So I call and they interrogate me like I'm lying and finally tell me to go to the drive thru and say my name and tell them what they forget and they will replace it so I did and when I get there and do what they say they change it up and tell me I need to come inside and speak to a manager who isn't there.... Wow what a pathetic way to attempt to discourage customers from getting what they ordered. This whole process was the most pathetic and ridiculous process I've been through so yea one star I understand it was just an extra Orange chicken in a small package so 2 dollars right? The service was terrible. I went in through the drive thru and first the lady was talking way to quickly quickly switching between English and Spanish. I went in at 9:50 and closing time was 10:30. Not only we had to repeat our order to the lady at the counter five times. We still got wrong items. When we asked to correct the order, they refused and argued. Twice I have had issues with my rice. First we get rice that is hard and under cooked, then I place an app order and guess what we get there and they are out of rice and it will be another 45 minute wait. Rice undercooked and dry. A small portion of broccoli beef and it was almost dry too.....I've been to other Pandas and this is the worst.

I was on my lunch and I had to wait 10-15 minutes in the drivethru because of someone having trouble with their online order. Once I got to the window the lady rushed me off the window with noting that everything was in the bag and they closed the window so I left. Unfortunately I waited all that time just for one of the items in my order to be missing. I called them up politely and asked for a refund on the singular item and I'll be okay. But she offered for me to come back and get the item but I explained that I couldn't since I was just on my lunch. She said if I wanted a refund on it I would have to come back to the store ignoring the fact that I was telling her that I was only on my lunch. I was even offering to give her the information she needs off my receipt to refund me but she said I physically had to be there. Very upsetting with the way they handled the situation and I felt like they could've worked with me a little bit but the manager wasn't being understanding what so ever. We arrived well before the time of closing when this employee ran to the door and opened it for the people in front of us and then shut it on us and didn't even bother to warn us about anything. So we gave her 2 cards & when she gives our cards & reciepts back she charged both orders on one card separately & when I told her she was like "oh sorry" and then slams the window closed & walks away. Didn't offer to fix it & you can tell it was intentional. How do you mess up and only charge one card twice when you are holding 2 cards? This was the first time ever for me and my husband to eat at Panda Express. It was okay. The noodles were not very tasty thin and somewhat hard. The rice was also hard. Though the sides were pretty good. At least the ones we tried which were the honey walnut shrimp, teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken. The broccoli was to firm, I don't like crunchy broccoli in my beef and broccoli. The entrees didn't look to fresh the sauces were more clumpy than flowing. The service was very friendly!, even considering it was late in the evening. We probably won't go back very often. We really were expecting panda to be better tasting. read more
