Grabbed a Panda Cub's meal for first time! It's actually perfect amount of food for a quick meal. No rice, got the greens. Enjoyed the crab rangoons and some spring rolls. The car line seemed long but it moves. I got the orange chicken so it was readily available. read more

Panda used to be a go-to many many years ago and then my husband kinda got turned off by it but decided he wanted to give it a shot again. I love me some Asian food and enjoyed our lunch. We ordered online which was super easy and got the text saying our order was ready when we were like 2 minutes away so great timing. We opted to take it to go so I don't have a review about the cleanliness of the restaurant itself. I enjoyed my orange chicken over rice and we also ordered the cream cheese rangoons. It's def not the freshest option but for something quick and on the cheaper side it'll do. read more

Avoid this location whenever possible. Worse service. Ordered from the apps for 20 orders. Apps scheduled 1 hour pick up time. My friend went to pick up, staffs had no idea about the order. Had to wait almost another hour to get the order ready. Wasted total 2 hours to get the order. My credit card was charged immediately but no food until 2 hours later. Totally unacceptable. This is very bad service for this location. No wonder you guys only have very low ratings. But with such low ratings and I myself experienced it, seems you guys just don't care about improving or making a difference. read more

I decided to take advantage of the $20 family meal deal. This is normally about $35 so it is quite a bit of savings. I really like Panda Express in terms of fast food restaurants. I placed my order via the app and ended up showing up about 15 minutes before I told them I would be there. The line at drive-thru was super, super long. I saw a couple of customers standing by the door so I figured I would stop and see if I could get my food that way. The lady took my name and told me she would be right back. She was running back and forth with other customers and then sort of disappeared. 10 minutes later, I asked the gentleman about my order and told him my name. He said he remembered seeing my name LOL well, he never came back. Anyway, finally my order was ready right on time, the time I told them I would be there. We ordered the Angus steak, which I forgot to photograph. We also had orange chicken and mushroom chicken, which is my favorite. It tastes incredible! I love the sauce and the mushrooms are really high quality. I love mushrooms and can always tell if they are low quality. Anyway, the fried rice had no taste to it. That was disappointing. The lo mein was pretty good. I wish there were more onions in it. This was a good experience and I will be back. read more

We came here after not being served at the Hollywood location (they got a 1-star review). If it weren't for my craving for this food, we would have gone somewhere else. This location was like heaven compared to Hollywood. They are open when they say they are open, and even though it was late, they made more food for us when one of the options had run low. We had to wait for it, but we were willing. Well, actually my friend was willing. They had what I wanted. We tried several items, including the orange chicken (of course) and everything was delicious. My friend had rice while I opted for chow mein. He had something I had not heard of before (and I can't recall now what it was) but he loved it. I had beef and broccoli and orange chicken and all was excellent. Even though it was coming up to closing, the staff were as nice as could be. This is definitely a place worth coming back to. read more

every time I go to panda I get broccoli beef and the portions are always more broccoli the beef which should be 50/50. I might as well find another Chinese restaurant. Service is 50/50 some people are nice and others have attitude. The ambiance feels somewhat judgey or tense. read more

Chinese Fast Food. We were in the area and stopped by for a quick lunch. They had my 2 usuals ready; Orange chicken, Chicken and green beans. Service: quick, polite and efficient. We were served with no concerns. Diningroom: At first, we sat at a table and noticed the floor was full of rice. We moved to a hightop instead. About 4 customers sitting at that time and 5 servers behind the counter. It was about 2 pm. Not enough attention to the diningroom. That's why most of the time, I opt to eat in my car! Food: Servings were good. Trays were filled. I was asked if I wanted a sample when I stepped up to the counter. However, my Chicken and green beans were not very tasty. I had to add soy sauce to that and the rice. They were both bland. Eggroll was mushy inside. Maybe I don't usually eat this, but eggrolls should be crunchy inside. It looked like stuff was mixed in a processor and rolled up. I always check my receipt because I've noticed that not all Panda cashiers know their jobs well. This one was fine. I would eat here again for convenience but maybe select other entrees to try. read more

We came to panda and there was not one person in the drive through. They told us the chow mein would be 15 minutes so we came back. We placed our orders for 2 of the same plates with 2 egg rolls on the side. We drove to the window paid for our order and she asks us if we want to wait for the egg rolls to be ready AFTER we paid. So we have no choice but to wait for the egg rolls. We went inside to let her know we wanted some sauces on the side and the lady at the front was extremely rude and didn't even acknowledge me. This is will probably be the last time I return to this location, not to mention the inside was filthy. read more

