I love their Teriyaki chicken with white rice. It's always fresh, delicious and perfect amount. I order it once a month. I would get it more often but it costs almost $9. read more

Panda Express - Teriyaki chicken and steam white rice - Chinese Near Me - Antelope, California

It's 9pm I just asked when they close they tell me 10:30pm and that whatever they have available is all they are making for tonight everything that is available is clearly old and the bottom of the bowl and no appetizers they sold out... I decided to just order that was a very bad decision I feel ripped off the chow mein has barely any noodles and all cabbage the sweet fire had 9 pieces of pineapple and four pieces of chicken flora is the manager she needs to be shown how to properly run a restaurant that cares for the customers that pay to keep the doors open I won't be back read more

Panda Express - What was left to order from with an hour and a half still open - Chinese Near Me - Antelope, California

The customer service here made me so angry that I will not return to any Panda location ever. The food, as always, was mediocre chinese food. read more

Very yummy last time we went. Good cook. A lady was serving us and the girl next to her chimed in that what we wanted was cheaper and a better deal if we ordered a different way which was very much appreciated!! Will def be returning :) read more

Hit and miss place. Mostly miss though. If you are looking to get a good Chinese food meal, then you should know better than to come here. It's cheap and quick though, so I come here when I need to feed the kids fast. You can tell that the food just sits on the warmer way too long. One positive, a very friendly and efficient staff. read more

Why do I have to beg for samples? They should offer them! And yes, my 9 year old daughter wants to try too! I've been disappointed with their front serving people a few times now. Additionally, the portion sizes for the price are a little silly. Its fast food. Why have restaurant prices? Grrr read more

I don't care if it's 30 minutes to closing and you have no customers at the moment. I made a online order last night and the man cleaning the windows kindly opened the door for me and welcomed me into panda ( he was great and not part of this shitty review). It's about the two young Asian girls in the back ignoring me and chatting in the back where i can see them. The man who opened the door for me asked them to help me and they had no response. He ended up helping me checkout and i couldn't be more appalled at the two girls. He was busting his ass cleaning those windows and they didn't do shit. This isn't the first time an employee was rude or had a attitude with me. I rather go to a different location and i live locally. read more

I am so mad with this location. My friend and I got sick from eating here. The food tasted like it was cooked in old oil. My friend called the next day and they said the manager would give us a call back. That never happened. Then my friend went inside the location hoping to get our money back, and that didn't happen either. They refused and just offered us more food. Why would I want more food at the place that made me sick ?? And not only that but said we got sick because of COVID 19.!!! Like are you kidding me ?? I am never eating there again. And I don't suggest anyone else does either. This doesn't even deserve 1 star. How hard is it to refund someone $15 when they got sick !!! Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Panda Express averages 2.5 stars wow I feel that it's much better than that! Elverta location is very clean! Their walnut shrimp is Amazing !!! I do find it little bit overpriced $. Other wise it's pretty good fast food place! read more

As you can see, by other reviews here -- this place is to be avoided ; at all costs. Not only is the staff rude ; but the food is quite possibly the worst I've ever had at any Panda Express location. I called corporate ; complained and they don't seem to care despite their replies to numerous other unhappy and unsatisfied customers. This location should be 86'ed to preserve the brand ; if Panda is listening at all.... close it. read more

It's what you expect for a fast food Chinese .Decent food for a very good cost. Theres not really much to expect if you want a quick meal. Lines are not long and service is fast . read more

this place is great if you want to pay for food and not get it! Gotta love a cashier who doesn't have there sh*t together!!

