I went thru the drive thru late tonight and I ordered a low carb burger. " lettuce wrapped burger" I got home to see that I paid money to get the most pathetic order yet. Yes I got lettuce and a very small patty slice of onion a pickle and a dab of ketchup. This mess looked more like a coaster to set my beverage on. Very convenient location in Dinuba offering a 24 hour drive thru, came just after the lunch hour to a very clean a welcoming store front. Ordered the good old stand by #1 famous star with cheese combo, subbing for criss cut fries (cause who can live without these) and medium drink. Burger came loaded and made to my request (no mayo or tomatoes) also ordered a side of zucchini which is a must have. Have to say very pleasant experience for this fast food location. read more

The staff was talking the whole time to each other in a very unprofessional way. I called in explained what happened they said they would replace it. The employee who helped us was beyond rude. How can you leave out the main ingredient in a burger when that's exactly what it's called. GUACAMOLE bacon burger. Not only did they leave out the guacamole but they added mustard and mayo. That burger doesn't even have those two things in it!!! Either this person really hates their job or they suck at it and shouldn't be getting paid to dissatisfy customers. Great food! Coming here is always a great time for me. The fries are to die for. The burgers are phenomenal. The service is great. The atmosphere is welcoming. This is overall a great restaurant. Though there was one bad experience. A few years back I ordered a salad. Took it home and put it in the refrigerator. Next day my sister was eating it and found a dead cricket in it! I called the restaurant and took the salad to them as evidence. The woman whom I spoke to on the phone inspected the salad and refunded my money. She had an attitude the whole time.
