    Raw bacon on my burger.

    Drive through was slow as hell, they're always understaffed. The bacon on my burger was raw as well

    Service horrible. Can never get an order correct. Because of this I don't eat at any BK restaurant.

    Overall great service. Orders could be faster when dining in. The burgers taste soo good! Went there recently and they had no tomatoes.

    So I never gave out a 1 star but here it is…read more So I went to panda to pick up my order and they forgot the extra little package or orange chicken no big deal right call and fix it? So I call and they interrogate me like I'm lying and finally tell me to go to the drive thru and say my name and tell them what they forget and they will replace it so I did and when I get there and do what they say they change it up and tell me I need to come inside and speak to a manager who isn't there.... Wow what a pathetic way to attempt to discourage customers from getting what they ordered. This whole process was the most pathetic and ridiculous process I've been through so yea one star I understand it was just an extra Orange chicken in a small package so 2 dollars right? But this is a multi million dollar company crying about a $2 side so yea I'm going to speak up. Hopefully the manager reads this and decides not to respond because this was not a mistake it is a deliberate way they are training their people to discourage getting your order done right. I went in at 9:50 and closing time was 10:30. I did not appreciate the rush. They already had some of not most of the food put way. The ambiance felt rushed and I felt as if they wanted me to leave as quickly as I came in.

That one item made my day and is the reason I came in the first place. I had passed by this Taco Bell and I had to turn around and go back. My mouth was watering and I cannot wait to have that taste in my mouth with the salsa verde drippp in on top of the Cantina crispy chicken taco and with the tender chicken , with the sauce that goes along in there, it's kinda like cheesy and creamy like I'm still have that taste in my mouth right now and also at the same time with that cream in the sauce you still get that crispy crispy taco shell cracky because it's kind of fried so it's like it's interesting how it is you know because the chicken is soft and tender and juicy but then you have the taste of the taco that's crunchy in your mouth at the same Time anyway anyways I'm not gonna allow my experience at this Taco Bell affect the love I have for this Cantina taco because it is so yummy that I will go back in but I'm using this as a tool for educational purposes about having some you know "decency " and just down to earth common sense and I'm not trying to put no one down you know but"" I want to acknowledge this cashier that maybe surely I can almost bet , that he doesn't get recognized enough on his excellent team player actions to maintain his work station stocked with forks sauce packets napkins and soda station clear of soda spills he kept clean and he was taking his orders. He seemed kind of busy, but he had everything under control. He was doing his job very professionally and he seemed like he knew what he was doing. He was taking the orders getting the people's orders correctly giving out proper change smiling greeting every customer walking in thru the door ;as I waited there I asked to use the restroom and he was happy to allow me with out asking me if I was going to buy something ? Usual now a days I've noticed rude cashiers asking you this question without any thought of consideration of the persons condition at the moment without embarrassing the customer good job n he did not have me waiting when he found out that I had to use the restroom. I take high blood pressure pills and anyone who takes high blood pressure pills Know that you have to go have to go so I would like to "say I appreciate that " I like to mention . As I went to wait for my food as my food was being given to me I. My hands I looked at the employee in her face, smiling Telling her "thank you " and that I also had forgot to purchase a dip and I'm in the sentence and I'm looking at her she turns quickly to her back to me I could see clearly she@dismisses me. So I see as she's walking back the other team members are laughing not just laughing but laughing loudly I asked the cashier joking is she the "manager' " I was surprised by him saying yes wow! Sitting in the dining area I then overheard conversations between staff members that were inappropriate and unprofessional. From where I was sitting in the dining room, I could hear everything clearly. Staff were loudly talking about customers--literally every drive thru customer, even at one point mentioning names, making jokes, and even fantasizing about them. It was unsettling and made the atmosphere feel toxic. It also made me wonder what was said in the yelp was true , about the service here( smdh) I walked away.not that I'd care but I'm sure there's been a lot of talk on customer's and that probably why I see in other yelp posts about the staff getting orders wrong ; seems like no one cares n that's facts so if this kind of things keep up I think this store isn't properly managed correctly to have such a low stars could be wrong Cashier cleaning the dining room area where I was sitting at here again greater me I told him that he was doing a good job cleaning up and then that's when he got someone on the walkie-headset talkie telling him to leave the area while he was talking to me. In closing, while I truly enjoyed the food, the customer service and professionalism from the manager and staff need improvement. I hope you will consider this feedback and look into providing additional training, especially around professionalism, respect, and customer interaction.
