Not sure what's changed from previous bad reviews, but the team was friendly from the moment we walked in! Portion sizes are massive, which is great price wise. If you're not looking for leftovers, I would suggest the bowl then and not the plate. The girl who started taking our orders filled up my son's food container but under filled his girlfriend's container. Then instead of taking my order she get another employee to come up to do it making us having to wait. It was a weekend and the line was getting longer. read more

Called restaurant & spoke to manager Nan who tried to tell me I ordered a small order not a large but explained that regardless of the size, an order for Beef Broccoli should include...Beef. Extremely displeased that this location would not take our order without a vehicle even though the sign says they are open and they are delivering food to cars in the parking lot. I like this location as it is very convenient for me. Parking is satisfactory. I came here yesterday with a friend and had a fantastic lunch. So being a creature of habit, I came back today for lunch although after 2pm. I was crazing this fantastic shrimp and sugar snap peas dish from yesterday but today's batch had seen better days most likely an hour ago. The person who apologized to me bc the cook was doing an interview made up for my sadness of the one dish with a little extra with my second choice. As I sat and ate my okay and less than lunch from yesterday, she brought out a small freshly made bowl of what I originally wanted and apologized for this and to please enjoy that! Finally an employee working in fast food and understand and provides excellent customer service does still exit. She's the reason for this yelp review and reason I'll be back tomorrow! read more

There's really not all that much to say about this location. The food was pretty okay, it was clean, the service was quick and the cost was nothing out of the ordinary. If you don't like Chinese food, don't go to Panda Express. If you like cheap food, go for it. read more

No favor I ordered the orange chicken with fried rice. The chicken was tender but it tasted more like chicken nuggets. There was such a a faint coating of orange sauce that it was tasteless. Went in to get something to eat we have a 4 year old and there's not lots of Asian food that he will eat but he will eat most chicken that's not spicy. So I saw the sign and figured that would work. Went to order and the pan for honey chicken was empty and clean with a little sign that say "it's back" When a asked for a kids meal with honey chicken she said "we aren't doing honey chicken today". So I asked what other not spicy chicken they had She said "the honey walnut shrimp is good". Oh man, the food here is always so fresh and delicious. My daughter and I love popping in here before we go shopping. I especially love the chicken and mushroom dish over a spread of fresh lo mein. I've read a few of the more recent reviews left for this place and I'm sort of wondering if it's the same establishment we're talking about. I ordered a plate of orange chicken, sesame chicken, and chow mein. I asked for chopsticks at the window. The lady told us the sesame chicken would take about five minutes. We were about to change the entree so she decided the chow mein would take five minutes as well. We pulled around and waited. After fifteen minutes I went inside. Several other people did the same thing at the same time. It took several minutes to talk to someone and get my now old food and apparently they ran out of sesame chicken. I ended up leaving more than 20 minutes after placing my order. I was not offered a refund so I ended up leaving with rice and an egg roll instead of my chicken. At that point the drink I got at the drive through was watered down and the chow mein and orange chicken was old and gross. Also there was no chopsticks in the bag. Utterly failed at customer service and never even came outside to tell us we were waiting for absolutely nothing. Food was great but their customer service and attitudes were terrible. Only one nice worker at the window but the person who took my drive thru order was very impolite. We tried to do the family plan off the app and it didn't work, we were told to order it on the app to be able to get the family plan, not through the drive thru. We waited and the app didn't work then went through again and mentioned it didn't work and they didn't feel the need to honor it. Its next to the movie megaplex, inside the mall street entrance, Peppers Ferry side. - food came lukewarm . Much ado about not much. Chinese fare at OK prices, was busy for lunchtime but all quickly thru the order line. The food is ok for fast food. Was disappointed when I showed up at 9:00 and they told me I could only get drive through service even though they close at 9:30. The reason I give this place 5 stores is not forwards food but instead for its young attentive staff. Don't give me wrong the food is really good and was quite tasty. The staff on the other hand was excellent. They greet you with a smile at the door they're in tune communicating with each other and most impressive was how they handled an older special-needs person in the dining room. It is a cold Tuesday night with the snow coming down on the outside in just a couple people in the dining room when this person got up to leave they all greeted him and told him to be safe. The intern started talking to all of them about the weather and his concerns. They all took time to speak with him and did so with a warm smile's. I could tell how much it touched this man that they would engage with him in such away. I know eating my dinner it definitely warmed my heart to see how nice all of these young college age students were to this man. I live in Asheville North Carolina but every time I am up here on work I will deathly stop bye just from this one experience. read more

Employees greeted us with smiling eyes, we felt very welcomed. Restaurant is beautiful inside with choice of decor and colors. Was bright and open with big windows. Everything was clean and well-kept. The tables, floors, and windows were spotless, there were no streaks or smudges, letting in lots of light. The food containers were clean and well presented. My daughter wanted to try the new place in town. Cars are wrapped around the drive through and the dining room is busy. My husband and I are thinking, "This food must be delicious." The restaurant recently opened so the building is new. The decor is nice. It was very busy so the dining room could have used a little sprucing up to wipe down tables and sweep up. The kitchen is wide open so you see staff cooking the food before placing it into the serving stations. We had two Orange Chicken Bowls with brown rice and one plate with Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken. They were offering free samples of a featured dish. Nice touch but customers were holding up line until everyone in their party got the sample. They had to taste the sample, gab to each other about it, and then gab to the server about it. The line was long and moving slowly. The serving line was waiting on Teriyaki Chicken and Spring Rolls when we went through. The cashier and serving line people seemed confused about having us sit or wait there for missing items. One said to wait and another said to take a seat. The manager needs to train the staff on process for that situation. Our food was cooled off and rice cold by the time we sat down. The custom tea blend was not good. It tasted like chemicals instead of Strawberry and Guava. We got water instead. Orange Chicken was deep fried with a hint of spice orange glaze. Just okay. Teriyaki Chicken finally came and it was not hot either. It had so much fat that it was mostly waste. I am guessing it was chicken thigh meat. Way too much fat. The rice was cold and was actually the best part of our meal. The spring roll tasted like cold mush. It tasted previously frozen. One bathroom for men and one for women. It was a line at both for most of our visit. If you like fast food using the cheapest barely edible ingredients and have a bottle of antacid handy, give it a try. My daughter had a stomachache by the time we got home. 2.5 stars because the building is new and the staff was friendly. Only .5 star for the food. Then I called the panda express and they said to me that it is what they have and everything is mix together, I explained to her that it was not chicken in my order then she said the same thing and hung up the phone one me. I was absolutely starving on my way home from errands and went through this drive-through; swore I would never go back again but I was so hungry I went there against my better judgment. The food was absolutely dreadful. They burned the wontons and the egg roll and the meat dish I ordered was not as described on the menu for there; it was supposed to be not particularly spicy; instead, it was so spicy, I could barely eat it; I had to dilute it with water and put sugar in it because it was so hot (i.e. spicy), I couldn't stand it.
