Ordered via app for pick up of two bucket combos for Christmas Eve. My order was perfectly made and exactly right on time for scheduled pickup time. Overall satisfied with the service, the chicken and sides! read more

We ordered the thirty dollar family meal. My son is 7 and did not want to eat the tenders. Tenders are his go to, so I decided to see why he did not like them. They had the texture of sitting under the heating lamp for more than a few hours. The color itself shows that they were overcooked and sat for a while or the oil has not been changed out for a few days. Either way, the customer service was trash because they decided to give out old tenders instead of making fresh ones. This location shouldn't even have 2 stars. read more

Great food, great service, nice store! Food is fresh and hot, order is ready in a quick amount of time!

the food was good, the service was horrible i ordered online and they still got my order wrong & when I called the manager CELIA answered with a bad attitude and mad at us that her team got our order wrong, & to top it off it seemed so simple for me to just go back and pick up what they got wrong. I live 15 min away. read more

About a month ago I ordered drive thru a famous bowl and a Long John Silvers chicken combo with extra hushpuppies. The famous bowl was disgusting covered in gravy. The chicken combo came with 1 hushpuppy where I was supposed to get six. Since I live in visalia I called and the manager put me down for the replacement. Okay great. I went today to pick up my replacement order and was the only one in the drive through as I was ordering the girl was very quick to cut me off but besides my free order I ordered more items. Well I ordered the 10pc saucy nuggets in honey bbq, instead after I left the drive through I received koren bbq so I had to turn around to go back and have them fix it. The girl with the nose piercing was hella rude. If you can't apologize and be respectful then you don't need to work a customer service job Do better KFC/Long John's.... read more

I'm new to Dinuba, so everything is still a bit over-welming I ride the bus. So the negative reviews I take with a grain of sajt. KFC is the best in the world for chicken, if you order a 4 piece extra crispy w/a dinner, the best. read more

Rude ass fucking employees I went back because I had PAID for 5 extra sauces I politely tell her why I'm back in there and she proceeds to tell me my sauces are in the bag I told her no there's the 2 that come with my meal but not the 5 extra sauces I PAID for she gives me an attitude and tells me I don't have to give her attitude I'm like no you spoke to me with attitude imma return the same energy back. My experience here was great, I really enjoyed the service and the food and drinks came out great. I'd highly recommend it here and would be going again. The best chicken and the kernel knows best. The commercials are cool too read more

Yeah I don't recommend going here. We order a 12 chicken nugget combo and we order 3 fries and 2 chicken sandwiches and they only gave 2 fries instead of 3. What a scam. read more

Don't get the Nashville sauce on your clothes it will stain. I found this out at the drive through after ordering the Nashville chicken. The cashier gave me a bag that was ripped with the drenched chicken inside a plastic box. As I put the bag in my passenger seat it leaked all over my shirt and the seats/console of my 2017 Cadillac. In that 6seconds the cashier had closed the door and walked away and I had to actually knock on the window a minute later to get her attention. I explained what happened and she took the ripped bag for about 2 minutes to "fix". Luckily I had some towels in my car to wipe things up. Would have been nice to been offered some napkins by the cashier. This was a little after 3pm on 4/9/17. read more

It's like the north pole freezing in here. Literally cannot eat inside. Never coming back.

An average Kentucky Fried Chicken and good service. A small place not so easy to bring a large family or group.

I am super petty. It's a kfc so my expectations are pretty standard. I don't mind that the "5$ fill up boxes" are now $5.50. But I do mind getting original recipe instead of the extra crispy I specifically ordered. Especially when they throw an extra piece of something I don't want to compensate for not having what I paid for. I paid chicken fried in oil not soaked in grease. If there isn't any available please let me know and I'll most likely wait. I'm not in the neighborhood often but I will never spend money at this location again. Next time I'll get a whole chicken from Wal-Mart next door. read more

I ordered a fill up with a chicken sandwich when I got home I opened the burger and the bread was falling apart and when I took a bite it was HARD and stale. Disgusting. read more

Ordered the 3 piece Nashville style to go which comes with pickles coleslaw and a biscuit. I ordered an extra side (green beans). They failed to give me the coleslaw. The flavor of the chicken was good but it had the consistency of rubber. Sucked read more

They never get my order right. I went back to get it corrected, the girl gave me attitude and started to argue with me because she apparently did the order correct. When she looked at the order and realized she did it wrong she still gave me attitude. Wow thank KFC read more

Nothing special. The tables needed to be cleaned and the trash was full. They were out of the hot wings. Hard to understand why since it was lunch time. Front door was locked so we had to walk around to the side door. Mentioned it to the cashier. She didn't seem to understand the importance of having it unlocked. read more

Great food and service. Ordered grilled chicken and it was delicious. Been coming here for years and never have any issues.

Picked up lunch today from the KFC/Long John Silvers drive through. Terrible!!! the fries must have thrice fried, old and hard as a rock. You could definitely tell the food had been refried. When this placed first opened it was good. not anymore. I won't be back! read more

Disgusting workers served my fiance and I old food. Went to grab a late dinner at about 9 PM and got home 10 min later to eat the chicken sandwiches we bought. Both of our chicken breasts were as hard as concrete around the edges And the middles were dry. We tried to eat them thinking they were just overcooked but could not chew it so we had to eat our side orders of mashed potatoes which were old too. The mashed potato had a weird aftertaste and sure enough our stomachs started cramping soon after we ate. We vomited every thing we ate and had diarrhea for about an hour. My fiancé's stomach was still upset this morning and his throat was sore from throwing up. Never going back to this location ever again. They probably served us left over food from lunch time. I want my money back. Lazy workers could not cook a new batch of chicken. A manager should be there a few hours before closing time to make sure no one else gets food poisoning. read more
