For it to be 11:40am, I expected fresh chicken and especially for the special item being advertised, that you asked me if I wanted to try before I ordered. Sadly, it was tough, cold in places, and clearly had been sitting since they opened at 11:00am. When I got to the window, I heard a manager say "I need more honey sesame dropped". Recently opened on 280 so gave it a try. I ordered online through their website (paid online as well) and picked up the order in the drive thru. The food was very good. Honey sesame chicken, black pepper chicken, and fried rice was my order. The location, however, is NOT convenient at all if needed to get on 280 West after leaving. read more

The Panda Express I had yesterday at this location was so good. I had the black pepper chicken and orange chicken entree' with broccoli and noodles. Sometimes this place can be hit or miss. When it's good it's good. They may have new management and or new cooks because it was delicious. read more

Food is very good. What you would expect from panda house. But my friends and I like to go to lunch at 11. The last three times we have went they weren't ready to open. Tea not ready. Rice not ready. Half the sodas not working. It's like they don't know people will be coming in then. read more

Worst Panda I've ever been to. I went here around 8:35pm and idk if they had a long day or something they were rude receiving orders and the food... what's wrong with this Panda... the food is so dry. I lived in LA all my life and went to the one by Galleria mall, you know what I'm talking about but this 280 Panda idk maybe because they are new but... I finally tried Panda Express tonight. All I can say is that I wish I hadn't tried it at all! It was awful. My orange chicken was tough, dry strips of something that had no flavor. The cold, fried rice was okay. My egg roll was dry. The sweet and sour sauce had a funky taste. The iced tea was average. I had to go back up and ask for sweetener and a knife. There was no lemon for the tea. It would've been better to have condiments on table. I am very disappointed. I won't be returning. read more

We went after Sunday church and everything was amazing! The good was extremely fresh and very tasty. This location is MANY times better than any other Panda we've been to. There was a line out the door by 1 pm. I think that speaks volumes about what most people think of the place! I'm perplexed by the other negative reviews. I'm pretty picky about my food. Hey Panda Express, you need to send in the Undercover Boss before this store goes under. I think everyone should experience this drive thru at least once in their life. Since you're stuck on both sides you can't get out unless you tell all the cars behind you to reverse (I almost did), so put that car in park, find a calming playlist and enjoy your 45min wait. In all seriousness I've given the drive thru 2 tries, the first try was a 45 minute wait, the second try was a 30 minute wait. My last and final try was an online order, set for 11:05am, I left the store with my food at 11:36am. Go sit down and eat at a Chinese restaurant instead, it'll be faster and better. read more

I LOVE Panda Express, but this location needs some work. I always get the grilled teriyaki, and it doesn't taste as good as the Hoover location's teriyaki. Also, the portions at this location are a bit smaller than other locations. Overall, they do a good job of keeping the place clean, and the workers are nice. I would just like for the quality of the food to match the other locations. read more

Generally, I like Panda Express but not this location. I've been to this location twice and both times I had to stand in line and watch my food get cold on the counter. Not sure why, but they can't seem to get people through the cashier quickly enough. Hopefully things will change, but I don't plan on going back. read more

Are you allowed to give zero stars? I'm going to try. People, I was in the drive-thru line last night for 45 minutes, 46 once I got my food and drove away. I got no apology for my wait. I got no attempt to make me want to return. Anthony P, shame on you. You could have offered a comp, or a coupon for next time...I assure you there will be no next time for me. You could have looked me in my eyes. You could have thanked me for my infinite amount of patience (actually I have ZERO patience for this kind of customer abuse and would have left the drive-thru line had I not been curbed in on both sides...once you're in line you're committed). To add insult to injury there was NO ONE inside the store when I left, no customers. No line inside. Someone needs to explain to me how Chick-fil-A can have full-dine in and 157 cars in the drive-thru and you get hot, fresh food in like 10 minutes, but this Panda Express can't get me two orange chicken bowls with an empty store and seven/eight cars in the drive-thru on a Sunday night in less than 45 minutes. The first bite I took I said "well the rest of the Chinese places in town have nothing to worry about!" Food was basically tasteless. Could not tell the difference between the rice (which was so dry I did not eat it) and the meat. The small portion of chicken they gave me had literally a handful of celery and a couple of pieces of chicken. For the same price my husband and I share a meal at our usual place and this was barely enough meat for one. The food at the Chinese place in the mall is better. Literally the slowest fast food service I've ever had. Even worse than Whataburger and I didn't think it was possible to get any slower than them.
