This location is always super stingy! [ I been multiple times either in person or delivery and it's the same result] I had a 2 topping plate which costed me $17 for a DoorDash delivery and they literally gave me the smallest portion ever! ... I could've ordered a chipotle bowl for $13 and it been more fulfilling *This was sad * I totally feel like I wasted my money. However the double beef and broccoli 2 item plate was more full than my other 2 item plate. ... So I give them 3 stars, read more

Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

If I could I would give this restaurant zero stars. I went there last night on a trip back home from DC. I was with a friend and she wanted to get some Chinese food. The first thing that sucked was that they would not allow my friend to combine two sides in one medium al a carte order. I said "That is a bad business practice." The sides all cost the same amount so what is the big deal if a person wants half fried rice and half veggies? The real motive behind this policy seems to be to take advantage of people and force them to buy two sides rather than a combination in one. But it gets worse! I was not hungry but wanted to order a bottled water. The menu said a bottled water cost $1.99. That is reasonable. When I went to pay for it the cashier said "it's $2.49." I said "What? I know how to read. It says $1.99." She said, "Yes, but it's really $2.49." I said, "I will not pay that. Is there a manager here?" She went to get her. The cashier did not have a great attitude but when I met the manager I can see why. Problems usually start from the top. At any rate, the manager came out and you could read right away that she did not give two flying F's about me or my complaint. I told her "it reads $1.99 and that is what I will pay." She said "Well, if you want it you will have to pay the $2.49." Her tone of voice and body language communicated her lack of concern. I tried to voice my dissatisfaction by saying "That is totally unethical and I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't also illegal." She was not listening to a word I said. She kept interrupting me saying "Thank you ma'am, have a nice day." She was totally sarcastic and rude. I was so outraged. This may seem to be a minor thing but honestly, in these times when money is tight for so many, sadly, a lot of people are feeling desperate and resorting to really bad things. I told my friend that this could easily be a scam. The manager could be telling all of her employees to charge a higher price for certain items and then when she tallies up the register at the end of the night, taking the overcharged total home for herself. She could easily be pocketing that extra money. An extra 50 cents might not seem like much but it can really add up. I walked away furious. After a few minutes I thought I would go back and ask the manager for her business card. As I stared walking back I saw that a security guard was there. Unfortunately I was not brave enough to confront her with this. I have seen this many times. An abuser will call security or police when a person stands up to their B.S. Usually the authorities side with the one who has more money. I wasn't brave enough to approach her for her card. I regret that I do not know this woman's name. I'm also not sure exactly which Panda Express this took place in. It was a rest stop along 95 in Baltimore around 6:45 at night on September 19, 2026. When I got home I did a bit of research on the company. The owners seem to be good people. The give a lot to charity and are working to foster positive values through their corporation. I do not think this particular manager is reflective of the whole business. Sadly, the lines of communication between corporate owners and CEOs are not open between themselves and the subordinates. This is a very bad business practice. There is a slogan on the back of the red t-shirts the Panda Express workforce wears and I really like it. It says "Make happy those who are near & those who are far will come." I find that beautiful and wise. The founder's names are Andrew & Peggy Cherng. Like I said, they seem like good people, at least from their website. It is a shame that they have employees that do not care or even try to live up to the service and values they are trying to create. read more

The food is ok. It has gone down the past few years. It when you want something fast that isn't a burger.

I always enjoy coming here. The place is bright and clean. Very easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Everyone here is friendly. I love the food. I know sometimes people say this isn't "real" Chinese food, but so what? They make a great product that my family enjoys. That's real enough for me. read more

Ordered off of Uber eats which was fast and the food was good. I ordered orange chicken, bejing beef, fried rice, and noodles. The plate was consistent with the panda express. Overall I would order from here again. read more

This time when I went was a better experience. Shaylee served my food and gave me more than enough food compared to last time especially when it's bigger plate entree meal. So I guess it is must better do a in person order rather than online order. Online orders are usually done in a rush way but it is 50/50 chance that your order will be fulfilled to your liking. I definitely like to thank Michael H from guest care for resolving the problem. read more

I always eat from panda express but today when I went to eat this specific location, there was an old Asian guy, he didn't give me what I asked for. and I always get the sauce that I want when I get into panda express. but this guy saw there was a lot of sauce, but he didn't want to give it to me. I don't know what's wrong with coworkers, but I'm not coming back to this location read more

Beef and Broccoli was mostly undercooked broccoli, with hardly any sauce and only a small amount of beef. Service was quick and efficient. read more