Food is great, but service could be better. I had a manager who used to work here who mocked/ talked down to me just changing one item on my order, because it was taking over 40 minutes to cook (He mocked everyone before and after me as well). Now the people at the register give and attitude and refuses to give extra sauce. All I wanted was one extra Duck sauce, and refused to give me more, and just repeats it's in the bag. This location's opening time is 10:30a. From previous experiences, I know most of the food is not ready till 11:00a, so I placed an online order to be picked up at 11:15a. I get there at 11:15a and there are only 4 entrees on the steam table that are ready. The entrees I ordered were not ready yet. The person behind the counter said it would be another 20 minutes for my order to be ready. I said, don't you open at 10:30a? She replied, well, we have to cook the entrees. So why open at 10:30a when only a few items are cooked. Open when everything is ready, or change your opening in time. read more

I was very disappointed after making a online order and waiting while 6 walk-in customers departed before my order was even started. Upon making it home 5 miles away in started to notice that my dinners were not so fresh, the chow mein was very undercooked and super oily. I used to love this place but after today's experience I won't be coming back anytime soon. The employees are nice and the food seems fresh but as we were eating we saw 3 or more roaches walking down a wall and on the ground in the eating area. We told one of the employees and his answer was "it's not from us, sometimes people bring them from the outside". My thoughts were "if there are 3 that we saw in the eating area I can't even imagine how it can be around food". It was a total disappointment I hope they fix this issue. I like the beijing beef. However, the food was not hot the vegetables were near raw instead of steamed and the the meat in the grilled teriyaki tasted funny. Service was quick and friendly. For a 2 entree plate of mixed vegetable and the two meats it was $6.39 and then a fountain soda for $1.79 with total including tax of $8.68. Im rating the service they give cause i love panda this particular location that i went to always mess up my order either they give me something i dont want or they forget my order completely i am very disappointed usually i would go in and order but since we are not allowed inside i had the unfortunate event of going through the drive through and the 4 out of 5 time ive visited this location they always manage to mess so Now this is the final straw always fucking up my order i really cant stand it never give me what i want will never come to this location ever again read more

I visit this location all the time. 9 out of 10 times I have to wait out front for my food no matter what I order. Once they gave me the wrong order. Today I went and again I had to wait out front for my food to be made, the guy said it would be 5 minutes, I asked if I could get an egg roll for having to wait and the guy said that becuase it was only 5 minutes he couldn't do that.... Well it was 9 minutes that I ended up waiting and my food wasn't even fresh. The rice was disgusting and I couldn't eat it. I don't understand why the food wasn't fresh if I had to wait. I probably won't be visiting this Panda Express anymore. I rather drive further and get better service and food. The management needs to make some Improvements. read more

For the past few visits, this Panda Express location has made me wait more than 30 minutes for my food to be available. I usually get the following: - Half Fried Rice / Half Vegetables - Beijing Beef - Orange Chicken But it's either the Beijing Beef or vegetables that are not readily available. I was informed to wait 5 to 10 minutes until those items become available. And so I do wait patiently. While I wait, the cashier suggests for me to pay now and wait for my food later. Sounds like a plan, so I follow suit. From my last visit, the vegetables came out after 15 minutes of waiting, but then I just see my plate sitting on the side of the counter for another 10 minutes. No one remembered my plate? Since it was loud inside, I had to raise my voice to one of the ladies to get her attention that I am waiting for the vegetables. I finally received the vegetables, but now I am waiting for my Beijing Beef. At this point, I have already waited for about 30 minutes. Oh, I'm still in line, in front of the workers, so they know I am there waiting. And what a surprise - the Beijing Beef comes out but my plate is again left on the side of the counter with no worker not even trying to investigate whose food is that. I see multiple workers literally preparing other plates by hovering over my plate. My plate sits there for another 5 minutes. I'm about to sound like a broken record by raising my voice to get someone's attention to provide me my food...again. You might say that they were busy, which they were, but there were so many workers that day, just pacing back and forth. The workers did show a fair attitude when it came to delivering proper customer service. But I guess had to be a proactive customer just to get my food here. The Ice Tea could be better. The other Panda Express location nearby was in Flamingo Road and Miramar Parkway, but this one has a drive-thru. I would loosely recommend this place, but be prepared to wait whether it's busy or not. read more

Decent food, but long delays in drive thru. Needs more staffing. Be prepared to wait and for food to be unavailable. There is one car being served and about five cars behind me. Finally, I decided to write about it. I tried to alert them that I was waiting and got a "just a moment." No apologies for the wait. So just go inside if you go at all. read more

This location used to be great!
