We used to be repeat customers at Panda Express but switched over to Chipotle the last 2-3 years. I rarely buy their food because I know they use MSG's even tho they advertise that they don't. I know a few people that are allergic to MSG's and when they ate at Panda Express they had allergic reactions. Last time we ate here was in 2015 and I plan to keep it that way. Today was an exception because my kids & wifey were craving Panda Express so I let my guard down this time. On a positive side this place is very clean and service is excellent. The girl serving us was very nice and offered to try their food samples. We ordered two boxes to go with 2 entrees per plate and that was good for all four us. Total cost was $15 and some change. Do I recommend this place? Yes! But not very often. If you're allergic to MSG's STAY AWAY from Panda Express!!! There's many healthier choices out there. 3 stars from me Wifey 4 Stars Kidos 4 stars read more

Disappointed in this panda! Moved to the area and was craving panda so bad so I was stoked this one was close by. They have a good parking lot, nice & clean inside & I went on a Sunday & probably two people in total inside. Service was fast but unfortunately my food did not taste good. I was very hungry & very much craving panda and this did not satisfy my cravings at all. Left so much of it threw it away :( I got the rest of the brocolli beef they had & it was gross & soggy. The chow mein were longgg noodles never have experienced panda having long chow mein noodles like and the taste wasn't the same. I've seen other reviews where they reheat their food..... tastes like it may have been just that.. very disappointed. I am all for second chances so I will come back & update my review accordingly giving it one more chance. read more

The portions are small they used to be decent but every time I go it's less but the cost is up. The portions should be a full serving not just barely filling it's section in the box and Kung pow wasn't flavorful read more

I'm a picky eater since my days as a child... Well I must say your quality today more then ever was phenomenal. The food texture was perfect great flavor and perfectly assembled. I appreciate your culinary excellence on this experience enduring your meal. I rate an unbiased 9/10. I would have put 10/10 but I didn't get a drink so that's my fault. Thank you and please continue your food preparation to this fashion. Good day! read more

The service is absolutely horrible at this location. The prices have gone up and each time I come in they give less and less food in the order. Have tried calling on multiple occasions and they never pick up the phone. Unfortunately I normally come by here each Wednesday after work since it's my late work day. read more

Extremely unsatisfied with this location. Everything was extremely dry and the honey walnut shrimp was overcooked and had no sauce on it. I went when it opened so I really expected fresh food but everything tasted days old. I ended up tossing it in the trash read more

Very Happy with the home delivery. Food was delivered promptly and reasonably priced . The family pack is just enough for our family. I noticed the walnut shrimp tastes better when delivered. Thanks Amy read more

I ordered a family meal and they packed the whole thing in one little box and the handle broke while I was taking it out of my car and all my food spilled on the concrete ground. I don't understand why they think those little boxes can hold that much wait. $$ down the drain. I hope they change how they pack the family meals. read more

DO NOT order online. If you can't watch them put your order together, it's honestly not worth it. I went and picked up my order (2 entree), got home, opened my meal, only had 1 entree and chow mein. Also ordered wontons, but they didn't add the sweet and sour sauce. I requested chili and soy sauce...forgot that too. Then the real kicker...I go to grab the fortune cookie out of the bag....it a sealed bag of air, no cookie. Maybe I'm just hangry but Honestly a joke. read more

Such a loooooong line and pick up time doesn't get much better. If you want Chinese, Tasty Palace is right next door. It's your typical Panda Express experience, food is as expected and decent. Wish they had a drive through. read more

Food and service was decent. Nothing extravagant. Only complaint was my low syrup sprite, had a cup full of co2 soda lol

I really do not understand how is this particular Panda Express location has less than 5 stars. This place is busy only at lunch time (12 pm) otherwise it's almost empty. It's a very good place to have lunch with friends. The dinning area is remodeled and taken care of. Food is always fresh due to the costumer flow. One thing I would suggest is to always sample angus steak before buying. That is the only antre that you should watch out before buying. Anything else is delicious. It has outside patio with tables where you can sit down and enjoy your food. There is also plenty of parking space. No matter what time of the day you will come, there is always will be a parking spot for you. I have been having lunch in this location almost every week, and all I could say is that I have never had any problems here. Highly suggest. read more

They totally count the shrimp prices they give you. They make sure to only give you 5-6 pieces and will charge you $5 for it. That's a buck a shrimp! I mean it isn't that good. Never going to this location again! read more

Frozen food reheated first time here and never coming back if I wanted frozen food I would've gone to the grocery store.

