I would like to give a huge thumbs up to the staff here!! I went in to Panda Express today and both the restaurant and drive through were packed. The staff kept their cool the entire time. Customers were informed of wait times if something they wanted ran out and they stayed true to those wait times. I was very impressed with the work ethic and attitude of the panda crew. Keep up the good work! read more

I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. First of all the drive thru line took a really long time and once I ordered they got my order wrong. They over charged me for 4 extra orders of spring rolls and when I was asking for a refund they got mad and the drive thru workers were rolling their eyes at me. Horrible customer service I would say. Then they proceeded to argue with me and say that I ordered 5 orders of spring rolls REALLY! It was as if I was bothering them for asking for my money back. Once they finished arguing with me and giving me my money they asked me to pull around and wait for my food because they were waiting for the fried rice to finish cooking. I waited over 15 minutes when I was told 5 minutes. I observed everyone else coming through the drive thru get their food right away and I was still waiting. I got tired of waiting so I went in the store they had my food sitting there in the bag and felt as if they weren't planning on bringing it out to me. I complained to the manager and all he said was to order online next time. I was so irritated I just granted my food and left. By the time I four home they gave me the wrong entrée's the food was cold and the spring rolls were super stale. Save yourself the time and effort and go somewhere what. read more

This is easily the worst Panda Express ive ever been to. I tried to avoid this one. Their service is slow and their teriyaki chicken was burnt the last time I went so I wouldn't recommend this place read more

This is definitely one of the better Panda Expresses in San Diego as far as food quality. Service is decent, but often times the drive thru is slower than parking and going inside. read more

If there was a option for "0" stars they would get it. Earlier today I used the drive thru and not only was my "server" rude but I get home and find my "2" item plate only had one item. I paid full price 7.50 plus tax and i only got one item, I'm very disappointed in their service. To make matters worst I called and it says no one can assist me, hmmm yeah I bet not. read more

The food is nothing from the other world, but I needed to do a review about this location because of a really bad customer service experience I had. I needed to change my daughter's diaper and when I o to the restroom I realized there's no diaper change station in ther 'fancy' restroon. I see a couple folks that look from Corporate and when I approach one of them with my comments about that his answer is 'That's not something we plan to do soon, is not on budget' I tell him that's disappointing and he replies by telling me 'You're not going to stopp shopping Starbuck because they don't have diaper change tables right?' Seriously!!!? read more

I love coming to this place. They have the best Orange Chicken!!!! I'm sure everyone knows that. I like to get my orange chicken, fried rice, and chow mein!! Best combination ever !! Terrible drive thru service. How can one person take order, put the order together, and collect money? They can't. Don't yell at the customers when you can't do your job. If you don't like your job then work somewhere else. Thanks for ruin my lunch. read more

The food is good, portions are smaller thru drive thru then if you eat inside. The service is bad , the girl that takes your order is rude. Confuses you with order. Let people order how they want, we are not experts like her at ordering plates. She yells, not the best person to have at the drive thru. On another occasion they fill the drinks with soda spilling over the top of the cup. Wipe the cup, it spilled all over me. I will not come here again. read more

Store#1098, They have around 15 employees working at this site. Every time I come here the food looks old and many items need to be cook as soon as you ask for them. Today I waited again, and they got my order wrong twice. When I went to ask for my items with my receipt, the employee didnt look to happy, she was upset that I went to ask for the items, I had to go back again cause my order was wrong, got a different employee, he was ok, he try to explain that the food just got out. Please, fix this issues. My opinion is that the problem is most of the employees and they need to be organized. read more

This is the slowest location I have ever been to. Even if you place your order ahead of time online, it won't even be ready for another 30-40min. There seems to be enough staff but for some reason they just can't keep up with the orders. Not impressed and I'll probably never go back unless it's in the middle of the day or something. read more

It was delicious. Honey Walnut shrimp very good. Orange chicken was great as well. Just took a long time to get my food.

