Over a year ago this was my place to go for delicious Bbq pork. I would order the two item combo and be satisfied with everything. I have tried on several occasions to eat here but the quality of the food and taste keeps getting worse. Today, I ordered a half-and-half, rice, and noodles combo on June 10, 2026, at 1:45 p.m. at the drive-thru. The menu description mentioned BBQ pork and chicken with mushrooms. However, I received chopped-up mystery meat instead. There were mushrooms and zucchini, but no chicken. The rice was greasy, and the noodles were bland. I'm so disappointed. I threw $11.30 in the trash. I was afraid this greasy food and red dye dried mystery meat would make me sick. Definitely lots of room for improvement at this restaurant. Made to order Drunken Noodles and Shrimp Pad Thai can be found here. These items are on their paper menu, not the digital menu board on the wall. Both noodle dishes were delicious and well worth the wait. Drunken Noodles are made with chicken as the protein and tasted good with the Thai basil flavor. This was made without any spice as a default so it is perfect for those who cannot tolerate the usual heat in Drunken Noodles. This can be made spicy if desired or one can add a favorite chili oil to their liking. The Shrimp Pad Thai had a very generous amount of shrimp in it. Just mix in the provided bean sprouts, lemon juice, and chopped peanut topping. This is also a good, flavorful noodle dish. Definitely recommend this hidden gem for their made to order items. read more

One of the best Chinese foods I've had up here in the high desert. This has been my go to for a few years now whenever I want some Chinese food. The food is always fresh when I come through. First and last visit on January 1, 2026. I ordered the two item combo with fried rice, chow mein, orange chicken and pork. The fried rice was okay. The chow mein was greasy and bland. The orange chicken was mostly breading and did not taste anything like orange chicken. The pork was equally disappointing. I ate until I was full, and my plate was still OVERFLOWING with food!! There's no denying this place knows what a full portion is! I got a 3 entree plate (because I couldn't decide) and they filled my plate so full they had to put my 3rd choice as a side. They let us sample different options so we found what we really liked. I love that their chow mein doesn't have celery (personal preference). The ladies in there tonight were so friendly and sweet! This is for the Jess Ranch location, by Chipotle and Jersey Mikes. The food was great! For fast Chinese food, this is at the tippy top. The chow mein is so good with nice thick noodles. The green bean chicken was savory and green beans were crunchy. The beef and broccoli was good as well. I got everything fresh out of the kitchen. There was technically enough to scrape up and make my plate, but the young lady asked if I could wait for the new platters to come out, I waited. It was nice of her to do that. I also added 3 crab & cream cheese wontons, those didn't make it home, I ate them on the way home. Very much recommended this location. The staff and food are an A+ read more

If u want more meat then veggies in your food wouldn't recommend. There was 2 pieces of chicken in comparison to 160 mushrooms. This has happened more than once. Just go to panda and pay a little more to get a little less. At least they're giving u a fair portion. read more

I have been coming here nearly once a week since it's close to my work and always had a good experience. Today, however, I watched their employee Madison rub her eyes without gloves and then touch the inside of every plastic cup she was pouring sweet and sour sauce into. The cashier Sherrick put almost all milk in my boba so I asked if she could please add more tea since it was almost all milk. She and Madison argued with me, saying that it was how it was made after I tried to explain I've gotten it there before multiple times and it's never that full of milk. I asked if I could exchange it for a different boba and they said no. I asked if I could get a refund and they rudely told me they don't do refunds. I do not want to drink or pay for a drink thats nearly all milk and would think twice about eating here after seeing how they handle containers. read more

None of the ingredients were Fresh, as in made today. The Rice was very dry and clumpy, with an aroma of Wet dog? There were 8 good sized Shrimp, also not fresh and chewy. Usually I get real good food and service but the other night I went here the person could not understand me . I kept repeating my self like 5 times because she was too busy dealing with something else than paying attention to my order . I was so surprised when I came in this location because the employees are amazingly helpful and friendly. This was my first time to this location and I wasn't sure what to expect or what to order. The lady who greeted me never rushed me or got inpatient with my slowness. I was offered samples of everything. I felt very welcome. When I decided to get my food I was surprised at how large a single serving is. I was unable to eat my one entrée plate because they pilled it so high. I ate inside with a party of four and I was happy to see that everything was well stocked. The tables were clean and trash was no where to be seen. I've been coming to this location for years and Wednesday evening I had the absolute worst customer service ever. As I walked into the lobby, there was one lady busy taking drive thru orders, another filling up the tea at beverage station and another employee who appeared to be on a break in the lobby. After patiently waiting at the counter for 5 minutes, I was not once acknowledged nor was I helped, so I walked out. She proceeded to prepare some of my food but then, while she was waiting for some of the wontons to finish frying... she sat on the ground (not at all tried to hid this) and proceeded to eat her sandwich with her bare hands, LICKING her fingers, etc. another employee came over and had a quick bite as well but then went back serve a customer. After 3/4 minutes of her eating, she stands back up and goes over and without washing or gloves, touches my food with her bare hands she was just licking! Not to mention she grabbed a box out of their recycling/trash bin to put all my food in. Very disappointed and disgusted. I decided to stop by for some Chow Mein, but they thought I said fried rice. I didn't realize that they were repeating fried rice back to me instead of Chow Mein due the wind and their accents. I realized there had been a communication error and made them aware. They told me that I had to take it because they made it spicy and no one would want it and they didn't offer to fix the order. They also denied me a refund. After they handed me the bag they just walked away from the window. While the order being wrong is disappointing, I'm more upset about the poor customer service despite the fact that I wasn't mean and I did not raise my voice. I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more
