Horrible horrible horrible! Employee forgot to give me my credit card back I realized and called them right away to verify they had my card which they did. I come back 3 days later to find out they threw my card away. After making me wait for about 20 minutes they come and tell me they don't have it anymore and I should order a new one. I wish I could give a 0! Your manager on duty at store #2295 told me after I was already at the door heading out the wrong door on accident "to get the fuck out!" When I heard what she she said, she replied "you heard what the fuck I said" and walked to the back of the store. She refused to give me a refund for food and refused to give me corporate number. I am completely displeased with the behavior of a manager when I at least come here twice a week! I will be back to make sure something is done about this ASAP! read more

I can basically guarantee you that if its Asian food, I'm gonna like it. This held true for Panda Express. It was reminiscent of the times I used to eat in mall food courts as a child - there really isn't anything better than soy saucy, teriyaki chicken and fried rice. What especially stood out about this place was the service and the physical environment. That building is awesome! You can tell they really put some thought into the architecture/interior. I thought it was nice that the guy serving us, Shaday, offered us multiple samples even though the line was getting longer and longer behind us. Because it was our first time, we wanted to make sure we saw all the offerings before deciding. I ultimately got the mushroom chicken and the beef and broccoli. Honestly, the beef and broccoli wasn't much to write home about, but the mushroom chicken was very tasty. Here's the icing on the cake: I casually mentioned that it was our first time there, and as a goodwill gesture, Shaday gave us each a bag of fortune cookies! The bag even included a free entree ticket. It left quite the impression on us.... Very thoughtful for such a "commercial," "impersonal" place. Bathrooms were spacious and of course, there's plenty of parking. Rice and two entrees was $6.75 so price was on point too. We'll be back when we're on this side of town. read more

I've never had Panda Express before. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. I enjoyed it. It was greasy and chock full of MSG but who cares. It's Chinese fast food. It's supposed to be that way. I haven't had Panda Express in years, so finding out that there was one near me got me excited. The building looked nice. Very modern and up to date. I tried the plate with 2 entrees, a side, and I got and got an extra item. Their orange chicken and chow mien noodles are very good, I just wish the noodles were moist cause it was a little dry. I didn't know Panda Express existed outside of mall food courts. It's a cool looking building. I've tried at least five different Chinese restaurants in Columbia and they've all sucked. This one kinda sucks too. I've been here twice. The service is really slow and the food is pretty indistinguishable. I've had the shiitake kale chicken, their orange chicken some beef dish and vegetables. The orange chicken and the beef dish could have been switched and I wouldn't have known the difference. The beef could have been chicken or whatever. I couldn't really tell. The shiitake kale chicken wasn't too bad but really watery. The rice tasted good though. read more

Found Hair in both my meals , I called in spoke with daytime manager he was polite and said to come back in with receipt and he would refund the money . I should have known better, but it was raining... Spring rolls filled with some kind of unidentifiable pasty mess. Broccoli beef with virtually no beef whatsoever, and Kung Pao chicken with minimal chicken. I could have stopped at my usual Chinese place and got a real meal that was edible. I use to love coming to Panda Express and look at all the beautiful food that was in the bowls behind the buffet trying to figure out what I wanted. I've been there the last 4 times and half of the food is never full! It always takes 10-15 minutes or more for the food to be made! Sometimes more than that. I don't understand what the problem is because I see the same slow moving people there every time I go. But I can't do it anymore! People moving at a snails pace putting small amounts of food on your plate as if you're lucky they're there to help! I always get the 3 plate. They usually put my third option in another container! Today they put it on my noodles! And messed the flavor of the noodles up. I'm so tired of people that don't like their jobs going through the paces and at a snails pace at that! If you want hot food be ready to wait for at least 15 minutes. The last time I had told the lady what I wanted. I wanted two orange chickens and a pepper Chicken. But she kept waiting to put the orange chicken on the plate because the pepper chicken wasn't ready. I sat there and watched as all the orange chicken was used up! Then I had to wait for orange chicken! Never again!!!! These people need a Manager that knows what they're doing! They have eyes and can tell when the bowls are getting low. On point! I was here today, half starved to death. A very delightful, professional woman took and got our orders promptly. The walnut honey shrimp was low, so she called for an order and gave us the fresh batch. She dropped a sauce packet on the floor and did not pick it up and put it in the bag like I've seen other workers do. If she's not in management, she should be. Wish I knew her name. One of the worst experiences I had. I had to wait 30 minutes (3:38:33pm until 4:09:35pm) for 5 pieces of shrimp. Normally I don't complain, however, the business was not busy. The servers were taking breaks when I entered. The apparent manager was who served me to make it worse. I watched a young man come in and have an interview. He was finish with his interview, ten minutes later I still did not have my shrimp. Then when I finally came (no one had a clue); they were loop warm (more on the cold side). They have their days on whether foods going to be good or bad. Usual panda expresses ate full of flavor. This one however is bipolar. One day juicy and rich flavors, other days burnt with bland flavors. Need to figure out who is the weak link and either put them as server or fire him/her. I stopped by today for my lunch hoping they wouldn't take as long as they usually do with my order. I order a bowl - chow Mein and black pepper chicken and a side of teriyaki sauce. The lady who took my order notified me that it would take 6 min for the chow mein to get done. When I got the window the person who took my money asked me once again what sauce I would like so I told them again, teriyaki sauce. I then proceeded to parking space #4 to wait for my food. It took them 15 min to give me my food. I wish I hadn't paid yet that way I could have went somewhere else and made it back to work on time. Not only that, one of the workers came to my window to ask me what I ordered as if they didn't know what I ordered. Once I got back to my job , I realized my chicken was not cooked fully and they forgot my teriyaki sauce. I told them twice what I wanted. This place is really nice and bigger than most panda express I've gone to! It was really clean and not as busy so they didn't had much food but they did cooked it quickly as we requested new batches of certain items. The food was delicious! The employees where very friendly too! read more

