Other items, such as the Sweet and Sour Pork and Orange Chicken consisted mainly of thick fried batter and very little meat. The Orange Chicken did, however, have a tangy, citrusy sauce which tasted good. They may be experiencing some growing pains with the new ownership change. I should return in a few months to see if there is any improvement. The price point currently is not worth it due to the rather poor food quality.

The food is still great, but after today's experience, I feel customers need to be careful when paying with Apple Pay or any other tap-to-pay method. Today, my daughter paid with Apple Pay, just as she has many times before. The transaction showed on her Apple Pay, and the money was taken from her account. However, because their system apparently was unable to print a receipt, she was told that the payment "didn't go through." My daughter even showed the employee the transaction on her phone, but because it was still showing as "pending," she was told that meant the payment had not gone through. Anyone who regularly uses a debit card, credit card, or Apple Pay knows that transactions commonly show as pending before they are fully processed. As a result, my daughter ended up having to pay twice for her food. When I called the restaurant to try to resolve the situation, I was told there was no manager or supervisor available to assist. The young lady who answered the phone was also extremely unprofessional. She repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking and kept responding with, "Like I said," instead of actually listening to the concern or trying to help resolve it. This was very disappointing, especially because we have been loyal customers and previously had such positive experiences here. The food may still be good, but based on today's experience, my advice would be to USE CASH if you choose to eat here, especially until they can properly address issues with tap-to-pay transactions and improve their customer service.
