I went through the drive thru and got really great service from Annika! The food was good but she was super friendly and nice. She recommended something that I had never tried and it was actually really delicious. I will be back and I'm happy I stopped by today. Good food and good service is what will keep me coming back! read more

29 bucks for three items and egg rolls and a medium size drink is too much! The food was ok .

Service is so slow spent around 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and no one. The food all looked old and dry just terrible. read more

Takes too long in the drive-thru every time. Stomach does not feel good at all after eating. I am done eating here for real. Food is ok, but not when my stomach is hurting and gurgling after eating. :( read more

I had ordered my food at 4:17 and when I received the text that my order was ready I headed over. Since I hadn't been feeling well I decided to go through the drive through. Big mistake. Even though there were only 2 cars ahead of me, I waited over 20 minutes. When I asked the server at the window if my food was packaged fresh it had it been sitting there for 20 minutes she said "it's been here since you ordered at 4:17" I asked her why they hadn't pulled the car forward that was taking 20 minutes. She said they were waiting on food for the car behind them too so they would have needed to park both. I asked if I could have fresh food and she said "if you wanted it fresh, you could have come inside and picked it up" and then told me to pull around and park since there will be a wait. When the shift leader "Ricky" came out to give me my order he repeated "next time you want it faster, you should pick it up inside" I told him I wasn't expecting 2 cars to take 20 minutes in the drive through of a FAST food restaurant and he reiterated that they "make the food fresh to order" for the cars in the drive thru.... Are you serious. Every time I come to the Panda on Pinal I get the worst service. For now on I will only go to the location on Florence. read more

I want to give a special thank you to a employee named Jocelyn . She was very patient with Mt daughter while she was ordering her food. Got down to her level & spoke to her. Food was fresh & hot. read more

Natalie was very kind and provided excellent customer service. I didn't feel pressured or hurried to order as I was making my order. She also reminded me about the Panda app, and got a plate 1/2 off Yay!!! Keep up the great work, Natalie read more

I just waited 40 minutes in the drive thru behind a car that only had two meals. Wasted my time thanks

Just tried to contribute to Basha's High School softball team. Had the code to put into order and everything. The Panda Express Casa Grande site would not take the code. I spent at least 15 minutes trying to do what I was told on site and it wouldn't work. The gal at the Panda Express explained that the site has to be listed. Anyway, I took my $57 worth of food home to my grand kids but felt sad that my grand daughter's softball team would not get the donation. read more

Drove all the way out to this panda express from Arizona City to take out and when i get home and open my container to find they gave me a few pieces of orange chicken and not the angus steak that i paid for. Not only that but my chow mein was like 30% uncooked hard large pieces of cabbage and just all over a waste of gas and money. When i called the lady said uh well we are closed now so there is nothing i can do for you. So now i paid for food i did not want and just dont have anything decent for dinner. Thanks for the experience read more

Customer service is only good when the manager is working. Never any food and what is out is room temp and the employees are so high they can't function. The manager should drug test them. The worst employee is Jasalynn D. Everytime we come in she is rude and the dirty looks is hilarious!!!! read more

Literally just got out of a long shift and was super hungry and went here was so disappointing more the 90% of the chow mien was vegetables and the entire plate in general was half full looks like someone already began eating it the orange chicken was odd didn't taste right at all and the girls were just so rude so annoying and frustrating because the staff just always sides with the employee and makes the customer look like a "Karen" when in reality they wouldn't want a plate like this either read more

Was starving on my way to Florence thought grab some food - they were out of everything that I asked for , told me 3 chicken dishes were all that was available- so I just took 2 - pretty irritated but I get it , gotta love the " donate an extra buck " nah , how about the 6 cents to make it an even 9 - sure !!! Jeeze - well digging in a mile down the road - two bites in I look down and find a nice swirly inch long corkscrew of a metal shaving - brought my food back they called a manager - and oooh I got my 9.00 Back . Hey how about a coupon for 50% off my next health hazard - come on folks read more

wish i could give zero stars !! i tried getting my buy a bowl of crispy shrimp and get one free, they didn't have it on their system. i was disappointed they are only trying to save money by doing this. the employee on the phone was no help , proceeded to lie about the food coupon . read more

I ordered ragoons in the drive-through, she told me to repeat it, and then acknowledged it. Got about a mile down the road to try to grab them out of the bag and no ragoons. Drove back to panda express, the lady behind the counter, very rudely explained to me that they never charged me for the side. And wouldn't compensate my order of three small ragoons that they mistakenly did not put on my order. read more

The food was hot and fresh when we visited- everyone was super nice and it was just a memorable experience- the location is clean and the food fresh. Great job by the management team and employees- This is the kind of experience you dream of getting instead of the forced smiles and eyes rolling. Keep it up, you are doing the company a real service. read more

I've come to this Panda Express drive thru only 3 times. Every ... Single... Time. They've given me the entirely wrong order, or forgotten items I've ordered completely. Get it together. read more

The WORST panda express Branch! First off, the individuals taking order at the drive thru, ALMOST Always messes up your order. Second, they put SO LITTLE FOOD , like I HAVE never heard of PANDA EXPRESS having SMALL SERVINGS. then when you order super greens if they ran out, theyd rather put barely anything than tell you to wait for the new ones. Maybe it was the owner's instruction to them to put small servings,, but I WOULD RATHER GO TO THE FLORENCE LOCATION THAN THIS .. This is not the first time this ever happened, I thought its because theyre new they make mistakes BUT after 4 trips at this location . Its still the same!! read more

