Super slow, not very friendly, and definitely not the smartest bunch of employees. The food is the same quality as other Panda locations so that's good, but wow this Dr. Pepper is TERRIBLE! Not even flat, it just tastes like club soda. Also I don't know it it's company policy to ask for donations 3 times, but that's a little excessive. The food is consistently good and the staff is always friendly. The restaurant dining area is clean and the drive-thru is fast and accurate.

I've given them three tries over the last year, and the verdict is 'disappointing'. While the abundant selection is nice, and I appreciate the options for veggies and brown rice along with the more typical sides, I have yet to have anything that was prepared well. The rice, all varieties, is dry and almost crunchy. The last time I had vegetables, only some of the mix had been cooked - I decided I was lucky they were remotely heated through and ate them anyway. The main dishes are hit or miss. Some are fine, for mediocre American Chinese. Some are obviously not being cooked properly, or sitting too long, or both. I was excited when they opened, but skip it. The little independent places in town are almost all significantly better, nicer to deal with, and often cheaper as well. read more

Honestly I love Panda Express and have been a consistent customer since I was 14. I always get the same thing, white rice, orange chicken, broccoli beef and Beijing beef. This location can often be a hit or miss with quality of food and CUSTOMER SERVICE (which they either need to work on or hire more staff since they seem to always be so stressed whenever I go). I don't ask for much but fresh broccoli beef when I come in and notice the broccoli that is currently out is brown and soggy and looking quite limp. Some may prefer it as is, that's none of my business, but if I'm gonna have fast food veggies I'd prefer a little crunch and presence of life in them. My last visit I waited over 20 minutes for broccoli beef and had my food quite literally tossed at me over the counter by staff. Not a good look. As a paying customer for off brand Chinese food please hand me my food with dignity and respect. That's such a huge turn off to want to grab food really quick after work and wait even longer for it to appear and then have poor customer service and attitude as an extra side. No bueno. read more

I ordered an online takeout consisting of 8 plates and one large plate for family and friends. Once we reached, we were handed off the order and on asking if all the food was there, they answered in the affirmative. We trusted them and went back home with the food. Terrible idea! on checking the food back at home, we found that one of the plates was missing. We called back the store promptly and they asked us to come back to pick up the order because they don't deliver. When we went back to pick up the order, we asked if they could make this one plate free as we had to drive back about 10 miles to pick up the food again and it was clearly their mistake that they didn't check the complete order. The server/manager told us that there would be no refund and then we asked if she could give us an extra plate to compensate for our hassle. The server/manager did reluctantly agree, but the way (server's attitude) the food was served was downright horrible and disgusting. It clearly showed off that the server/manager was very angry on us. That person also never apologized for their mistake. The food, as usual, was good but the serving and management was very disrespectful. I hope that the management takes notice of this issue. read more

My sister made me eat here when they first opened, and I'm not complaining lol. They have MANY menu items to choose from, bowls, two and even three entree options. You'll want to do the three but calm down, you can go back another time lol (ha ha, it's so much food!) the orange chicken is their "go-to" item I think and I can see why because it's awesome. The price gets steep if you keep adding food but we all get bowls and drinks or not too bad. They have a nice kids menu also so that makes my son happy. You'll get greeted when you walk in no matter what so that makes you feel like they know you're there. We life 30 miles away but seem to eat here when we are in town ;) read more

Tastes pretty much like any other panda express. A lot of so-so americanized "chinese" food. The reason I left 4 stars is because the people were really friendly. I usually go to the teabar and order a mango freeze with boba and they are always nice and quick. The location is also pretty much brand new and is super clean so that is always a good thing. read more

The customer service and service period, is TERRIBLE! These employees have no consideration about a wrong that they have done. Instead, they like to interrupt you and start an argument. I had grease coming out of me and my families panda bowls from our online order that I had to pick up INSIDE. Also, my father went to take a fortune cookie and the package was opened, the cookie was broken, and the message inside was gone. We serve under unsanitary conditions now? Even with COVID?! They did not check to see if it was opened or not before putting it in the bag? I think it is redundant that you have mobile pick up and no way of receiving it besides having to go inside and wait in line... there should be no issue having to pick up an online, paid for order, through the drive thru lane. I did not like the sass that came from more than three employees in one visit, and witnessing multiple customers having a bad experience before I was attended to was just a warning that I was going to get bad service as well. The food is great but it's a shame that the people who work there have poor social skills :/ read more

Don't order string bean chicken because they ALWAYS run out and never apologize for the inconvenience. They are sloooooow, expensive and rude! Not a good investment of your money! The girl taking orders was super slow. The drive through girl came over when it was my turn. Half way through me verbalizing my order she answered the drive through mic, and got mad when I I was trying to see if she heard me or not. Shitty experience since I'm getting food for my husband in the hospital. Friendly advice? I was excited to see Panda Express open up, and haven't even finished my food before rushing to write this- disappointment. Utter disappointment. The service is terrible and the food is sub par- what they had left of food, anyways. Rude people behind the counters, place is a mess, food is cold and they're out of a good third of their entrees (unapologetically) and I'm not even here during a rush hour. Horrible service, I was dining in and they prioritize the drive through. I waited like 5-10 minutes for the lady to ask me what I wanted and as soon as I was about to ask a question, she walked off to take another order and I waited for another 5 minutes.
