A repeat of 2022. My friend insists that it's worth taking a chance on this hole. I could see it, if you were one of those chew-and-spit people who don't eat food. First of all they were, as usual out of the green bean chicken. How do they not see that they are running and MAKE MORE??? I tried the Black Pepper "sirloin steak". The rubberized "beef" which surrounded the pieces of gristle tasted ok, but you could not grind them up and some would not be swallowed. The broccoli had been plucked when it was mostly tough sprouts. As usual, they included the STALKS. Large, floretless woody pieces of mouth-cutting dry stalks. What is your intended target market with this crap? The Mushroom Chicken we tried had a SH*T-TON of liquid which leaked EVERYWHERE. It was mostly mushrooms. Not nice mushrooms like in a real Chinese dish, but salad bar mushrooms heated and bloated by water/steam. No napkins. You certainly showed us who was boss. Also, the person taking our order would NOT accept our request for a moment, as he had told us they were out of the dish we both intended to order. Food was great, hot, and flavorful. That's where the positives end. The floors and tables were FILTHY. There were maybe only 2 people in the lobby and 1 car in the drive-thru when I arrived. There is absolutely no excuse for puddles of sauce, scattered noodles, and clumps of dirt scattered across the floor. I could hardly find a clean place to eat. Their service was horribly slow. I stood around for 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence to take my order. All the food was in good supply, and nobody was cleaning the restaurant. I'm not too sure what the 5 employees behind the counter and in the kitchen were doing - I'm sure it was more important than taking orders and cleaning up their filthy restaurant! Wow. I should have known that store wasn't doing well, when the car ahead of me had to show their receipt twice to get their order right. My bowl of honey chicken and noodles had no honey chicken- only noodles. My plate of honey walnut shrimp and rice had seven pieces of shrimp (and no walnuts) for two people. It's so sad to see how portion sizes have been reduced and now they no longer even provide mustard when requested. It always amazes me how corporations make decisions that affect customers without batting an eyelid. First they cut our plum sauce now mustard. This is the WORST Panda Express I've been to. They were out of noodles and steamed vegetables and said all they could do was fried or white rice. Usually, they'll give an estimate for when more will be ready, nothing. I asked for no rice just some of the meats, they put fried rice on my plate. Then the meats were awful, I don't know how they messed them up. All Panda's should be about the same right? But the meat was soggy and almost un-flavorful. This Panda Express is absolutely ridiculous. They can never seem to decide if you can do pick up orders at the drive through window, sometimes they will let you, sometimes they make you come in, unlike every other fast food restaurant in town! But tonight took the cake. After 20 min sitting in the drive through we were told to come in for pick up. We had to go in and stand in line in the regular order counter line for 15 min because they had stacked a bunch of shelves in front of the pick up counter so you can't wait there and other people were standing there for the entire time I was there without being helped. What's the point in ordering pick up if you still have to wait in line for 15 min to get your food? After I finally got to the front they requested I show them the app or my fiancées phone number to pick up the order when I gave them my fiancées name. I get asked fewer questions picking up schedule 2 drugs at a pharmacy. Every other pick up restaurant is fine with just a name for the order. Especially an uncommon one like my fiancées. It took them another 10 min to come back and help me when I told them I had to find the phone number in my phone and they walked off. How many people are gonna come in and steal an order under a super uncommon name like hers? It's ridiculous that it took 50 min to pick up an order that was supposed to be done before we arrived. read more

I do not speak slowly so it's hard typically for people to speak over me but this rude woman was not having any trouble at all ignoring every single thing I said and just doing her own thing. Didn't even EAT here because I couldn't get a word in!!!! Unreal. Unfortunately yelp reviews on chain restaurants like this don't really do anything because people are going to go to them just because it's the fast food place they want to go to. I thought I should update my review since it has been about 3 years since I last reviewed. Not much has changed for me. I do agree with some of the other reviewers that Panda Express is very Americanized Chinese food, but it still is good. In fact, I do not know many Chinese restaurants that don't have an Americanized menu. I often stop here on my way home when working "up north" and pass it on my way home. Their carry out has been pretty good. We occasionally dine in as well. We have not had any difficulty with the staff or management, and after reading some of the other reviews, I suppose we should be glad. Overall, I would actually give Panda Express 3.5 stars - but since I can't give half stars - I have to decide between 3 and 4 stars. Since this is my go-to carry-out Chinese place, I went with 4 stars. read more

Panda Express recently stated that their noodles would go vegan and will also have a Egg Plant Tofu dish available at all their stores on Feb 27. I visited on March 21st hoping to be able to enjoy some vegan noodles and the tofu dish. To my disappointment the staff stated the noodles are not vegan and that they didn't carry the tofu dish. The staff member looked competely lost when I asked why the noodle continue to contain animal products. Why was not able to answer so we left. read more

I am not sure I can express my disappointment in this restaurant thoroughly. I frequent this place often, because of there honey walnut shrimp deliciousness. I very rarely ever leave with the correct order, and drink. If you go within two ours of there closing you most likely will not get your choice item, because they are out of everything. The only negative thing is they didnt have sauce ready for the teriyaki chicken and I had to wait for them to whip some up and bring it to my table. Long but must read! I didn't even look at the reviews before I had to come post one then realize it has 2 stars as is. but I guess on with my experience... we are from out of town so it took a while to get to our food and realize the issue but we open our food from an already long night and realize there's hair in it. Okay fine. One piece, it's almost closing time we aren't gonna bother. So yea. We were being nasty and kept eating. But the more we ate the more hair that was found. 3 out of the 5 plates ordered had hair. So I called. I get a "manager" on the phone and Cassie, Cathy whatever her name was starts asking me to describe the hair, if it was as male or female, what color it was. Then finally asked for a picture. Like what?! I've never had someone ask me about the hair found in my food as if I kept it. Like what?! Then she goes oh so you said it was in the chow mein? Nope! Never stated exactly where I found it but that's exactly where it was found in all 3 plates. smh. So I ask her name again and she hung up on me!!!! Just left after waiting at the counter for 10 minutes holding my 2 children under 2 after they told my 2 year old to not go in the table area because it's blocked off for COVID. We weren't planning to sit there and no one sits there currently so why tell a 2 year old not to walk around in there? Service SO-O-O RUDE! Placed order for 3 entrees and one side. Server scooped up the food from the bowl and dumped it in the styrofoam container. Then grabbed a small box for the 3rd entree. She only put half a scoop in the box (it was not full). I brought it to her attention that it was not a full serving and she argued that "it was 6 oz". I stated that it was not the same portion as the other entrees. She then scooped one piece of chicken and one green bean into the box (still not full). I should have walked out, but paid and left.
