After being told that I just had to give it a shot, I finally did. Well, the first time I tried they cancelled my uber eats order after an HOUR with little explanation. Minus one star. After I waited the customary 30 days for my anger to subside, I decided to give them a fresh start and ordered again. Based off of reviews, we went with Mongolian Beef and General Tso/Tao/Tsao's Chicken. Fun Fact: General Tso was a real person, and his family doesn't like the fact that an Americanized chicken dish is named after him, but I digress... I opted to add $3 "extra beef" to the Mongolian Beef order, because, well, I'm kind of a glutton. What arrived was a very tasty beef dish that unfortunately was mostly vegetables and without any trace of the "extra beef". It was almost as if my cardiologist intercepted the order and told the chef, "No, no, no... more veggies for Dan..." Tasty? Yes. Worth the $12 I paid for it? Not a chance. Minus one star. The General Tso's chicken was decent, and they obviously use a higher quality of chicken than most places do. There's just one major issue I have with that: I like my General Tso's to be the smaller chicken cuts of questionable origin that I've grown accustomed to. If I wanted huge pieces of chicken breasts in a barbecue-like sauce I'd just do it myself on a grill. Now, I know that General Tso's Chicken is like the chili of the Chinese food world: It's different at every place. Nonetheless, minus one star. Just like Aunt Suzy's recommendation, this was a letdown.

Meanwhile, we filled our cups with fountain drink beverages. A few minutes later, our food was handed to us in to go bags. We removed our food from the bags because we were dining in. We unwrapped our burritos and poured some yum yum sauce on them along with soy sauce. The burrito smelled like seaweed, which wasn't pleasant, but the texture and flavor were very good, especially with the added sauce. The seaweed was a little rubbery, but they have to find a good balance that holds together while also allowing your teeth to tear it apart. Anyway, the burrito was very yummy and filling. My daughter and her friend loved theirs and were wondering where these burritos had been all their lives. The wonton soup was decent as were the spring rolls. The meal was good and I'd like to visit again to try some of their prepared offerings.

After a month of being grossed out and not wanting it, I finally decided to go again. I was met with a complete lack of understanding and immediate persecution because I had no photographed the clump of hair inside my meal, I had not been told by them to take a photo and I am not the type to just keep gross images in my phone without reason. I had told them my name and my number that they had written down and they had demanded I tell them who I talked to despite the person I was on the phone without not giving me their name. After not even being able to order the food in the first place and having to drive around to the window, having to be berated by a worker, and looking inside to see there was absolutely no sanitization or proper food safety and protection, I decided to take my loss and go anywhere else to get myself and my family a meal. I'm disgusted with the service, disgusted with their attitude, disgusted with their food, and disgusted by the situation. If you enjoy chewing on someones hair, by all means go here.
