I was kinda hesitant on coming to this location due to the reviews, next time I will trust what I read even more. I ordered two plates from this location and took off, when I was on the high way to Spokane I noticed that we only had one plate while already 5 miles in on the interstate. My girls fault for not checking but man I was not happy. I can see why this location has a low rating. These kids do not take their job seriously, they are pretty much fooling around in the back and calling each other names while customers on the other end are listening. I had to drive all the way back to get my second plate while wasting gas for an error done on their end. Not only was this an issue but damnn the food quality is nasty, the noodle tastes like old cup ol noodles, teriyaki chicken was disgusting and the orange chicken was hard. Management really needs to step it up and make changes. Definitely going to make a complaint with the Rosemead California corporate office. The worst Panda Express I have ever been in to in my life. read more

Ill keep it simple. Ordered watermelon mango drink with no ice cause I know they fill with ice and put little juice. They took the order and after they charged me they put ice and tried to force me to take it saying they cant do no ice. Ridiculous! read more

Infuriating whenever I order something to be delivered when I can't get to the store they ALWAYS screw up my order. And it's always Honey Walnut Shrimp which I pay extra for. One time it's okay, two times, ehhhh...k. But three times and on a day I'd REALLY like to indulge in some calorically dense junk food...I've had it. Done. No more. Door Dash was great and speedy and I tipped her for her service but here I go again having to drive AGAIN to get my shrimp AGAIN during a time when I should be working. ENOUGH. READ THE ORDERS. IT'S NOT HARD. I USED TO DO THIS JOB. I USED TO BE ONE OF YOU. SO WTF!? read more

Food is fine but the service is real slow . I ordered family meal ,every food was fine except for kung pao chicken The rest of my food were left under the warm light. That means my food is not at the right temperature and I have to reheat the rest of my food when I get home . They only have 1 chef, they need to get more chef, normally I see 2. I know it's hard to hire, pay them more Ambiance is to be expected read more

I am hugely dissapointed. Might just as well have gone to China Garden buffet because it cost just as much! Every vegetable was overcooked! The Broccoli in the Beef and Broccoli was so tough and over cooked I couldn't even chew it or bite off a bite from a bigger stalk. Every meat item was overcooked and tough to chew also. The chicken eggrolls were greasy they caused issues in my gut! Instead of a refillable cup your only choice for pop is in a bottle for $2.50 each! When I complained about the tough Beef and Broccoli they did give me another antre' but it was in a tiny box with only about 4 pieces of sesame chicken in it. The eggrolls cost an extra 2$ unlessyou get the dinner box, and even then they are an extra 1.50! They were so greasy they gave me the runs! I will never eat there again! read more

Upper managment has some of the biggest jar heads I've ever heard over the phone. One of the shift supervisors answered my call and fixed my order, but I over heard her talking to her I guess GM about my issue, which btw, is that I ordered a bigger plate and only got chow mein. The upper managment seems to be the biggest jerks on the planet. read more

My wife and I walked in just after 11am yesterday, one other customer in the store. One staffer said that when we are ready to order, please step over to the counter. After about a minute we stepped over to the beginning of the line. Staffer proceeded to fill three drive thru orders while we stood there. No one else offered to help. Finally, the staffer said "my priority is the drive-thru", then continued to ignore us. No one else offered any help. We left. read more

I just ate at this Panda Express its usually good probably a 4 star but today it was a two because the orange chicken was bland had, had an off taste and it seemed like it needed to be more crisp and have more sauce. The chowmein was bland and dry. The service was good, probably a five star. read more

My husband and i got the orange chicken here, and after we got home and tasted it...it was awful. There was no sweet/orange taste to the chicken. Tasted like pure soy sauce. Very disappointed We love the orange chicken, and it was simply inedible read more

If you want white rice anytime after 7:30 PM don't bother going here! They don't make anymore after 7:00. They also only make their other food to order after 7:00 so there will be a wait. Good luck! read more

Took forever to get food after waiting for 15 mins poor management waited 20 mins for some orange chicken that tasted awful

