The food was a standard Panda experience, but the dining experience was not. The staff was a little disorganized behind the counter, and they did not ask to round up for the Panda Cares charity. While we were eating the cops were called to remove someone who was being disruptive. Would probably get it to go next time.

I was there on 11/20/24 and was eating my food and found an insect in my food a vegetable pest . the manger told me that it was impossible this is VERY disgusting and nasty !

I order a bigger plate with the following: chowmein/white rice and orange chicken/sweet fire chicken/ Kung pao chicken. Pros: the orange chicken was good. Cons: everytime I've ordered this size it comes with two sides two entrees in the box and the third in a small container on the side. This time it came literally SHOVED all in one box the box could barely stay shut. So all the chicken basically mixed together since they poured in two sides and just dumped the third on the top of both the others. The sweet fire chicken was DRY. I had breaded pieces with zero sauce. I'm not just meaning like a little.... no literally ZERO sauce. And even the ones that did have sauce had dry patches. It was gross... so bland and dry I ate about 3 peices and spit out the third. The Kung pao chicken. While this isn't my favorite it's a good variation, usually. Not this time. Disgusting. It tasted like wet cat food smells. And the texture of the meat was slimey. No not the sauce, the actual meat. I spit out the first peice. Tried another.. same result. Tasted rancid. The white rice.... Who can mess up white rice!!! Apparently panda express can. It was the driest rice I've ever eaten. It tasted like they had both undercooked it and over cooked it at the same time. It was not the fluffy sticky consistency it usually is. It was crunchy. So crunchy. So after 2 bites I stopped. And the chowmein would have been good.... expect whoever packed the order had the chicken all over it, the Kung pao chicken, which as before I mentioned was disgusting. I would be more understanding expect this is the second time I've ordered and had similar results with this location. Drive farther and get something better... or honestly grocery store frozen Chinese food would be a far better taste. Don't waste your money like I did. :(

The drive through line was slow moving. The shrimp where not done enough for me. Half of the shrimp coating was off the under cooked shrimp. I also ordered Rangoons and they gave me spring rolls. When I looked at the receipt it was different from what I ordered. I had to go inside to get my order corrected.

Yes got doordash delivery in 15 minutes. Ordered a bowl and crab rangoons. Rangoons tasted like dishwater somehow (don't ask). The bowl was delicious. Orange chicken and white rice with super greens at bottom. Perfect and enough for 2 meals. So if you want the McDonald's version of Chinese food this is it. This location is beat in area as far as portions and presentation.

Whatever you do ... Do NOT get the Teriyaki Chicken! Not even sure why they call it chicken? All my family got was Fat and Gristle

This place is always super quick w service delivery, high quality/ hot food items, fantastic variety of food choices & customer service oriented! I absolutely love the fact that you get several options for your entree, several options for your base of your food that can be either brown rice, white rice, vegetables, or noodles! The protein options range from plain to spicy, to sweet! My favorite is the Honey Walnut Shrimp!! I definitely look forward to coming back and visiting this this place again soon!

Panda Express is always consistently good. I have no problem with quality of the food at this Panda Express. Moreover, I do not even have a problem with the service at this location. The service is always polite and timely. HOWEVER, they are constantly out of items or you to wait for them to make it. Furthermore you MUST use a credit/debit card, on the rare occasion that they do take cash. You need to have exact change. I know that I am not an Outlier and I am not sorry to say so. EVERYONE does not trust digital payment systems. PE, you better not get hacked and compromise my card information, for your Hobson's choice.

I got delivery yesterday afternoon. Everything arrived right on time and was excellent. The freshly wok cooked flavor is there. Panda Express was a very good dinner.

I ordered combo lo mein, pork soup dumplings, combo fried rice, and duck spring rolls. Everything was packed well and nice and hot upon arrival. Everything was very delicious. All of the items had good flavor and the portion sizes for the lo mein and rice were good. I'd like to see maybe four soup dumplings for the price, but definitely enjoyed them as well as the spring rolls. Overall, I very much enjoyed the food, as did my bf, and will make a point to go there in person very soon to try more menu items!

First time visiting, I made a reservation online in advance and called to add someone to the…read morereservation the next day because a friend of ours wanted to join. We arrived for Friday $35 endless dim sum brunch, and the Host did not know who we were even though I had spoken with him today before, and I remembered his voice. So not a good start. We were sat upstairs, and we sat there for probably 20 minutes easy before we were even offered a beverage. It was when they first opened, but I would expect you to have staff ready. The hits just kept coming... The ambience downstairs was beautiful, but the ambience where we were sat was just lifeless. It didn't have the same punch. After we ordered some drinks, we decided on what we wanted from the menu. Some things were hit or miss, once they arrived to the table. The soup dumplings were just OK, but I guess I have really high expectations for that coming from NYC. The chicken lo mein wasn't bad per se, the veggie dumplings were delicious, the pork buns were well sauced. Some things I didn't like included the Szechuan beef, it lacked depth, and it was just too hot for my friends to eat. They really loved the fried rice and the sesame red bean balls. The scallion pancake everyone raved about was mid at best. I loved the curry sauce it came with, but it just was a mess to eat. The braised pork belly rolls were lovely, as was the cucumber salad, and the spring rolls. The Mongolian beef and the walnut dumplings were OK but nothing to write about beyond that they were basically flavorless. The cocktails were so so, but nothing that screamed for me to order another. The one highlight I will say is that they did come back to ask as if we wanted anything else multiple times. So I'm glad that they followed up on whether we want more food because some places just leave you be once they drop off. Maybe I'd give them another chance, but the answer is probably no... who knows. It was just generic, and imagining paying the prices that they had for not a $35 dim sum brunch per person, seemed egregious to me for such utterly mediocre food. So I guess I'm glad I came out on a Friday morning.

I ordered UberEats to my hotel. I ordered several things:…read more Chicken with broccoli, Eggplant in spicy garlic sauce, Green beans, White rice, Crystal shrimp dumpling and Hot and sour tofu egg soup. The food overall was delicious. Each of the entrees was flavorful and well prepared. Two things I want to mention: I thought the shrimp dumpling (3 of them) should have been a larger portion for the price and that the soup was a bit salty. Other than that, no complaints. After placing my order online, I called the restaurant to request plates, plastic ware and chop sticks. The friendly person on the phone assured me "no problem," and everything was received as promised. I had ordered a lot more food than I should have, and ended up having some for dinner, lunch the following day and late afternoon snack a day later. The entrees and rice held up well under repeat microwaving. I've been unimpressed by Peter Chang (eating at the testaurant) at another location in the past. I thought it was overpriced for what was typical Chinese food. I will likely try them out again after this experience. The food was much better than I remember it and seemed reasonably priced for the portions.

On day one, we wanted a light lunch to save room for dinner. We ordered the prawn with snow peas and wood ear mushrooms, along with the veggie pan-fried dumplings. Everything was incredibly light, fresh, and delicious! We paired it with the hot ginger honey tea, which was wonderfully flavorful and soothing. The staff was also so kind and accommodated our request for a quiet meal by seating us in a peaceful, closed-off section. On day two, we were craving those exact same flavors, so we re-ordered the prawn dish, the veggie dumplings, and the hot ginger tea--but this time, we added the beef lo mein. It was absolutely amazing! Honestly, it was the best lo mein we have ever had; we've never tasted anything quite like it. The food here is spectacular, and the service is incredibly accommodating that we forgot to take photos. Peter Chang will definitely be our go-to spot whenever we are back in Baltimore!
