Traci H's service is the reason I will no longer be returning to Panda Express. You most definitely have lost not only me as a customer but my husband and our friends. I've visited this Panda Express twice and will not be returning. The first time I was in my husband and I both ordered honey walnut shrimp, sweet and sour chicken, and fried rice. They were out of honey walnut shrimp so we agreed to wait until it was done being cooked. When it was done being cooked, the lady who was helping us refilled the honey walnut shrimp and another employee standing next to her proceeded to start eating straight out of the bowl with a toothpick while we were still waiting. Instead of bringing us the shrimp right away they started to have a conversation! The male employee kept eating the shrimp which is incredibly unprofessional. Once the lady remembered we were waiting on our shrimp she brought it over to our table with a simple "sorry" and walked away. The fried rice was unevenly cooked. There was not much flavor and bits of the rice was too hard to eat. The sweet and sour chicken gets a 7/10. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured we must have caught them on an off day. The second time we went it was Deja Vu. I opted for a bowl: Honey walnut shrimp, which they were out of once again and we had to wait, and white rice. The white rice was alright. Parts of it were mushy and unappetizing. The honey walnut shrimp was good. I've had better at other panda expresses but it wasn't bad. My husband got honey walnut shrimp, sweet and sour chicken, and chow mien. The chow mien was great. Lacking a little flavor but I would take that over their fried rice any day. Overall, their food deserves 4 stars. Whatever employee is cooking rice needs to either be supervised or take their job more seriously. Whoever manages how much and how often food is cooked needs training as well. People shouldn't have to wait over 5 minutes to get their food; especially since you double as a drive through. 4 stars for their food (would be 5 if their rice was properly cooked) but definitely a 2 star restaurant when factoring terrible customer service, wait times, and unprofessionalism. read more

Went to this location on 9/2/2019. I waited almost 25 minutes to get my food. One customer left because she witnessed an employee taking orders out side and not washing her hands. The tables were dirty and they mixed up my order. Not happy and the food they mixed it up with was old tasting. read more

I have been eating Chinese food my entire life. I know my way around a Wok. Panda Express is edible but leaves a great deal to be desired other wise. Their fried rice does not have much flavor, The egg rolls taste like something that you could get out of the freezer case at Safeway. Their run of the mill entree's are unremarkable. The Calorie count adds up real fast. You are much better off going to one of Cheyenne's sit down Chinese restaurants. read more

The only reason this Panda Express gets one star is so that I could write a review. I have been here three times since moving here and every time I receive terrible service. They consistently forget part of my order and this time, they refused to make new hot and sour soup (they were out), and they had a car parked blocking the drive-thru so no one could go through it. I will not be returning to this location and that is unfortunate as this is one of my go-to eateries. read more

The food is like any other Panda Express, but the service here is terrible. VERY SLOW first of all, like it's everyone's first day. Watched a guy (trying to find a place to sit) ask if they could wipe down his table. After prepping a rag, the employee started wiping down a table. They guys pointed out that he was trying to sit at a booth at the other end of the restaurant. She told him "I'm just going to wipe them all down" which meant it was going to be 2-3 minutes by the time she got to the table he was asking about. Management culture shows through to junior employees. Recommend going anywhere else unless you just gotta have Panda Express. read more

Avoid this place on Sunday. I will never understand why management can't figure out they need way more help at Sunday lunch. Tables are never clean, and always have to ask to get one cleaned. Not to mention the time it takes to get your meal. read more

At Panda Express on Dell Range in Cheyenne. Holy cow are they slow! Have 3 people running the drive through and one new girl serving AND checking out the whole dining room. Food is ok, but If you plan on using the drive through, expect to be in line for a while. Maybe it's just my luck every time but it seems like it takes an average time of 4min per vehicle to get there food. Few times I turned off my car to save gas cuz they took so long. Last time I went through the drive thru was on 25/11/14 and it took a whopping 10+ min for me to wait in line then finally get my food. So if your in a time crunch your best bet is to walk in and order take out. read more

I placed an online order, picked it up and we were missing an entree and egg rolls. We went back through the drive thru to ask for our missing food. The manager basically told us she filled the ordered her self and remembered giving us everything. The order had 5 entrees with 1 order of wontons and 1 order of veggie spring rolls. She was trying to explain how she marked every entry off as she fill the order. However, we were still missing food. She finally agreed to give us the missing food. We had to pull up and wait for someone to bring it out to us. A young man brought us our food. We asked what the confusion was all about he told us his manager said we never ordered egg rolls but I had my online receipt AND the paper receipt that had them on it. So basically the manager was saying we lied. Truth is we did not lie and we just wanted to food we already paid for. I remember the days when the customer was always right I guess that does apply to 2020. I am not happy with the way we were treated and do not plan on ever returning. read more

When we told her she gave us the wrong order she just put the chicken back in the container. In the nicest voice possible i told her she might want to make sure that we dis not have nut allergies. Very frustrating. They were out of 2 things I originally asked for, at 6pm (normal dinner time). Then I had to wait in the drive through for 10 minutes and when I got up to the window, they said it'd be 7 more minutes. In total it took 20 minutes to get through a fast food drive through. Then, I get home and the thing that I waited an extra 7 minutes for only had 1 piece, maybe an oz, of chicken in it. I paid $7 for that? Went to Panda last night. Had a busy day with a death I. The family and went out to run a couple of errands and it was already 930p. This was on 2/1017. I went to the drive thru and when I got there the lady said we are closing so would you like to know what's on the steam table. I said sure. She read them off and I was like wait a minute. You close at 10p. She said yes but they aren't making no more food. Pretty pathetic with 30 minutes left. I said no and went elsewhere. At least Red Lobster and Olive Garden will seat and serve you even when they close and they have to keep serving til you leave. Horrible service and can't accommodate until they close. Also the food there is not great and if you ever eaten a panda elsewhere you know the food could be a lot better but for your first time. I'm sorry. It can can better going elsewhere. read more

My fiancé and I are from California and live in Torrington. This is our nearest Panda Express and we always look forward to indulging while in Cheyenne. This time, every part of my meal was....well, gross. I had two entrees, one had no flavor and the texture of the "chicken" was questionable to say the least, the other had such an odd taste I was nervous to eat it in fear of getting sick. My rice felt like it had rocks in it because I'm assuming it was either really old or undercooked. The lady taking our orders was less than friendly, to put it much more kindly than I'd like. I requested sauce for my shrimp after she brought it to the table, which she never brought. They were speaking Spanish amongst one another. I am not hard to please. I have worked in customer service my entire life, and know the importance of these reviews. We will be back, only with high hopes of our meal being much better, and a smile wouldn't hurt either. read more

First and last time to go to this PE. Walked in and was not greeted, waited for service and when I finally got waited on, was treated poorly. The server was less than inviting and the female at the cash register had her arm stretched out over the cash register, looking as if she had to be dragged to work there and did not say a word. Customer service training is definitely needed here. The chow mein was tasted old and cold. Several entrees were not even ready for serving, terrible customer service and with a poor atmosphere equals 1 star rating. read more
