They were placed in the plate from a disher so it looked a bit cheap on the plate. The wine was a Le Volte dell'Ornellaia red which was well balanced and very approachable. Not heavy on tannins. I have only heard good things about the new biscuit place that's taken over the east side of that space. I look forward to trying their biscuits and gravy.