I ordered Panda from this location through Uber Eats, as it was a long day and I didn't want to leave my house after finally getting home. Uber Eats and the delivery was perfectly fine. 5/5 Panda Express and my food on the other hand? 1/5 I ordered a two entree combo with brown rice. As there was an extra $2 fee for small deliveries, I instead opted to add some pot stickers to cancel out the fee. Both entrees were half filled with brown rice. It was literally the smallest amount of entrees I've ever seen for any Panda location. I'm pretty laid back, but if I was at the restaurant, I definitely would have complained. I asked for spicy mustard (specifically for the brown rice), but that must have required too much effort, as there was no. There was also no pot sticker sauce, and if I'm being honest, that sauce is half the reason I get pot stickers. I've now eaten my tiny entrees, and I have enough brown rice to last through a nuclear winter, but no mustard to enjoy it with. Just be aware if you order from this location, they won't read your notes, and they will fill your bag with literally the bare minimum they need to. I won't be ordering from here again. read more

Nothing worse than waiting in line on your lunch time that is only 30 minutes to find out what you want is out and it will be another 5 minutes at least to be made and you have already waited at least 10 minutes. Can't do that. Noon time and out of several items not good business. Next time I will go across the street to Bel Air. No lunch for me today. Thank you read more

Giving 2 stars because have ordered food an hour in advance for a pick up and upon arrival food was not ready. This is not the first time that I order online and have to wait +/- 10 mins. read more

Tried calling to see if they had pot stickers back on menu. No answer. Came in with intent to buy food and saw that they were not on menu due to management decision. Not going to make purchases here until they have them back. read more

No sweet and sour chicken? No egg-foo-young? How can they call theirselfs chineese with the lack of these basic entree staples? The service is a little on the slow side considering how many workers they have scurrying around behind the counter- you think they would have a little more coordination! I know we cant stay in to eat anymore due to covid, but i wish they could use real metal knives and forks and plates when u stay instead of a foam tray and plastic forks and knives. This location is kind of small compared to other Pandas i have been to.They all ways are running out of the basic popular items or there is someone ordering a 20 plate dinner so u have to wait too long. This store is clean enough ALTHOUGH i have seen the cooks use dirty dishes and plates because they ran out of clean ones. It's basically an okay value if u remember its still a fast food joint but there is allot of compitition in the space. read more

Food is alwayse good hot and fresh.. Employees are really nice and friendly ... I alwayse come back to this panda and have a good experience each time read more

Slow, slow, slow! Did I say slow? Downsizing staff is showing. The manager here really doesn't get that she needs to up staff during dinner time. All the reviews on their website don't seem to get it fixed. Too bad. read more

Standing in line for over 10 mins.. would leave but gf wants to get food here.. I will probably never come back due to poor service.. omg

I've been eating at Panda for years, but this is by far the worst location I've encountered. The wait lines are absolutely ATROCIOUS. The first time I went there I was in line for literally 20 minutes. The food was your average Panda Express quality, and the girl serving the food was nice, but by the time I got through the line I really wasn't in the mood to eat it. Foolishly, I gave this place a second chance because it was late at night and I was close by. I can now confirm that long lines are the standard here, coupled with slow service. The wait time wasn't AS long this time, but it was still 10 solid minutes. Once I was served, an unfriendly cashier told me my total and threw the receipt at me. A lot of people have issues with Panda Express because it's "chain" and the farthest thing from authentic, but I don't hate it. However, I do hate this particular location and will not return. If you need to waste time and have nothing better to do, this place will absolutely chew up some of your uneventful evening. If you want a place with good service and better food, go somewhere else. read more

I went to this store two times. First one was about a year ago and second time was around 1:00PM of 4/14/15. On the second visit, I remembered what I felt at the first visit. The store was not busy, but the service was slow and many of tables were not cleaned. On the second visit, it was much worse. I saw one of the staff making a funny face when a customer made a mistake on ordering. read more

I came here with my friend for dinner & yes the line was long but so worth it! The portions they give as so generous!

I ordered a bowl of chicken and all that was in there was two small pieces of chicken and the rest was fruit and onions when I brought it to the girls attention she said we do it by the scoop bad customer service read more

Panda Express #0789 needs help....i waited in line for over 20 min, for stale food to be plopped onto styrofoam by people who don't even look at you when speaking, let alone show any enthusiasm while they rob my family and I of correct portions! $33 Wasted! read more

Ate here last night, food was ok. Waited a good 15 minutes for them to make fresh chowmein & mushroom chicken. Those were good, but my broccoli in the broccoli beef was barely cooked, like they just got it warm. It was way too crunchy. And the orange chicken was cold. The fried rice was a little underdone, the rice was crunchy. I want consistently fresh food, not a mix of old & fresh. I'll probably eat here again anyway but it better all be fresh next time! read more

