I assure you, I do not work for this business. My order was done correctly - I watched them do it. The food was prepared well and fresh and it tasted great. It appears to me that they don't have big piles of food preprepared when they aren't, or don't expect to be, busy. I came in behind a group of about 20 people, and they had run out of some items. This is the 2nd time we've had problems there. Waited 45 minutes for an order that was made online 30 minutes earlier.checked 3 times with staff they neglected to tell us they were out of shrimp. Other people came in ate and left. We waited until we were mad enough to cancel our order. They said the m ok net couldn't be refunded for 5-7 days. Ignored us at the register several times. This is the worst Panda Express I have ever been to. They are frequently out of teriyaki chicken, Coke Zero, and power greens. Typically missing associated sauces to go with the meal. The food quality is too often of poor quality and/or over cooked, and their takeout window service is often poor, rude and careless. We have been there 3 times in the last year as it used to be a favorite fast food restaurant with the same poor results, 3 strikes you are out we will never go back. read more

Do NOT waste your money! Anyone that is saying this place is good must work for the company bc this is the worst Chinese I have ever had! Highly disappointed. Suppose to be lo mein & black pepper chicken - the noodles were so dry & the chicken tasted more like celery. Not to mention the amount I got.. looks like I got someone's left overs!! I was in and out in under a minute for a to go order during peak lunch time, and the food is just as great as any other location. I wouldn't pay attention to any older reviews, there has been some very obvious restructuring. Solid clean and friendly branch location. read more

You'd expect at least 3 star service on a good day. Drive thru girl was incredibly rude. I had a car full of people who don't usually eat panda so they had to look at the menu. Heaven forbid us having to look at the menu for 60 seconds. They forgot one of the orders with my meal, I handed my card back to them letting them know that it wasn't in the bag. They responded, "well it's not on the ticket that why it's not in the bag".... uhm.. *why do you think I'm handing you my card so I can pay for your mistake?* They did let me know that the entree would take 7 minutes.. but in the time of waiting I have gone to my App Store, downloaded Yelp, created an account, verified my account via email, found Panda Express in Cape and have left this entire review (it's been over 20 minutes) If I could give less than 1 star I would, without a doubt. I will not come back to this Panda Express. I've worked in the restaurant industry a few times and the experience I had with the girl is not worth paying her minimum wage. read more

Agree with other reviewers that portions of entrees are getting smaller although the reason for this review is the veggies. I'm fine to wait a couple of minutes to have freshly cooked super greens. I'm even mildly okay with this ALWAYS being the case because they never have any prepared. When the order is filled, the giant hunks of broccoli are not cooked enough. Either cut it smaller or cook it longer (and don't try to tell me it's supposed to be like that, I've had it at other locations cooked properly). The final straw was during lunch hour last week, was sold there would be 17 minute wait for super greens! What the what? The line was only a couple of cars so how is this possible? Poor planning, even worse execution. I left and won't be back. read more

I used to be a life long fan of the Panda Express in Cape Girardeau. The last time I went, ordered the two entree meal, got all the way home and they left ONE of the entrees out. Tonight, they just lost my business forever. Where do you go @6:30 pm for dinner at a Chinese restaurant and "they are out of the white rice for the night", no brown rice served at this location. This is basic for a Chinese restaurant, so this was the last time. I will not be back. Trust me, I do not go around giving bad feedback, usually where I go it's positive and I let people know. At this rate, it would not surprise me if they stay in business. It's an embarrassment to the Panda Express name. read more

We showed up at 1145 on a Saturday and it was to be expect that there would be a number of people here. With that being said, their process of taking and filling orders is something to be desired. They have one area to fill orders whether it be dine in or drive through. So there are several people trying to squeeze in and fill orders and it was quite the ordeal to make sure you were speaking to the right person filling your order. After our orders had been filled and paid for I noticed one of the workers dumping orange chicken from a togo box back into the serving dish. It was pretty clear that it had been a messed up order and there were still chow mein noodles still mixed in it. Now I'm not too sure but I don't think that you're supposed to do that. Throw it away and not worry about cross contamination. The food was ok nothing to write home about but what do you expect from Chinese fast food. Doubtful I'll be back. read more

I absolutely love this place! You can tell which foods are fan favorites because they were always starting to get a bit low when I get there. I highly recommend their honey walnut shrimp, and my personal favorite-- beef and broccoli. They were low the last time I went, but they replenished their counter and got my food to me in under 4 minutes. They have this interesting unsweetened, but naturally flavored black tea that is not the usual for fast food chains, but I'm in love with it! Their cream cheese rangoons are always warm and stuffed full with cream cheese unlike some stores who give you cream cheese the size of two raisins. Anyways, every time I walk in the store, they always have someone at the counter welcoming me into the store, and as I was eating, I noticed that the store is kept very clean and tidy. This store is my first choice when it comes to fast food. read more