Definitely the WORST panda express branch. Count your change!!! I Went through the drive thru and placed an order for a bowl of orange chicken. Girl at the window said they had to make some more and there would be a 5 minute wait. She gave me a flag, told me to pull around front and that once it was made she would bring it out. I pulled around front, hung the flag out the window, sitting there waiting for over 20 minutes. In the meantime other vehicles that were behind me in the drive thru line are pulling up in front and being brought out their food. After seeing 4 other vehicles that were behind me in line receive their food. I went back through the drive thru line and asked the girl where my order was. Rather than offering me my food or even an explanation as to why i haven't received my food, she says "Oh what was your order again". I told her to just give me my money back. She then asks me for my receipt. I told her she never gave me a receipt and only gave me a flag. I have to tell her again what i ordered and wait some more while she goes through all the receipts trying to find my order. She comes back to the window and says you paid with your card right. I tell her no i paid cash. She gives me back a refund of $6.50 and short changed me the tax that i paid. All in all i spent 30 or more minutes there, never received my food and was short changed the tax that i originally paid. read more

Food is ALWAYS DRY. 3rd time coming and y'all still can't get the orange chicken right :(

The food not only looked terrible but my bowl had about 5 very small pieces of orange chicken in it and half the normal amount of noodles you should get. Also, i got a sprite and their machine is clearly broken and it doesn't have any flavor. read more

Panda Express - My food - Chinese Near Me - Casa Grande, Arizona

Absolutely the worst service! Went through drive thru, i had to wait 35min for my food to come out,it wasn't even my order. The girl came out 2 more times asking me what my order was. On the 2nd time has the nerve to tell me it will be 15more minutes!! At this point after waiting 40min and talking with the other 6 cars of people also waiting for their orders, decided to ask for my money back. The same girl tells me its only been 10min, so i show her my reciept clearing showing that I was there at 9:20pm. Then furthermore tells me "ok i will give you your money, but you're not getting the food"! I laughed and told her at this point I don't even want the food anymore. I just want to leave. Terrible service!!! This panda won't be open long with those types of attitudes!! read more

Really terrible service, waited 1/2 hour for food and even though it was obvious they forgot me they still lied and said they where waiting for Rangoons even though I was waiting on chow mein. Ask for a refund and they still made it difficult and said I would have to talk to the manager in 2 days. I know they don't care but I will not be going to this restaurant location again. read more

Made the mistake of ordering online. I picked the Pinal store and the order went to the Florence store. My husband already left before I got confirmation and noticed the error. I called the Florence store to get the order redirected (my husband did not have a phone...couldn't call him). They said it would be transferred. Pinal couldn't find the order and Florence didn't answer the phone. I finally printed off the confirmation and he went to the Florence store where they remade the order. And, no, they weren't busy. Couldn't do the feedback because I didn't have a store number no matter where I looked. No secret code....nothing. I tried to contact the main office online and when I went to submit my form, it was rejected a dozen times. Does anything they do online work???? Not worth trying this again. read more

Panda Express...service is a joke. Don't waste your time. First time there and was told to "god hurry up" (lady didn't think I could hear her). Service is slow, employees are rude and they act like they will get fired if they give you to much food. Save yourself the headache and go to the panda on Florence boulevard read more

Wish I did not have to leave a star. The customer service is awful. I pulled up to order my food, looking at the menu the employee taking my order made a comment "ugh just hurry up already." SO RUDE. After paying they told me it was going to be a 5 minute wait. IT WAS 25 minutes. Once I got home I opened my plate to find 3 pieces of orange chicken. They do not serve the correct portion paid for. Never going back to this location again. read more

I ordered a large walnut shrimp and when I opened up the box, it was only half full, tried calling restaurant twice and no one would answer phone. Went through the drive thru on a Sunday and it was roughly about 6pm. I get it I've worked fast food and I understand people get LAZY or become rude because they've had a long day. Whatever the case may have been, when I had placed my order with the lady she seems upset so I tried to be quick with my order to get it over with and when I had asked for steamed rice she said she didn't have any, that's fine I assumed they ran out. So I asked for brown rice, they didn't have that either. Not a problem it's just not what I wanted. When I had gotten to the window the lady had a bit more of an attitude when I gave her my card. I didn't care I just wanted my food, so I asked the lady "did you guys run out of the others rice or something ?" And she replied "no, we just don't make it after a certain time so we don't waste food" First off that's fucking lazy as hell. When I worked at a couple of different fast food places if a customer asked for that specific item it'd either be out of stock or it'd be a couple of minutes to wait for it. I'm pretty sure there wouldn't have been food considered wasted 3.5 hours before closing time. Pretty shit customer service due to them not wanting to either have a lot to clean up for closing or just not wanting to do their job. read more

The lady in the drive thru was completely unfriendly, didn't smile once . I noticed I was missing my vegetable rolls so I told the lady And they handed us a bag of rolls and we left , when I arrived home what I bite into was not an vegetable roll at all it Was some chicken roll. And my bowl had four pieces of chicken in it. read more

Worst drive through service ever. How do you run out of chow mein 1 hr. after you have opened?! Obviously no mgt present as we had to go into store to get our drive through order.
