Needless to say we threw out the entire $50 worth of takeout because there's no way we were going to trust it was prepared in a clean environment. Hidden away off of the main road but easy access due to stoplight. This is a hidden jewel of Chinese food without being crowded or eating a buffet. (There is one within a mile if you choose) Food is always fresh made. Friendly owners. Small place with maybe 4 booths and 4 tables. Good lunch specials that are enough for two. My wife loves the chicken on a stick. All the soups are great that I have eaten. The spring rolls are light and crisp and the shrimp egg rolls have medium sized shrimp not the usual tiny stuff most places use. You can leave off the rice if you wish and can customize anything. Quick, reasonably priced sticky saucy cheap Chinese food. Its totally edible, and there aren't a lot of other choices real close for cheap Chinese. So, its worth the 2 star rating maybe a little more. I ordered the general tso's chicken, my usual when wanting something fried at a place I've never been to. I took it to go. I had one bite in the car and was impressed, closed up the box and headed to my destination. When I got to where I was going I quickly opened the box and took a bite. Overly sauced and a very strange texture. I took one the larger pieces of meat at pulled it apart. I'm pretty sure it wasn't chicken, I don't know if it was even meat. It kinda had a tofu like texture. I ate it any ways. Once I got through a good amount of food I realize they had hidden a little broccoli on the bottom. If it was supposed to have broccoli and they added more chicken because the "chicken" was cheaper than the broccoli, thats scary. Maybe I got an off batch, maybe I'm paranoid, or maybe they just serve some other type of meat amalgamation, but it was strange. I will try this place again if cruising down Hwy 321 or in Lincolnton for some other strange reason, but I won't be going out of my way for it. China II in Denver is much better IMO. read more

I think most of their business is take-out, but we usually eat in. They have three booths and about as many tables. Even so, orders are placed at counter (no server), and drinks, fortune cookies, napkins and plastic spoons & forks, fortune cookies, and sauce packets are all self-serve. ( And NO tired buffet!!) Food brought to table REALLY HOT. Light, non-greasy, colorful, and really good flavor. Portions are large; we always end up getting take out boxes for left-overs, and can often get 2 (!) more meals out of them. Did I say, it's delicious! Staff are Asian, so some language factor, but sincerely helpful and invested in your getting a good meal quickly. Generous menu of typical Chinese fare. read more

Great food! Love their Sacha Shrimp and they substitute white rice for fried at my request. I'm boring since I order the same thing every time, but my DH likes some of the other dishes, too. My very first time of eating Chinese food. I had ask several people where was the best place. Everyone said Panda. I was glad to see they were very busy with customers. They are very organized with taking and processing orders. My order was to go and when I got home the food was still piping hot. I really couldn't believe the amount of food provided. I dig it. It's fast and good Chinese food. Don't understand why they don't ask for a name when they take your order, it is a bit amusing though to have to repeat your order when you go in to pick it up. Those folks are usually friendly and usually in a really big hurry, even when I'm the only one there. We've never had any complaints about the food. Typical Chinese takeout, nothing extraordinary, but not at all bad. It's always been fresh and tasty, whatever it is. They have large portions too. read more

This is my favorite take-out Chinese restaurant. They have cheap lunch and dinner combos. You get soooo much food for your money, and I've never gotten a meal that I wasn't pleased with! The owners and people who work here are so friendly and they make the experience great. Definitely best Chinese in town. Rice is normal color to me unlike another place I'll leave unnamed. We've tried most of the food and our favorite appetizer is the crab ran goons. Fresh every time and awesome. You can easily make a meal out of them. Fast and easy. Limited seating at lunch but 599 lunch specials include your beverage. read more

I drive by here often and decided to give them a try. I had the lunch special with chicken lo mein. I received a lot of food. The special included an entree, rice and a drink. The lo mein was excellent and the fried rice was satisfactory but a bit drier than I like but that's a personal preference . The service was very quick. This used to be the place for the best sesame chicken anywhere. Unfortunately over the past couple of months the quality has diminished. About half the pieces have no chicken in them at all. I would rather pay more or have less on the plate but have chicken in the food. read more

We just went here for dinner, got it to go. Tasted like leftovers from the lunch crowd. Got the sesame chicken (it was tough and chewy, couldn't even eat it) and the chicken broccoli (mostly broccoli, very little chicken). The bug crawling across the floor as I walked in should have tipped me off. This would not be a great visit. I ordered ahead to takeout dinner, so the wait in the iffy dining area wasn't long. Apparently my meal came with drinks. Great, right? Wrong. They give you styrofoam cups but those white coffee cup lids with the flip up lids that don't fit. So as you are wiggling the lid on the cup the flap comes up making the lid less of a lid and more of a funnel. Threw those drinks away before I left. We haven't eaten the food yet, but I'm not optimistic. read more

If I could do 0 stars, I would. It was literally the worst Chinese food we ever had. Chicken pieces were raw, rubbery and almost unidentifiable. The Szechwan sauce was as thin as water and diluted to the point of tasteless. The vegetables were not stir fried properly, they were steamed and not caramelized. Seafood combo had mostly all fake crab legs and a very watery, tasteless sauce (if you could call it that). It was all boiled. Shrimp Toast (8 pieces? More like a slice of bread cut into 8ths) and Crab Rangoon were oversaturated in oil. I literally opened jars of Thai Chili Paste and Hoisin Sauce that I had at home and poured it over the food. And we still threw most of it out. Bland and tasteless with a lack of preparation skill. Really, really bad and a complete waste of $28. Wish I could get my money back but it was takeout. read more

Were it not for Yelp I would not have ever looked down into this parking lot and seen Panda. Very happy I did. The chicken with mixed veggies was really tasty tho it could've used some seasoning.
