I decided to eat Panda Express yesterday to support people like my husband who has Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus through the Hydrocephalus Association fund raiser, 28% of the proceeds went to HA. I down loaded Panda Express app to do an online order to support the cause. I had never done an online order before. The app was user friendly. I picked my pickup time and it excepted the fund raisers code with no problem. Panda has changed some of its ingredients over the years. There chow mien no longer has that smoky taste to it, the vegetables seem different and the white rice is not sticky anymore, but once I got use to the flavor and texture changes (it was hard for me personally) I was able to enjoy the food again. The portions are good size. My order was hot upon picking up and the service was great. The ambiance is fast food seating with cute pandas on the wall. The 2nd car in front of me had a big order, and instead of having them PULL UP FRONT IN THE PARKING DESIGNATED FOR ORDERS TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL, they make everyone wait. Not even an apology from them as I pull up to pay for my order. What is the purpose of having that designated parking up front WHEN THEY DONT USE THEM. Maybe consider taking those parkings away and adding regular parking SINCE THEYRE JUST A WASTE OF SPACE. read more

Have never had an issue here with much of anything. They're not the fastest but it's fine with me. Staff is super friendly, and the food is good for fast Chinese food. I mainly get drinks here because they're cheaper than McDonald's and honestly I prefer the taste. The inside is nice as well, though I rarely sit down haha. read more

Ive had dry food, raw food, the wrong food, and rude managers mad at me because they can't do their job at this place. I've given it a try twice and it was a complete fail both times. This is what happens when the worst employees run a location to a fast food chain restaurant. They should fire everyone here and start over because in my opinion. Not recommended. It's 2:20 pm on March 17th. I ordered a kids meal and a side of rice. They took my order and told me I had to wait at the speaker. I was like ok and waited until she told me to pull up. It was only about 2-3 minutes I waited without any cars in front of me. I got to the windy and she told me my total and that they didn't have orange chicken. I said to change to another item. I paid. She handed me my drink and told me to park. I parked but seriously it was annoying. I look and I had my drink but no straw to drink it as I waited. I waited for 5 minutes and my food came out. They forgot my spring rolls and gave me 6 cookies. I didn't order any cookies. I know the kids meal comes with one but ok. I went inside to get my forgotten spring rolls and they didn't have any made. The guy said 5-10 minutes. I'm like seriously. I didn't get the orange chicken because they were out. Now they don't have spring rolls. I think because they are parking everyone out front and bringing out the food mistakes are happening. They did bring me my spring rolls out but how annoying. Food is panda quality but only writing cause if you come 10 mins or 15 mins before closing don't bother cause they're practically closed by 9:30pm. I've worked countless food service jobs and I remember customers coming in 2 mins or 1 min before closing and we still had to take their order because that's how a business runs and stays open! Hands down the worst tasting Chinese food I've ever had in my life and I've eaten a lot of Chinese food. It look like it was closed now I know why.
