh and the chicken was not dry. The only downside to our entrees was that they were listed as spicy, But I think you have to ask for really spicy if you look like you can't handle it or something I don't know it just wasn't spicy at all. But we will definitely return and maybe ask for real spicy next time LOL.

I called them the day before I needed the trays. The lady I spoke to was so kind and accommodating she said it was never too late to place an order. I ordered half tray of broccoli beef and one veggie chow mein she gave me my price after tax and gave me the option to pay in person or over the phone. The day of pick up was NYE 5pm my husband was the one who picked up my order under my name. He arrived promptly at 5pm and said the food wasn't ready 5mins after 5pm he said he was about to leave. Literally a 16min drive from the restaurant to my house then another 14min drive to the Nye party we were attending. Upon arrival the food was still piping hot, it smelled AMAZING and they gave sooooo much food!!! It was nearly packed in trays with foil in a box and the food was piled high. I did notice that the veggie chow mein I had ordered was a combo-chicken, beef, shrimp and veggie, no biggie!!! But the food was delicious as always!!! There was so much leftovers. I would definitely use them again for my catering needs.

There is finally a reasonably priced Chinese take-out option in town that I actually like. The Mongolian Beef featured tender, flavorful slices of meat paired with crisp, plentiful vegetables. The sauce complemented the dish rather than overwhelming it, and it was not overly greasy. The Garlic Chicken was also good, coated in a savory, slightly sweet soy glaze. The meat was soft and perfectly cooked, again accompanied by fresh, crunchy vegetables. Many of the dishes here are authentically Cantonese-style: savory, built around fresh ingredients, lightly sauced, and never excessively oily. Portions are generous as well. This stands in stark contrast to many other Chinese take-out spots I have tried, where the food leans salty, oversauced, and made with cheaper ingredients -- and becomes practically inedible once it cools down. Judging by the simple décor and limited seating, it is clear this restaurant prioritizes cooking over ambiance. Most customers opt for take-out, which likely helps keep prices affordable. Service is warm and efficient. You are greeted as soon as you walk in, and staff members are ready with ordering help and suggestions. Most lunch plates are $10.25 and come with steamed rice or chow mein, or pork fried rice for an additional $2. Lunch plates are offered daily from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM, including weekends. The menu covers a broad range of Cantonese and Szechuan favorites -- Kung Pao Chicken, Walnut Shrimp, General Tao Chicken, Szechuan Beef, chow mein, chow fun, plus several soups and fried rice options. Combination plates start at $12.90, and the family specials (three dishes for $41) are a solid value. All in all, it is a great spot for anyone craving affordable, satisfying Chinese food -- especially students and anyone on a tight budget.

The appetizer with egg rolls and chicken wings was really good. We liked the pork fried rice. The pork chow mein had tons of bean sprouts on top of the noodles. Way more bean sprouts (which we don't care for) than pan fried noodles. I didn't really care for the orange chicken. The meat was a bit dry and the sauce was a bit too mild for my taste.