They're quick, mushroom dishes are great, and the place is relatively clean. I come here when I'm in a hurry and absolutely starving. I haven't had anything negative happen so this is pretty much my favorite Panda branch. read more

My husband would eat here every day if he could. 9 out of 10 times their food is fresh. Unfortunately if you're in a hurry you might want to go somewhere else, as they get busy and have long lines. read more

For fast food, this place is delicious. I mean When i am on my way home and I have the choice between McDonalds, Arbys, and Panda. Panda wins every time. I love their sweet fire chicken and chow mien. It is always good. read more

Good food. Location is nice and clean, parking can sometimes be an issue as can teenagers hanging around.

Eew. Just eew. Rice was both overcooked AND underdone. It tasted burned. The noodles were dry as a bone. Even though I paid extra for some shrimp, though it was not horrible, I only got about half a dozen of the little suckers. The staff wasn't exactly exuberant about their jobs even though they are lucky to have one in this day and age. I came here only because my 3 year old wanted wice an noonoos. They have proven why I hate this place: they hold a perfect 0-5 in any category. read more

I am giving this location two stars simply for the friendly individual who greeted me. I waited in line for over 10 minutes to get to the front to place my order. The shrimp was counted out 6pcs and when I got it home was over cooked and half kg the pieces were missing the breading. The food was not fresh and skimpy portions for the price. read more

This has to be the most inconsistent Panda in the area. The first time I tried the Super Greens they were flavorful and delicious. The next time they tasted like steamed vegetables without a hint of seasoning. I decided to give it another try today. The pan of greens was almost empty, so when I ordered the Bowl with greens and orange chicken, I asked when more veggies would be out. I didn't get an answer, but instead was asked what I wanted...again. When she got the part about the greens, I was asked again what entree I wanted. Here is the other inconsistency... THE PORTIONS. I was given the dregs of veggies left in the pan that was no where near a full serving. I watched to see if maybe she would make up the difference in chicken NOPE! I've literally been served twice the portion that I got this time. I kick myself for paying, should have walked out! read more

I had come in a couple of days ago a few minutes before closing (i try my hardest not to ever do this), but I was very impressed with how well i was greeted and the customer service i had received by a young lady named Yiang. You are a sweetheart, thank you for your kindness :) read more

Good food, good prices. My biggest gripe is that nothing is vegetarian -- even the vegetables are cooked in chicken broth -- but that is all Pandas. This location is clean and the staff is friendly. During mealtimes it can get very busy -- lines out the door. It is best to hit it at off times. The dining area is also fairly small, so if you have a big group or come during a dinner rush, you may not be able to find seating. read more

I real like their Honey Walnut Shrimp and Golden Treasure Shrimp. Taste just right!

This panda is pretty good. The freshness of the food is a little hit and miss but other than that it's pretty good. The customer service is great. I had to wait a couple minutes to get my sweet and sour pork so they gave me a drink while I waited which was pretty cool. read more

Food is delicious, well for a Panda Express Restaurant. If I wanted Chinese to go within 10 minutes, Panda Express is the way to go. The location of this Panda Express is very convenient. Right next to an ice cream shop and WinCo and also pretty close to my house. The Chow Mien is delicious but they add way too many vegetables to fool us into thinking we're getting a lot. Sometimes the orange chicken or Bejing Beef are too overcooked, some being burned. Other than that their service is great and food is good! read more

I usually enjoy panda and have no problem with customer service. But not only is the people who work here's customer service terrible to the point where if I acted like that at my job I would no longer be employed there, but the 4 times I've been there they cheap you out. I've gotten a bowl most of the times and they fill the whole thing up with rice and put none of the other stuff such as Broccoli beef on top. My boyfriend one time got 4-5 pieces of orange chicken one time. So unless you like terrible customer service and portions that aren't worth the money I wouldn't recommend going to this location. read more

Panda just hooked it up and it was delicious, I am loving the steak and mushrooms, thanks again Panda Express