Coming out here so many times and never had problem, but what I experienced today is not acceptable. I have a business and it's not how customers get treated. I simply asked for some extra mushroom's and he told me I'm going to charge you for another entree. Seriously? I'm not asking for for whole side. Then I asked for more sauce and same thing I'll have to charge you. His name is Ethan J. Not coming back to this location!!! read more

Whoa. That was THE worst food. I've eaten panda many times before and it's pretty much been consistently average. Not bad, not great, but okay. This today was awful. Greasy, soggy, overcooked or inedible. Bummer. I had orange chicken, beef with peppers, walnut shrimp, half rice/have noodles. I won't go back. read more

I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. Even if it's fast food. We went in last night and got the family deal but upgraded shrimp and grabbed some egg rolls. The person we encountered was very pleasant. We were even early and were told " no problem! Well get started on it now." All of the portion boxes were full. Our drive home is almost an hour but the food was still warm and it was also pretty delicious. I was very grateful to not have to cook dinner for one night during this pandemic but unfortunately don't have any options in my town during the week. Thank you Panda Express for doing a great job during this difficult time. read more

Panda Express - 20.00 family meal - Chinese Near Me - Coeur D Alene, Idaho

Stopped in at 7:15 and was told they were out of steamed rice and wouldn't make any more for the night. At 7:15?!! And they close at 9 Steamed rice is the easiest and cheapest item to make and they are running away business because they won't make anymore two hours before they close! We obviously left and had dinner elsewhere. Poor decisions Panda Express read more

We frequent many restaurants in CDA and I am leaving a review strictly to show my gratitude to the employees at this location. They tend to hire young adults and it surprises me how dedicated these youngsters are. It's obvious that the manager goes above and beyond to look for genuine people. They greet you happily and work hard to make you happy. The food is always good at Panda, which keeps us coming back. But I love seeing the employees every time I walk in and they are always so cheerful. It's humbling. Are you vegan? Here are your possibilities: (A la carte) "Large box chow mien" $4.10! Tons of delicious noodles/veggies. Ask for soy sauce which makes this dish perfect. (Lots for one person, enough for 2). *if you feel like splurging, add brown OR white rice, spring rolls (NOT EGG ROLLS), or super greens for a large meal. Some locations have "EGGPLANT TOFU". Come on Best Ave location! We are waiting!!! read more

You take your chances with this particular Panda Express. Sometimes it's decent..while lately not so much. More breading less chicken ..luke warm..chewy chicken. I think at this point I won't be going back. **EDIT** I was contacted by a Panda Express representative and they expressed concern with my review and promptly sent me a gift card for a free entree in the hope I'd give them another chance. I agreed to give their restaurant another try; I went with my original entree choice Orange Chicken. This time it was hot and flavorful with decently sized chicken pieces with the right amount of breading. Maybe the last few times I got the bottom end of the day servings.. I will give them another try to see if they've actually improved for good and add to this review at that time. But, as it stands now..they've redeemed the restaurant and it's gotten much better. read more

My family and I are frequent Panda Express customers. I have never felt ripped off. As the other employees were serving regular portions and full scoops of food to other customers, Benji fished out a few shrimp and and then took his time trying to get just veggies into the entree he did the same on my sons kids entree, yes we are paying extra for Shrimp, but I expect the same amount as any other entree choice. We both left hungry. read more

To start I would like say I frequent this "restaurant". Their food is nothing great, but it's fast and warmish. That being said, after today's interaction with Anju, the manager or assistant manager, I will never eat there again. I went in and ordered my usual, they took my Debit card ,ran it and I tried to leave. It was at this point they wanted to see my identification, after they took my money. They also wanted my identification to give me my money back, we worked through that. I shall point out there is no sign in this establishment stating this policy, nor had this happened the dozens upon dozens of times I had been there in the past. On my way out the door I told them I would never be back. To that Anju replied "good, don't". Now I am sitting here waiting 24-72hrs to get my money back, because they automatically took my money, but it takes 24-72hrs to give it back; so I guess I wont be eating out tonight and I will never be eating there again as long as they retain her employ. After this whole fiasco I asked were I could make a complaint she forwarded me to the back of the receipt, which was an automated survey. After I got home I called them she was the one who I was forwarded to, I finally got a number out of her for a voice mail, we'll see if they call. I asked for her name she hung up. My wife called back she gave her fist name and hung up. I guess what I am getting to is that she probably shouldn't be in charge of dealing with complaints from the public or the public in general. read more

