Do not place an online order here. If you want your order correct you must order in person. But, be aware, you will be met with a general level of customer service that will let you know how much you are inconveniencing the staff by asking them to do the job they get paid for. Do not order extra protein....you will pay for it but you will not get additional protein. Do not say no rice because you will still get rice. Do not expect a level of common courtesy when you say thank you and wish the staff a good night. If you want to be made to feel like a huge inconvenience for subpar, overpriced food this is your place. I would recommend you just keep driving and find a different place to eat. read more

Great place to eat when nothing is sounding good, the customer has so many options on what to eat, personally i had a wonderful experience dining in at this qdoba, the food was fantastic and the customer service was wonderful, way higher quality than what you'd expect (and find) at similar restaurants. During my time there i felt cared for and welcomed, 10/10 on the customer service, will be recommending to friends and family for the foreseeable future, keep it up! read more

Very surprised this is only 3.5 stars. Clean interior, friendly and professional staff. Person working the cashier was informative about their rewards program. In a small town, I was very happy to see qdoba. Who doesn't love their queso burritos or their gumbos. Personally, Chipotle and qdoba are my top burrito places. Very different tastes depending on mood. Gumbo soup seemed fresh and did not appear to have been sitting around (no hardened layer on top). This location represents the qdoba chain very well. Clean, fast and friendly service. Food was hot and fresh. Not sure what more you could ask for. Parking was even plentiful. I had the Yardbirds and a Gladiator. Both highly recommended. Skip the chips though. They were a little too tough to be palatable. read more

Terrific burritos, tacos, nachos, salads, and more. All made with your choice of a sizable array of fresh ingredients. Choices include grilled chicken and steak. Everything is well above average in terms of quality, freshness, taste, and preparation. The restaurant is very clean and upscale. Great place for lunch or an inexpensive dinner. It's a local favorite judging from the amount of business they do. It's certainly a family favorite of ours. They DO play FOX news as well! Another good point in their favor. Half of our group had never been to QDOBA before, so I informed the employee and mentioned the other customers may need help. Had home delivery. When I ordered it said (according to picture and description) that it came with choice of toppings, which it did not, it also said that the chips would be separate so that they would not become soggy, and although I got chips in a bag, the steak and beans and cheese we're still on chips and they were soggy. I tried to order the tortilla soup on cargo with some additions, and they wouldn't make it for me! Straight up refused to make it, and for a restaurant where you walk down a line and pick out what you want, that sounds strange, right? The General Manager at the Qdoba located at 3019 William St Suite 101 in Cape Girardeau Mo is one of the worse employees I've ever experienced at a qdoba, and at a restaurant in general. He makes the qdoba experience unpleasant. When I placed my order of a kids chicken nacho he told me that the only thing I can get on my nachos is cheese and meat only and if I want any of the "free" toppings (corn, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, etc) that he would charge me and I would have to pay for each additional topping. I've been ordering the kids chicken nacho exactly the same for years with no issues from any other employees, and I've never been charged extra for anything that's suppose to be free. He blamed the additional cost per "free topping choice" on the new company that just took over and said those are the new rules. But that's not true, based on the website. He made me feel harassed, intimidated, unappreciated, embarrassed, and i felt like he was being prejudice against me. Another customer that was sitting in the dining area having lunch heard what he was saying and she got up from her table, came to the counter and intervened in our interaction. She was a random customer that came to my aid because she knew i was being treated unfairly. She told me since he (the general manager) is acting like that, I should just place my order online thru the app and he'll have to fix it the way I want it. A complete stranger knew what he was doing was wrong. I started to follow her suggestion, but they were short staffed and I didn't trust the GM to fix my food since he was the only one preparing orders. I figured he would compromise it somehow; i.e. spit in it, give me less than what should be provided, he would still charge me an additional cost for the free toppings, etc. I frequent qdoba often and every single time the GM guy is in there and I've interacted with him, his behavior and energy is that of a guy that has a chip on his shoulder. I've seen him treat his employees with the same intimidation factor I speak of. After experiencing his behavior, there's been times where I've walked into the restaurant, seen him preparing orders, and instead of ordering food I left so I wouldn't have to interact with him. He's going to single handedly cause more detractors than attractors. I've had my girlfriend order food for me, and she share the same sentiments (what's that guys problem?). And because of my last experience (the one that made me write this review) from the embarrassment he caused me, I'm leaning more towards becoming a detractor. The rest of the staff is great, overall! But that GM is going to cost the company a lot of money. It may take some time to show up on the P&L, but it'll eventually reveal itself. I don't know the guys name because he don't wear a name tag, but he said his last day is going to be June 10, 2022 and he can't wait because he's tired of dealing with "this". Great Fresh Food! When food is made daily with fresh spices, it makes for a grand meal! I highly recommend the three cheese queso (which is served with lots of chips.) This is HANDS DOWN the best Qdoba I have ever been to. It is my favorite chain restaurant in Cape. They always give you your moneys worth when it comes to the quantity of food you get. Other Qdoba's seem to be skimpy sometimes with the stuff they put on their burritos but these guys always give you a great amount. The food is always fresh and I absolutely love their grilled veggies. The staff is so sweet and they have pretty much memorized my order. They are really good at remembering customers and they are always personable/have a smile one their faces. I have NEVER had a bad experience here and I would highly recommend it.
