Hard working crew but they skimp on the food compared to other Panda Express. #truth

This was the first time ever for me and my husband to eat at Panda Express. It was okay. The noodles were not very tasty thin and somewhat hard. The rice was also hard. Though the sides were pretty good. At least the ones we tried which were the honey walnut shrimp, teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken. The broccoli was to firm, I don't like crunchy broccoli in my beef and broccoli. The entrees didn't look to fresh the sauces were more clumpy than flowing. The service was very friendly!, even considering it was late in the evening. We probably won't go back very often. We really were expecting panda to be better tasting. read more

This spot is terrible. Always out of something. Always wait times. Says they don't serve chicken egg rolls when they are in black and white on menu and every other panda has them. It's just this location. I haven't experienced this at any other panda. Get it together. read more

I hate to complain but every time I come here there is something missing from my order and when I ask the employees for soy sauce or sweet and sour they say yeah yeah park in the front before I could finish. To top it off when they bring my order out it's missing a whole entree that I paid extra for and had to wait 15 min for just to find out it wasn't in my bag. When I went in to address the problem the employee gave me attitude like it was my fault it wasn't in there then told me I still needed to wait. read more

I made an order via drive through that included two sides of veggies and they said it would be a ten min wait I said that's fine so I paid and parked in the front. I looked at my receipt and noticed they missed one of the order of veggies (reason why I was waiting) and I told the girl ebony that came to deliver to my car and she said" oh well that's what you paid for we can't change it" and I said but that was your guys mistake I never wanted fried rice she said then you have to go inside to correct it so I did and she was the one that had to help me she just gave me a side of veggies (and only gave me brócoli) but was avoiding me for a good min, until someone told her to help me, you can tell she didn't want to deal with me but I was never rude I just wanted my correct order especially since I waited extra for it! So disappointed. Staff should do better in their customer service not push the customer away only because you don't want to deal! Never returning again! read more

They let me order teriyaki chicken and when I ask for teriyaki sauce (because they never give you any) THEN they let me know they have none. Why would I want your dry plain chicken, and you let me know after I've ordered and payed?.... you'd think with the name teriyaki chicken you could assume there would be teriyaki. Apparently not! Even letting people know there's no sauce would be fine, but no. I didn't even want teriyaki chicken, they were sold out of all appetizers too. read more

I am usually not the one to say anything but enough is enough I pay for my food for what!!! So they can only give me one shrimp and two pieces of orange chicken and a half empty rice. I'm never goin back not worth my money not worth the dam hard rice! read more

This is by far the best Panda Express I have ever been to and I've been to quite a few This one tops the list. If you're in the mood for most excellent Chinese food, you have to try this place out. read more

Yeah they're food is good and all but their drive thru sucks! The lady sent me to wait for my food in the front and she really forgot about me. I had to go inside and let them know I was still parked. read more

I go in every few weeks to get there teriyaki chicken and chow mein. They happened to be down to only a little bit of chow mein left so there were a lot of vegetables in the bottom so they asked if I wanted to wait for the new batch. I don't care for the vegetable part of it so I waited. I didn't mind waiting but they went ahead and offered me a free egg or veggie role with sweet and sour sauce while I waited. This isn't the first time I've had to wait for chow mein but it was a nice offer and a good role. I ate it and in the 3 minutes it took my order was ready. This Panda has always been clean and everyone has been polite every time. read more

I would like to add an update to my initial review. I have recently paid another visit to this location and it was a pleasant experience. My concerns were addressed and Panda made it right. Portions were good and I would definitely be coming back. read more

Tastes like all Panda tastes--so, no real complaints there. The portions can be a bit scanty and the trays are rarely more than half full, which leads me to believe that more often than not I'm not getting the freshest food because the lines aren't ever THAT LONG. Also, I always order the mixed veggies as a side and there's always a tiny bit in the tray (I don't think many people are ordering them). Like most Pandas, the veggies are filmy. This is extremely irritating because I just want clean, healthy vegetables to go along with my unhealthy, fried, delicious orange chicken (hey, it balances out) but that is clearly not what I'm getting. read more