I just would like to say what an absolute sweetheart the girl working the drive thru is on August 3rd at approximately 8:45 at night. She made my day and my family's day. Her level of professionalism and friendliness was off the charts. She explained that our food would be cooked to order if what we ordered wasn't ready and that it would be a little bit of a wait. We had just came from the other Panda Express in town and the experience was quite the opposite. I wish I knew her name because I would like to call and personally thank her for a wonderful experience. I gave her a $2 tip but in reality she deserves much, much more. I hope management realizes they have an absolute gem at this particular Panda Express location. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! read more

Fried rice was dry, had partially undercooked rice and was nearly tasteless. The squash in the mushroom "chicken" tasted like soap and what chicken was supposed to be in this dish? Could have fooled me! It was mostly mushroom (I did want mushrooms) and way too much soapy flavored squash. I wanted chicken and mushrooms, not soapy squash and mushrooms. I didn't eat more than a few bites. Ordered a "bigger plate" and the serving of orange chicken was a teeeny tiny container of rough, dry, hard to chew lumps of over battered grossness. That's what I get for going there out of desperation. I'll never get Panda Express again next. read more

I have a feeling that this location is under some new management, because things in the last month or so have picked up tremendously. They seem to be faster on there feet for people to get there orders. The actual buffet is full when you walk through, which in the past has not been the case. It's just made a very good turn around. My personal experience is that my kiddo had made a decent mess while eating and I was cleaning it up, and a very nice male employee just said "don't worry about it, it's my job to clean it up" and was very polite and just took over. Things have very much picked up, keep up the good work panda!!! read more

By far the least intelligent crew currently employed in Coeur d'Alene. Incapable of even completing orders correctly, these Neanderthals are also incapable of basic customer service or rational thought. Such simple phrases as "I had this food delivered through you." They insist that I never could have purchased food from them because I only have a digital receipt, not a physical one. To top it all off they condescend to you as though you're the moron. "Are you sure you got it from this Panda" "Yes, that's why the address on the digital receipt says '405 E Best.'" To which they will reply "Are you sure that's this address?" I cannot stress enough the importance of not supporting this location of Panda Express. They disappoint and fail at every level imaginable. read more

My family and I were passing through town and we stopped at panda. First off the portions that they gave us were slim to none. There was more of the rice than the chicken/beef. The beef broccoli, the mushroom chicken. Then my husband go the teriyaki chicken and there were 3 pieces that were straight pink not just 1, but 3. Then when we went up to show them the staff played it off as if because it was "dark meat" it has a "vein". Absolutely unexpectedly and that is the worst excuse I've ever heard. My daughter didn't eat her meal because they didn't check their chicken correctly. We will never go to this location again read more

Took my sister to lunch .walked in stood and waited for service. As we were waiting a couple came in behind us. The woman behind the counter skipped past us and helped them .ok so we waited was going to walk out. Waited then we told her what we wanted by the time we got to the register my sister had her food ready but for some reason the woman sat mine down on her side of the counter. Food looked good but the sweet & sour chicken was luke warm. The chow main had no flavor. The rice was the only thing decent tasting. My sister got a smaller portion of the sweet & sour chicken in a little box we ordered the samething but hers was in a box . She opened the box and there was only 3 pieces of chicken in it. It was also luke warm. We won't go to that panda Express ever again . Will go to the one closer to hayen,Idaho never had a problem there. read more

We eat here a lot and its always a 50-50 chance. It either is great or horrible. No in between. I have called corporate and they apparently, from the reviews, dont care enough to hold their franchisee accountable and get things streightned out. They just automatically send a gift card. Today's visit was no different. 20 minutes in line as only one of two cars. Sometimes you dont mind the wait if they are cooking to order. Not the case. Every meal we got was cold and old with the rice so old and crispy unable to eat. Meat portions extra skimpy today also. It's just not worth it anymore. Goodbye panda. read more
