They are still the same creamy textured Kennebec potatoes as before but seemed tired and old. Service was okay. Although it's been a while since we've visited a McDonald's I redownloaded the app and placed the order, submitting payment as we've done in the past. When we arrived my daughter faced many challenges at the counter. The young man told her something was wrong with the system. She was told the system was down. Some lady told her she could cancel the order online. I went to cancel the order through the app and it wouldn't allow it stating that the order was already being made. Then my daughter showed that them that it said it was already being made from the screenshot I provided her (I waited in the car). The systems were back up but then they were saying it wasn't paid for and asked my daughter for her receipt. We placed the order via the app, of course we have a receipt. It keeps a good paper trail. My daughter showed proof of purchase and they began working on the order. We ordered the food at 9:01 am and arrived around 9:12 am to pick up our simple order. She didn't receive the order until 9:30 am. This was a horrible experience. I wish it was handled differently. From my perspective (sitting in the parking lot in the car) it seems like the system going down caused confusion and my daughter was met with distrust even though she had the receipt and the order was paid in full. This is the reason I don't visit McDonald's. I don't like this kind of customer service. It's not a great way to start off the day.

Ok, it;s Carl's Jr, you know what you're going to get that's why you're stopping here. With that in-mind though this one is located in a large shopping center which offers many other dinning choices as well, which is perfect if you're traveling with a small group of people who can't decide on what they want. Food was typical CJ fare, staff was friendly and nobody stole anything off my trailer while were parked so those are all good things. I'll be back again I'm sure. read more