Time for something unprecedented! This is the only location of Panda Express I've ever visited that had an ENTIRE selection food READY to serve during a lunch hour! Yes! It can really happen! I didn't have to wait 10 minutes for a new batch of veggies or chicken or brown rice or anything. It was all right there. I almost took a photo because I was so impressed. Of course this made ordering more difficult because the entire selection was there for the taking. but we get by ... we get by ... read more

I've never reviewed fast food type places before. But I suppose that can be attributed to the fact that I've never actually been impressed by the service at one. In fact, I don't often feel anything else but mild frustration when at chains like these. Tonight, however, was different. We had Adrian. He was cool. You hear that, Panda execs? He was cool. Hands down the friendliest, most customer-service oriented fast food experience I've ever had. You've got a good one here. Treat him well. And Adrian, if you're reading this, (I envy you, because nobody has ever written about me on yelp before) you're doing a mighty fine job. Keep it up, cause you friendly as all hell! read more

I've been here many times because my kids like it. Normally the people that work here are helpful and look like they actually want to work. Today, this happened with my kids meal. I got the chicken scraps and when I asked if I can get more, the girl said this is the regular portion. The first person serving the entres decided to skin me, the girl on the register was also not a happy camper. Too bad because as much as my kids like it, this is not cool. read more

I'm always skeptical about going to restaurants that are near closing because I know they'll usually just give you leftovers that have been sitting for a long time. But I saw this particular store closed at 10pm and I got there at 9pm so I assumed that wouldn't be the case. I was wrong. The food was lukewarm at best. There were some stale pieces of rice in my fried rice and 3 of the 7 pieces of orange chicken that I was given were nothing but breading and 1 of the pieces was very chewy chicken. The broccoli beef was very fatty but the broccoli itself was pretty good. Pretty disappointed with my experience tonight. Will consider going to a different location next time even if I have to drive a bit farther. read more

I lately have inconsistent food quality and service. My mom always drags me coming here, but I tend not to order anything due to lack of training of employees. The workers are lazy and not helpful to their customers. I'm tired of the same saying "there's has been a miscommunication", but it's more like "I didn't pay much attention to you". It's already annoying coming here, but it's worse when they're serving my mom. The food quality seems to get worse. I've been to this location for 10 years, and the kind of mistakes is out of hand. Unacceptable. Overcharging me lately and not hearing me out is atrocious. I hate this location!!! read more

I love Panda Express on Broadway in Chula Vista. Today I went to the Panda Express on Main street because they have drive-thru. Food was horrible as well as the service. I remember why I don't go there anymore. The Teriyaki sauce was like blob and the chicken was horrible. read more

Very poor quality food and service. I'm not sure if the food wasn't cooked fully but my 2 year old and I got an allergic reaction to the food. Our body is full of rashes and will probably need to go to seek medical attention. Panda Express should really pay attention to cooking chicken or shrimp which is we got and assure it's fully cook. The line was long but that should t be a reason to sell uncooked food that causes hives to customers. read more

Now I know why this place has 2 and half stars only , we stop to dine in and once we arrive they told us they close 9:30 to dine in the only have drive true service my mistake is to trust in the Google schedule , as a manager of a business I'll make sure to put a note on the web page to let my Costumers know about this inconvenience I drove all the way to this place for nothing. read more

This Panda Express isn't consistent. I noticed some people get more scoops then others. Since I was in the area. Today ordered some food to go for my kid and they gave a skimpy scoop. I normally go to another location. I don't recommend this place. Nothing but bad experiences here. This always reminds me why I rarely come to this location. read more

I'm so disappointed by the constant bad service we receive at this location. Today my father had to wait an extra 10 minutes for his order of shrimp and when we got home we realized the order was half empty! The worst part is that it was the manager who had filled up his order (I assume she was the manager) Mexican lady with a black shirt on. We are furious. And to top it off we have tried calling them 20 times with no luck and we can't even complain to corporate because the receipt in illegible. Come on! With the money you're saving from serving people only half there order you would think they can invest in a new printer or ink! read more

