Culver's has become one of my fave fast food go-to's as I love the Atlantic Cod sandwich! Then there are the addictive Concrete Mixers with the frozen custard base, oh my! I tried a new one on this visit - chocolate custard base with espresso and heath bar. What a treat! Service is always very good at any Culver's establishment - job well done with the employee selection and training process. Culver's locations are always very clean and well kept. I'm a regular user of Culver's in Cape, as well as other Culver's while traveling. I have been dissatisfied with their burgers for some time, over a few months time. I kept going back from habit and knowing how good they used to be, hoping for improvement. The single cheeseburger was greasy again and their salty burgers in the past have now taken a turn for the worse. Way too much salt and I mean WAY too much and saturated with grease. They have finally finished me off as a customer. Maybe you'll have better luck than I have had. read more

Employees are friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was clean. Service was fast. There is a drive through. There's lots of seating. The burgers are okay. The Carolina BBQ Pork Sandwich with cole slaw and Cheddar was wonderful--my favorite thing there. The cheese curds were very good. The Caramel Cashew Custard was super yummy. This restaurant is literally one of my favorite fast food places in Cape! MY FAVORITE! The service is always great, the food is always delicious, and my meal is NEVER wrong. If you are going here there are a few things to know. One there isn't a clean table in this joint. Second the food is a big let down from the pictures they have up front. Third the service is inconsistent, every time I go here the food comes out at different times. The redeeming factors are the nice people surprisingly happy to be working here and the ice cream. Culver's not only has GREAT food, they have EXCELLENT customer service! Recently my husband and I stopped in here for a quick burger, my husband paid and didn't realize for hours that he received incorrect change. The next day I called, explained what had occurred, the manager on duty had already found the problem and had tried to correct it. They mailed us the money PLUS sent us a coupon for a free custard for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service will bring me back MANY TIMES! Great job! read more

Maybe they have changed the recipe, but I am not a regular here (or any Culver's) but I used to go a lot and I always ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger. This was from the Culver's in Fenton when I worked near there and man, it was the BEST!!! I've been to Culver's a handful of times since and it's never been the same. The bread is gross and the burgers are dry. Not sure what happened, but it's not like I really need to be going here anyway...:) The root beer is still pretty good....but didn't they used to have crushed ice? No longer. read more

Pricey for what you get. I could get a better burger at BK for cheaper. I went through the drive thru. There were no napkins in the bag and I wasn't offered any ketchup for my fries. The only great thing is that the staff was super friendly and smiley. read more

When we moved to the Cape area, I had not been to a Culver's before but it is now a stand-by for the nights we need a quick meal. The chicken tenders are thick, juicy and NOT your typical from-the-box kind. The burgers are amazing and always taste fresh. I get their salads and they are great - fresh food, plentiful, and tasty. We have had amazing service every time, whether we dine in or go through the drive. The free dish of custard that comes with the kids meals are larger than I expected! Their flavor-of-the-day custards are a great choice. Can't go wrong here! read more

Fan of Culvers since few store chain in WI Normally we don't seek out fast food, Culvers is an exception. Sadly here is what we received today. Left over precooked burgers, burgers were so old and over cooked, they didn't dare try to melt the cheese. Slap the cheese slice on the burnt burger and hope it melts. Maybe less noticeable if the condiments we requested had been applied. Management lacks pride in the product they serve. A cost savings move that will discredit them as a fresh food provider. Owner should be ashamed. read more

Culver's is always my go to when I'm trying to decide on what I want to eat, don't have anything in particular in mind, but know that I want to get it quick and go home. They are a model of consistency in my opinion, as I've yet to have eaten food from there (eat in or drive thru) that has disappointed. I feel like their snack pack meals are one of the best values that you can find, which also, thankfully, has a good amount of variety. Or, if you want to get a bigger basket, the menu expands even further. Plus, they have some pretty darn tasty plate meals as well. The pot roast is a good one. This location is always clean and the people working there have never been anything less than pleasant to deal with, even at the busiest time of day that you could be stopping by. I highly recommend this any time that you are in Cape and are looking for a convenient place to stop in and get a good meal. read more
