Also, I tried ordering ahead online and when I got to the drive through speaker I told them I had an online order to pick up but they said it wasn't ready, even though it was already at the time it told me it'd be ready by. The woman was short with me and a little rude when she told me I'd have to park and come inside later to pick up my order. I was disappointed they didn't have it ready and then that I had to wait another ten minutes to get the food. Horrible service. When getting there after 9pm if its not a chicken dish it ain't ready. Beijing beef 10-15min wait, any shrimp dish 10-20min. Asked for chow mein and there was a 7min wait. At this point didn't even ask for egg roles. I then ordered a lemonade...... sure but they didn't have ice.... Got my order wrong Monday called and they took down my info spoke to Miriam the manager on duty she asked for receipt number and info she said She will write name down and I can get replacement great. So I show up with receipt and her name in hand so the employee tells me I'm not on the book so she forgot never wrote name down and I was embarrassed already at that point I think as a manager you have a job to run a shift satisfy customers and take complaints/compliments and fix. Today, I decided to come to this specific location hoping to get a better experience from the Chula Vista, on Broadway, but the food quality is poor, the veggies I got, all the broccoli was already looking yellow-ish. The chicken had a hard texture, the new Steak-shrimp had a greasy-thick sauce feeling, no unique flavor. Service on the other hand, hard time to follow the instructions, spent an extra 10 minutes at the window clarifying and ensuring I got everything. It was just basic request, such as; no ice on the drinks, 1 extra Teriyaki sauce, one sweet and sour sauce, 4 chili sauce, but were out of this one. I understand we are still working on leaving COVID behind, but 3 workers were at the window and all seemed lost. This last time they sent my wife home crying because they made her wait 30 minutes for her food then gave her food away to the wrong person she requested a refund they didn't know how to do the refund stated that there was no manager on duty and sent her home without any food. The lady said it would be ready in 5-6 mins and she would call him. They took his name, we sat down to eat the rest of our food. Today I waited again, and they got my order wrong twice. When I went to ask for my items with my receipt, the employee didnt look to happy, she was upset that I went to ask for the items, I had to go back again cause my order was wrong, got a different employee, he was ok, he try to explain that the food just got out.