You like heavy handed Chinese food? Check. Fast service ? Check. You want to drive thru and have both? Uh ...no. Plus the food is so hit and miss you always wonder if it's worth the gamble. Throw some dice and hope the outcome is better than the last time you were there. That's the best you can hope for. IF you can withstand the wait in the drive-thru. If you do make it out of the snaking wait ...check your order before you leave. Chances are you'll need to go inside anyway. MY advise? Make sure you're hungry as hell, if so go inside and watch them put your order together. Ask for samples before ordering. If you're lucky you'll go home with something that is 48% enjoyable 75% passable. Then book a trip to Vegas baby! You're on a roll. read more

The noodles were brunt the last three times I went and the worker Belinda is so rude she gave me the wrong order than what was on the receipt and said she'd change it and when she went to do that she was talking bad about me how I was being so picky but I don't want to pay $11 for a bunch of orange chicken and rice when I asked for brócoli beef and I was understanding about it. She is very rude and i have had problems with her before and she is always there when I go and the burnt noodles is honestly disgusting i let it slide twice but that shits gross like three times the noodles literally fucking smell burnt even when they're fresh and they come out very dark they are definitely overcooked read more

Blows my mind how one person can just ruin your experience. From start to end it was bad. Went through the drive through and the person taking the order pretty much hated life because after every order she sighed like we were annoying her. Said they were out of things when I know they can make it to order. Got to the window and got stuff we didn't order and when we didn't drive away Jessica(I think that was her name) rudely said "you got everything" I said no I need that lemonade and she said you have the drink I then told her no it's a Diet Coke instead. She rolled her eyes and went to get the lemonade like it was my fault. I showed her the receipt where it clearly stated lemonade. No sorry no nothing. Again funny how one person can ruin your experience. read more

Pulled up to the drive thru. Said I would like a bowl (which Ive never had much less order from drive thru) she yells out at me chow mein or rice? Me, what? I would like beef broccoli. OK she says. I say in a bowl the she asks me again what would like but actually tells me these are my "side" options. I was like oh. She was in such a hurry although there was no one behind me. So anyway, I get my food and the beef broccoli is actually the side bc there was only 3 pieces of beef and some broccoli over a TON of rice.... very greasy too. This place blows. Not going back. Their employees seemed VERY rushed and they seem rude although I don't think they mean to be rude but come off rude since they are in such a rush. Don't assume ppl k ow whats on the menu ppl. This has happened to me inside too. They get super upset when you don't know what comes with what and want to rush you. Then, the food sucks and it's greasy. read more

Absolutely horrible !!! And management is even worst ! I ordered through the drive thru then was asked to park and wait so they can make fresh orange chicken - 30 min later nothing !!!! I went in and asked what was going on the manager said they didn't know I was waiting - and proceeded to give me orange chicken out of one of the small take out boxes added it to our plates I got home and the food was cold ,tasted old and terrible maybe because it sat there while they forgot about us !! I called the store and spoke to another manager who told me to bring in my receipt at another time since they would be closing in an hour and they could replace all the food with fresh food , I agreed to try them out one more time - maybe it was just an off day went 3 days later with receipt in hand ordered the exact 3 plates with 3 items got to the register and was treated so rudely and disrespectfully in front of several customers not only by the cashier but by the manager (how embarrassing), I was told that they do not replace food and don't give refunds if it's not the same day , I explained to her the situation and she refused to help - so I asked her if they just prefer to toss food away then make it right AND HER NEXT MOVE SHOCKED ME SHE TOSSED THE FOOD IN THE TRASH IN FRONT OF ME AND SAID, " IT DOESNT COME OUT OF HER CHECK " - WOW if I knew this I would have went the same day and got my money back !! I asked for the main/general managers info and she refused to give it to me and continued saying - she was in charge at that time . read more

Stopped by here for lunch today. Drive thru like always was a long line. I ordered Beijing beef, green bean chicken, chow mien and fried shrimp. Panda Express was pretty busy, somewhat clean, employees were friendly and polite. Overall experience was okay nothing to brag about. Idk the fried shrimp tasted like it was fried in old oil and saturated in oil. I ate one and didn't bother for a second helping. Anyways that's all I got for here. Just wanna give a shout out to my yelp stalker. Come check in over here bruh. Since you wannabe me LMFAO!!!! read more
