I absolutely love Panda Pxpress's veggie eggrolls (I call them eggrolls, they called them spring rolls but they have the crusty eggroll wrap not the springy spring roll wrap so...) Their cream cheese Rangoon is also wonderful especially with the hoisin sauce. Fried rice and lo mein are good if a little greasy. As a vegetarian I would probably eat there twice a week if I could get veggies, unfortunately they are basically warm raw veggies which are hard as a rock and very tough to eat. I'm not sure why they don't cook their veggies but that's their one downfall. Don't know what the meat eaters dishes taste like but they look good. I have ordered online for pick up several times from this location. The first few times were great. Then I had a horrible experience. I set the time for pick up when I got off work which gave them two hours to have it done on time. Upon arrival it was not ready, a member of the staff was extremely rude and I had to wait for food to be prepared only to find the order was messed up. The cook also didn't wear gloves while directly handling uncooked food. When I asked I was informed that the company didn't require them to do so. It was a few months before I would go back. Finally I gave it another try, ordering in advance as before and it wasn't even started when I arrived. The staff was more polite this time though. Purchased honey walnut shrimp and spent over $17 as they up charge $1.50 for each shrimp entree. The shrimp was soggy and barely warm. I completed survey to explain the issue. I get an email to get a small entree when purchasing more low quality food. Not even an apology. I wish I could give a zero rating. The employee was very courteous and professional at the window. Absolute terrible customer service from Tiffany the store manager! She was completely snobby, rude and unfriendly! Went through the drive through and ordered a Family Feast with 3 walnut shrimps with noodles and 1 order of 2 chicken entrees with noodles. She charged me for a family feast and 2 large orders of chicken at $10.00 a piece! After realizing the order was incorrect on the receipt, we asked to correct the order and refund the difference. (This was prior to us receiving our food). She refused and said she wasn't going to because she repeated our order back to us and we confirmed. She said go ahead and call corporate because she didn't care. All for just a simple refund?!? I didn't ask for anything free, I just wanted to pay for what I ordered. My husband and I are on a road trip and decided we wanted Panda Express. Glad we stopped here because it's clean and the customer service is great. I love walking into an establishment and the staff greets their guests with smiles. The food was hot and the restaurant is clean. No complaints on my end. And one more thing to add is, upon arrival, one of the staff members was taking the temperature of the food and writing it down. That made me feel safe, if that makes any sense. Completely new Panda Express! Closest one for 30 miles or so. For a fast-restaurant sit in option, Panda Express is pretty good. Don't expect authentic Chinese food, but the orange chicken is a classic Chinese American meal (probably too sweet for most people). Still exciting to get a new demographic of food for the area! ZERO STARS!!!!! This place sux! Ordered delivery last night and they totally forgot to include an entree! Seriously? Called them to inform of their mistake and they wouldnt credit the credit card I used nor would they redeliver my entree THEY forgot....USELESS and obviously didnt give a crap..