Orange chicken was hard and cold, we asked the food server politely to bring more and she did, with a smile. Unfortunately it was hard as well. The chow mein was dry and the rice was extremely oily. The staff on hand seemed pretty friendly which is hard to find. read more

I've been to a few Panda Express restaurants throughout the country and this is, by far, the worst I have visited (even though it opened not too long ago). The food is ok, but my wife and I both ordered chicken-based dishes and they came with barely any chicken. They also did not offer (nor have out/available) any side sauces. You can order in, order online, and go through drive thru. We ordered online and picked up our food. In the amount of time between when we arrived and left, the cars in the drive thru had not moved. The inside was packed and though they had eight employees standing (literally just standing) behind the counter, they had one cashier. None of the employees seemed to know what they were doing. My wife and I ordered two dishes: each were the kind with 2 entrees and 1 side. No extras and no drinks. It cost $15. It was a decent amount of food for what you pay for, but there are many other places I'd rather spend my $15 than coming back here. read more

When Panda Express first opened it was great! Unfortunately, it has drastically declined! Last time I went there I ordered my food and beverage like usual. I asked for soy sauce and they were out. I went over to make my drink and saw that they didn't have any tea out so I asked the cashier if they had sweet tea... they were out. I got a refund for my drink because I don't drink soda. There were no napkins at the condiment station so I asked for napkins... once again, they wee out of those too. She told me I had to go in the bathroom and grab some paper towels if I needed a napkin! She told me that the manager walked out and took the key with them and all their supplies were locked up in the closet! No excuse! Call a locksmith or just break the lock! came here with my sister, brother in law and husband to get takeout and they were "out" of dr pepper, coke, sweet tea, and literally every other drink other than root beer. they were also "out" of white rice and brown rice. i'd like someone to explain how the hell you run out of all of that. i worked at Chick-Fil-A for two years and we NEVER ran out of every single kind of drink. we NEVER ran out of popular food items. and we all know Chick-Fil-A gets more busy than panda express. poor first impression of panda express. read more

After driving by many times, I finally decided to try Panda for a take-out lunch today. I was pretty sure there was a promo code so I googled for it. If you order online, use the code NOLINE at checkout to get a free medium side with an a la carte entree. I got the signature orange chicken entree and a mixed veggie side. The chicken was very good but not really special. However, the veggie medley of broccoli, carrots, zucchini, string beans and cabbage was freshly sauteed and excellent. The small entree and medium side was definitely enough for two adults. There were 3 or 4 cars at the drive-through, so I decided to go inside to get my order. The clean interior was bright and cheery. I noticed that there is food bar of already prepared entrees and sides that should allow the servers to assemble orders quickly. My order was ready so I was able to get in and out with little delay. Yes, I WILL visit PE again. read more

I have been a fan of Panda Express for a while now. I have visited this restaurant twice this week. The first day, Sunday, they were out of my favorite Honey Walnut Shrimp. I cancelled my order and left without anything. On Thursday, I thought they would have my favorite food in stock. My wife ordered online because she saw it was available. When we arrived at the restaurant, the sign said enter only. I tried to open the door and it was locked. No one acknowledged me when I pulled on the door. After pulling through the drive thru, I was able to let them know that I had an online order. He proceeded to tell me that my order could not be filled until tomorrow. I asked about a refund for the portion of the order that I could not get. He told me that he would have to refund the entire order. My wife was frustrated and I had to substitute my Honey Walnut Shrimp for Orange chicken. After receiving my order, I checked it and found that my noodles were missing. I pulled back through the drive they to get my order and the employee tried to hand me the container without a bag. I had to ask for a bag. After this week and these two experiences, I will choose other places to dine. I DO NOT plan to return until this issue is resolved. read more
