    Walked in and the dining area was very clean! They also had a Kiosk to order which is great if your in a hurry and want to avoid the line. The workers did a great job getting our order out quickly(talk about fast food) . The food was delicious Had to put the fries in the burger of course! The biggie bag deals are always a must and a great value especially with these inflation prices now a days . Daddy got his burger and baby got her nuggets ! If babies happy daddies happy! Thanks Wendy's team keep it up .

    Raw Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo

    Very disappointed I actually liked Wendy's but this is what they gave me last night at the drive thru , when I went back to return it the managers response was "I don't see how that's possible we cook the chicken in a pressure cooker " I didn't even get an apology he just offered me another sandwich ... no thank you I asked for a refund . My friend and I are extremely sick we woke up with food poisoning we even went to urgent care for it .

    Every time I visit I get shorted an item. I tried calling and never get an answer. Supposedly you guys are always in peak season.

    I went their and ordered a number 8 and a dr. pepper. To start off the chicken felt like it was microwaved and the dr.pepper had no flavor

    Today my daughter and I placed a quick order using the McDonald's app and paid using Google pay…read more This is not unusual. Although it's been a while since we've visited a McDonald's I redownloaded the app and placed the order, submitting payment as we've done in the past. When we arrived my daughter faced many challenges at the counter. The young man told her something was wrong with the system. She was told the system was down. Some lady told her she could cancel the order online. I went to cancel the order through the app and it wouldn't allow it stating that the order was already being made. Then my daughter showed that them that it said it was already being made from the screenshot I provided her (I waited in the car). The systems were back up but then they were saying it wasn't paid for and asked my daughter for her receipt. We placed the order via the app, of course we have a receipt. It keeps a good paper trail. My daughter showed proof of purchase and they began working on the order. We ordered the food at 9:01 am and arrived around 9:12 am to pick up our simple order. She didn't receive the order until 9:30 am. This was a horrible experience. I wish it was handled differently. From my perspective (sitting in the parking lot in the car) it seems like the system going down caused confusion and my daughter was met with distrust even though she had the receipt and the order was paid in full. This is the reason I don't visit McDonald's. I don't like this kind of customer service. It's not a great way to start off the day.

The McRib this season was exceptionally tasty and the meat over hung the ends of the bread roll which has not happened before. Plus, I had enough points on the mobile app for a free Big Mac so I got that, too. Anyways, it is McDonald's food. I don't have a whole lot of expectations. I don't understand the numerous one star reviews for service. The employees were polite and friendly to me. Other than having to pull into a parking spot for a few minutes before I got my food, my order was correct and the food was hot. The wait time was under five minutes. That is good enough for me. This is the only McDonald's I have been to that had posted signs with the restaurant's telephone number and a complaint line number. So feel free to contact someone if you feel anything isn't satisfactory. I had no complaints during my visit.
