Well... where to begin? We got there at 11:30 am... they were waiting for more of everything to be made, not very express. Waited about 10 minted for our food to be ready but it wasn't a big deal. I ordered the plate, I chose the fried rice, black pepper chicken and the general tso's. The rice was very dry and cold, like it had been there over night. The black pepper chicken was also cold and did not have much flavor and the general tso's was okay but not much chicken and a ton of peppers is all I got. The husband went with the bigger plate and got the same as I did plus the orange chicken, which was the best of the bunch. While it was the best, half way through he got a mouthful of full gristle and had to spit it out... disgusting. I was also hoping to get some soy sauce or something to go with it but was told they didn't have any. More like hot mess express. Absolutely under staffed during peak holiday season. They person waiting on everyone was drowning between the girl taking to go orders and in store orders. I got the wrong thing but I didn't feel able to ask bc it was just straight chaos. This is clearly a management issue. The only reason I bring this up is because I asked for peppered chicken, I received kung pow chicken - I doubt this would be ok if I was allergic to peanuts. Excited to see they just got a Panda Express in cranberry. However the first trip was anything but great. Amada c who was working drive thru took our order at 9. She immediately told us they were closing in an hour so items were limited. This was really odd as most places don't say that a whole hour before they are closing. They were out of spring rolls among other items and her attitude the entire time was very unpleasant and not someone who should be working customer service. She overcharged us and added an extra entree of cheese rangoons when we only asked for one. We also ordered orange chicken and when we got back, it was general tso sauce on the chicken. The lo mein noodles were hard. And there was no sauce with the rangoons. A total disaster. Work on the customer service, quality of food, and getting the order right and it would have been different. read more

I'm going to go ahead and bump my two-star review up to a three-, and here's why. I really like the concept of Panda Express and the execution is better now than it was when the restaurant first opened (based on about six visits in the last two months, all of which I have dined in). I've sampled probably 90% of the entrees they have, and as long as they are hot, I don't think there is one that I all-out do not like. I wish the premium entrees had some sort of indication that they are premium on the name tag. I feel like everything could be cooked a minute or two longer. The fried rice, which I said was tasteless in my first review, tastes better now. At this price point, I don't expect perfection; Panda Express seems to do the trick for me. I hope to continue to watch Panda Express grow and improve as even more time elapses. read more

I had almost no time waiting for my online order pick up which was given to me almost exactly how I had ordered it (just forgot my chopsticks :/ )The workers were very kind by making sure I was being served. I would give it zero stars if I could. Unfortunately you have to give it one. Went there on Father's Day for a nice meal, because that's what I wanted for Father's Day. We ordered online, paid for it by credit card, and of course it wasn't ready at the time it was supposed to be. Drove 27 miles to pick it up one way, got all the way home and realized they had missed two of the three dinners. When I called them, there was no manager available or even in the store. They said come on back, which we did, and they still got the whole order wrong!! This Panda Express is a new location so I thought I'd try the food. I ordered a chicken egg roll, an order of shrimp and a beef and broccoli bowl with steamed rice. The egg roll was just okay. I got 3 miniature shrimp. Just ordinary breaded and fried shrimp. The came the entree. Over cooked broccoli with maybe a tablespoon of cooked beef on a bed of steamed rice. Yes, maybe a tablespoon of chopped beef. I've given up looking for beef in that bowl. In conclusion it was a wasted 10 dollars. My first visit will be my last. Big disappointment. read more

We had coupons for free meals and it was so bad that it wasn't even worth the 20 minute drive to get to Cranberry from Ross Township. We went on a Friday night during prime dinner time and all of our food was COLD, which seems to be a reoccurring theme here with other reviewers, which makes me wonder why this hasn't been fixed because it is obviously a consistent problem and should be an easy fix. I would maybe understand if we were coming during non-peak hours and the food was sitting out for a long time, but there was a constant line and the food should have been turning over fairly quickly. Everything was sitting in warmers so I don't understand how it was all cold. Additionally, there were three of us and we all ordered different things. It was all cold. It wasn't just one or two items. It is basically everything. In addition to being cold, the noodles were also really dried out and my husband said his rice was the same. It was worse than some of my worst cheap Chinese buffet experiences. Some of their other locations have a little better reviews, so maybe this specific location is just poorly managed. The chicken was great both times I ordered here - but they were out of white rice! It wasn't even close to the end of the night (they close at 10:00 and we were there around 6:00). I don't understand how this is a reoccurring issue: the ONLY option was fried rice. I've never been to a Chinese restaurant that ran out of white rice. Ever. The first night we ordered online, paid for it, went to pick it up and were told that we only ordered and paid for half of what we did. I am at the new Panda Express in fox Chapel. They have been open at least a week. I stood in what I thought was the line for a few and then moved because no one helped me. There is something wrong with this particular location. We've gone to PE on several occasions on road trips through various cities - all of those locations were great. We've tried the Cranberry location three times and all three times the food is either underdone or overdone, primarily the rice. It's very crispy, to the point we can't tell if it's overdone or not done enough. Management, please look into the food prep situation at your store because someone is going to get severe food poisoning or break a tooth on the meals you are providing. I stopped by one evening to bring dinner home. I had visited a Panda Express for the first time at one of it's central Florida locations about a month prior. My husband and I both loved the food there! It was extremely fresh and tasted wonderful. The food at the Cranberry Township location looked horrible. The beef was gray, there was very little sauce to speak of in any of the dishes, none of it looked appealing. I wisely chose not to order anything, but I hesitantly bought my husband the beef and broccoli, which was a mistake. He took one bite and threw it in the garbage. We will not be going back. It is a shame, because we were both very excited when we saw that the store would be opening soon in this location due to the good experience we had in Florida. I ordered from the Panda Express in Cranberry, PA. All is can say is IF YOU ARE READING THIS, DO NOT GO THERE! The food was inedible. I had ordered the Black-Peppered Chicken with "fried" rice and chow-mein. When I received no "fried" rice, the manager argued with me saying I did not order it. I showed them the receipt and I finally got the "fried" rice I ordered and it was cold and bland. I don't even think it was fried really. Not edible. I ended up throwing it out. When I opened by container of chicken, there really wasn't much chicken. It was mostly onions. Not only was the food not good (its questionable if it is safe to eat because as someone who has worked in restaurants before, I don't think proper food handling practices are being enforced), but the customer service was beyond lousy. The manager was extremely rude and should not be a manager. When I asked for corporate's number or the contact information for the store manager, she advised me that her boss "does not speak English". If anyone from Panda Express corporate or marketing actually reads this, please consider closing down this location either permanently or at least until you get staffing in there that follows food safety and is customer friendly. read more

I called him because when I called your location the manager on at the time couldn't come take the call from me!!! I told the district manager that I was not interested in coming back I just wanted to let him know because I felt like your food temperature was an issue and I wouldn't want someone to get sick from it!!!