I am very disappointed with my order that I placed online. I ordered a two entree meal and barely got any entree with lots of chow mein. I paid extra for the steak and shrimp and got one shrimp. I will not be going back again. read more

My family and I have had countless problems with this specific locations disorganization. Whether it's not giving us the right order, to the wrong food in the right place. Or today having a very small portion size. I don't know why this location doesn't have worse reputation. People need to speak up and talk about how they don't know what they are doing most of the time. This location is a joke and from now on I'll be happy to drive another 10 miles to go to another location. read more

I had the pleasure of being on the receiving end of a very great customer service. I went into panda express which I do very often and For some weird reason I decided I wanted it fresh. I've never asked for a fresh before just this time I decided I wanted it for us for some weird reason. So I asked the gentleman that was fixing my plate if that could happen. The main cook in the back was XIONG. When the gentleman that was fixing my plate asked him if he could make it fresh for me he didn't have a issue whatsoever doing it for me. No hesitation whatsoever. I love when people go above and beyond read more

Purchased the family deal for $20 (2 main and 3 sides). The containers are 6" square that taper down to 3.5". The chow mein was not completely filled, but the fried rice was. The 3 side dishes (orange chicken, chicken and veggies and kung pao chicken containers were 3/4 full. The employees double knot the to go bag so you really don't know how much your getting until your home. Not worth it. In this time, Panda Express, don't skim out if you have paying customers. Won't be back. read more

Slow service and only one person cooking yet you have 3 girls just walking around? This ones a joke . Out of food and it's only 1130 am

This is one of the few places to eat in the area. Overall good service but because it is one of the few places to eat the line can be very long during peak times like lunch and dinner. But service is normally good and food is normally fresh. read more

We love to eat out at Panda about one's a month. The reason why I am leaving 3 stars for them because food is little to pricey. Other wise antelope location (Elverta and Walerga) right across Win-Co Foods store is decent. I was inspired to rate this restaurant because I realized that I have not made any three star reviews yet, and so I need it for balance. That leads me to (trumpet sound) Panda Express, Antelope. If you like Panda Express, you will like Panda Express in Antelope. It is your typical Panda Express with their typical dishes served by typical Panda Express Staff in a typically clean Panda Express environment. They seem to be a very high volume restaurant, but their staff moves as quick as they can, and that is all that you can ask. Something that I like about Panda Express is that the menu has a lot of low-fat, healthy options if that is what you want. If you want high-fat, sweet, unhealthy & delicious items, they have more than their fair share of those as well. I appreciate that Panda Express restaurants allow you to sample a dish before purchasing, so you really don't have an excuse to not give them a try. The one flaw of their menu is that everything is very high sodium. Give them a try--you might give them more than three stars, but I doubt that you will give them less. read more

This location does it right... We went to Panda on a Tuesday night, and as expected, it was busy. This location does not have a drive thru, so there was a line 30 customers long. We thought that we would have a loooong wait, but were plesently suprised that the store was well staffed, and the line went quickly. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. no complaints. The food is consistant and pretty good for chinese fast food. We had a mix of orange chicken, beijing beef and teriyaki chicken. All were good, so no complaints. The service was great. Like I said, they were well staffed, and were very pleasent. They kept the line moving, and the store clean. Overall, you will get better chinese food at a genuine sit down chinese restaurant, but you should still enjoy the meal. The food, service and location are all above average, just nothing to push it to the next level. I will most likely return if I am in the mood for chicken dipped in sugar sauce. read more

This specific Panda Express location is horrible with serving sizes. They gave me the smallest portions I've ever received from any Panda Express. The chicken was a little over cooked and the rushed the honey walnut shrimp so there was hardly any sauce on it. I do not recommend anyone to go eat at this Panda Express because you do not get your money's worth. read more

Must be new employees and the food was fresh and not that long of a line. Staff was friendly and it's been awhile since we ate here. Great job guys superb upgrade since my last visit read more

I nearly LOL'd when I saw two dollar signs next to a Panda Express. I guess some people can't read that two dollar signs mean $11-$30 per person. The only item that runs for $11-$30 here is the Panda Feast, and if one person ate that much food, I think that person should see a dietitian :-) Anyways, yes Panda Express does sell over priced Mex... I mean "Chinese" food. To offset costs, I would recommend finding a receipt and filling out the survey to save a buck or two on a three-entree plate. As always, the Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef is pretty good. I just had to give this place 3 Stars because I'd rather spend my $7 on take out real Chinese food elsewhere. Hell, I'd rather walk across the street and hit up Bel Air's Sizzling Wok at that price :-) read more

We go to this location about 3-4 times a month. Tonight the service was super slow, and I got to hear about the employee gossip while I waited. The honey walnut shrimp were so fishy tasting that my fiancé couldn't even eat more than the first one. This usually isn't the case. The floors were so dirty that it looked like a Jackson Pollock painting near the soda machine. It makes it hard to want to return to a dirty slow restaurant. read more

Didn't feel like cooking. First time tried on-line ordering as the lines are often long. Said the food would be ready at 7:34, which was the time we arrived to the store. No line to speak of. Order ready at 7:47 pm. Had to cook the rice. What is the point to order ahead of time?? Update: when we got home, we were not given our the broccoli/beef order but mushroom/chicken instead. Changing to 1 star not providing the broccoli/beef order. No condiments offered. read more