I ordered lunch while at work. My order and and it was literally incomplete , like someone gave up half way through my order and they still decided to send it out. Clearly not caring about the customers ! I called back and was given the option to reorder through Uber eats and be charged again BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKES. This was for lunch and now i cannot eat. I will never order from them again. read more

I've been here a bunch since they opened and I'm shocked to see the terrible reviews on Yelp. I love this place. The food is always fresh and delicious. You can tell the veggies are not frozen and cooked to perfection. I've had the honey chicken that is fried but had delicious flavor and also the green beans and chicken which is my beef favorite. I'd recommend you give it another chance if you had one bad experience. The employees are always friendly as well. read more

One star won't even cut it. The customer service if truly awful. Went their tonight just for a quick bit and I couldn't even test taste the food to see if I wanted it. The works were laughing at me and really disrespected me. NO NO NO NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Exactly what Panda Express provides in most of its chain business. Only thing that could make this location better would be the Panda Express Drinks. read more

The handful of times i've come to this location they always close early, like today they don't close until 10pm, I arrived here at exactly 9pm and they turned away me and 6 other people. Waving us away and mouthing that they are closed now an hour before the actual closing time. This isn't the first time this has happened here that the employees pick and choose what time they want to close up shop. It's entirely unprofessional and I have no doubt that there likely wasn't a manager on duty which prompts them to do this. read more

Currently waiting for my food that I ordered for pick up at 4:35pm, it's a half an hour later and still no food. This isn't the first time this has happened. When I got here today (which was five mins after what my pick up time was meant to be so that they would have some extra time to get my order ready) there was only one person here from door dash saying that she had been waiting an extra 15 min for her order and she said this isn't the first time and it's like every time she does a pick up order for door dabs . Won't be ordering from here again, I'll drive to the one in golden ring. In the time I waited could have gotten my food form that one and be home eating it already. read more

Went to the pickup window. The girl saw me and didn't come over. So I went to the order window. There they told me to go to the pick up window. I go back over, ignored again. All while my food is sitting on the table. When she finally comes over, only cause she had someone else's food, I get my food thats been sitting there. My bag should of had 3 items, one was missing. Reading is fundamental. So I wait longer. We get 1 fork, 1 packet of soy sauce--are we supposed to share?! The food was dry. That soy sauce was needed. Too bad we only got 1 packet! My 2nd review for this location...even worse. Again no super greens ready. Rice old and overcooked. Entrees looked several hours old. This is the worst Panda. THE WORST. read more

The food is very good and very fresh. They do not make the food it bulk and then let it sit around. They make it when you order. Their clear door refrigerators show their freshly cut veggies and they're beautiful. Their firm rules regarding covid keep the employees and patrons safe. If you don't see a certain item heating in the displayed woks, just ask and they will cook it to. We have ordered online and gone in to order and both experiences have been pleasant. read more

On 8/16 I entered south Ponca St location; The cashier did not know how to ring up a virtual gift card purchase. After waiting about 5 minutes for the manager, a male wearing the name tag Arnold came to the counter identifying himself as the store manager. He told me, that they didn't accept gift cards, that didn't swipe. I explained to him, that I use this same gift card at least twice a week at this location and various locations all over the state of Maryland. I asked him, if he could call someone to walk him through the process. Instead of doing so, he called over a strip mall security guard and had him interrogate me. When the security guard entered the location, they started to communicate with each other in Spanish. After 30 second or so, the Security guard turned toward me and attempted to interrogate me stating that "Arnold said that I had an aggressive nature". I which I don't, the security guard even admitted that in his observation from a far that was not the case. In fact, I was on the phone with customer service at the time. I ended up placing my order online after about 20 minutes on the phone with customer service, a few issues with my app ordering. I was asked to leave if I wasn't making a purchase and the security guard stood over my shoulder within 4ft the entire time. I was treated like a criminal, all because I wanted to order food from Panda express. It's a shame that someone in a management position would deny a paying customer the opportunity to buy food. The fact that all over the news and social media there are black men being brutalize because some called law enforcement when there was no need too. I am very aware of the power of my dollar and Panda you will see no more. read more

They hustle you in and they hustle you out. I've been here 3 times and I always feel like they can't wait to get us out of there. The orange chicken and Beijing beef were good. The egg rolls were surprisingly lousy. They tasted and looked like the frozen ones in the grocery store...also lousy. The other reviewer is right about super greens not being ready. All in all I would say it was a below average experience. read more