It's Panda so don't expect real chinese food. Rice was hard. Chow mein had no taste. Chili Shrimp was decent. Wife had to wait for the grilled chicken as well. Wouldn't recommend again... read more

On March 26 I went to the Panda Express in porterville ca they were very rude to me at the drive tru I asked about the family meal they have advertised and the employee responded very rudely we dnt honor that at this location I proceeded to ask for the family meal at the regular price and she kept repeating it's not 20 dollars I said yes I want these items at the price on your menu I'm aware that u dnt honor the 20 dollar mean at your location the employee again tells me it's not 20 dollars read more

If you have a long time to wait.... Then this is for you. This place is slower than a clinic waiting room. The staff said it would take 7 minutes to wait in the drive through, we waited 20. They came to bring out the food and did not give out orders by who came first. You figured they would give the car waiting 20 minutes their order before the car waiting 10. read more

Been here many times. The food is alright when they actually have it. About half the time I go there I am waiting for something they ran out of. The last time I went there I waited for 10mins for a dish after going through drive through. This place isn't busy enough to not be able to keep ahead of the demand for their precooked food. So I won't be back. Maybe fix the mismanagement. read more

The food was freshly made, the service was great, a new employee was being trained - yay, and the store was clean. Someone hollered "thank you" as I was walking out - I was zoning out and it took me a minute to catch it. I waved back. read more

This Panda Express was excellent. The past two visits I had to wait over 12 minutes for 3 out of 4 items the 4th was boxed waiting for the other items to cook. It was Honey walnut shrimp which tasted like starch. Everything else just tested bland, hot but no flavor it all tasted the same. Couldn't taste the difference between the green bean chicken and the mushroom chicken. Yuck !!!! I took it home and added peanuts and bacon to give it some taste. I wish the past manager was their if you had to wait you were offered a drink, and the food was so good it didn't need soy sauce or anything else! read more

I stopped by to get some food on a Saturday afternoon and I ordered teriyaki chicken and chow main and rice. The rice was not fully cooked and the vegetables were not cooked at all. The chow main was super dry and really hard to chew on. Definitely not satisfying. read more

ZERO stars...but I had to put one in order to put my review...VERY BAD SERVICE, the girls there are beyond RUDE! I Asked to speak to the Manager and they said I couldn't that they weren't there, NEVER going back to this place!!! For being a former Panda Express employee I'm disappointed in their crew! And I know there is always supposed to be a manager on the floor. Really need to monitor them closely...but Panda in General I LOVE just not this Location! read more

They never have steamed rice and always wait until AFTER you order to tell you they don't have anything.

I placed my order thinking I was going to be able to order string beans tofu as I had experienced at another panda express in Clovis. However, the person behind the counter said that other pandas do offer that but of course at this one he said no. Then, as I paid for my food and looked in my bag, I noticed that one of my items was missing. I know it had been prepared because the person I gave my order to said he was going to go prepare it right then as he walked away. When I mentioned it to the person at the register, I repeated my whole order so that she would know what to look for on the counter. For some reason, someone else received my food item because she had to prepare it again. She still had to go back and fix it because I told her sauce on top and she put the sauce in a small container. Then, as she handed it to me, she said here's your order and that was it. As I walked away, she apologized to the gentleman who was next in line, which I understand. I would have thought I would've received an apology as well, especially since I had to wait for my order to be prepared again even though I had originally had it while waiting for the other item. One of the other things I noticed after I told her I would donate a dollar to the Children's Hospital, she rang the bell, and usually all of the other people working yell out thank you. But, at this panda express after she rang the bell, it was silent. Because of this experience,it will be the only time I ever come to panda express in Dinuba again. read more
