Normally a 5 Star food. But today I got shrimp toast burnt to charcoal. Hard as a rock. My Beef w/Chinese vegetables had beef and bok choy with a few slices of carrots and celery with regular button mushrooms in a flavor-less soup around it. My Dim Sum was cold but I can always heat them up in a steamer tomorrow.I called to complain about the shrimp toast and was told a manager would call. Never happened. read more

I found hair in my delivery food, and since I ordered through the online system, there seems to be nothing I can do about it. Their roast pork and chicken fried rice are really good. It isn't the bland, yellow tasteless fare that you get everywhere else. I can't speak for anything else on the menu. However, it does seem like everybody in there has the sniffles every time I'm there, which is a major turn off. read more

Went there cause there was no real Chinese food in are area. Just a combo halal and Chinese place that is awful. But this place is just as awful with the food and prices. The only thing that was decent was the fortune cookies. I spent almost $50 and was not even given a soup or soda or sweet tea as a buyback. I do not recommend this place. As someone who LOVES Chinese, I used to order from this place all the time. They had great food and quick service. I guess it was around May or June of 2012, I noticed things started to change. The food seemed like it wasn't as good and they started making mistakes on the orders. I dealt with it, thinking it was just busy. Then, the delivery time started creeping up. What was once a half-hour delivery time soon became 45 minutes...then an hour. About a month ago, it took 2 HOURS for us to get our food. I was furious - especially since they refused to do anything except take maybe $10 off the order (which took a couple days to do). In my opinion, not good enough considering the food was cold and we were STARVING by the time it got here. We didn't order for a few weeks because of that. Then the other night we ordered again. It took an hour and a half to get the food. Unbelievable. And they don't care if you call and complain so it's not even worth it. They're losing a pretty good customer in me. VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE BEFORE EATING HERE. I have been a loyal customer for 6 years with Panda. I am very disappointed about what I am about to say. In October of 2017, I placed a phone order for delivery with a young boy around the ages of 12-13 who answered the phone. It seems he misunderstood me when he took my order and I received 4 orders of everything. It wasn't a big deal I received my correct serving of food and my account was credited back the $135. Keep in mind I was respectful when asking for my refund. I didn't have a grumpy face but I didn't get mad at her or nor did I say anything to him. After that day the woman who works the register who usually answers the phone. She is also the mother of the young boy. She would bring up the situation with her son taken my order but blaming me. This would happen almost every time I ordered but I didn't say much in regards to it, i would let her carry on. I get it its her son, I have a son too. Plus I wanted the food so I didn't want to rocked the boat. On January 17, 2019, I called panda for another delivery the same woman answered the phone. She brings up the mistaken order up she said, "Are you sure your order is correct, this exactly what you want because you know what happen last year". This time I responded and I didn't sugar coat but respectful. I said "Ma'am I have ordered from you directly for 6 years. We haven't had any confusions with orders prior to that day. Your son made a mistake." I was annoyed that was still talking about this 13 months later and I might have been cranky that day. After my response she chuckles says ok and hang ups. We received the order shortly after. Everyone in my home including my son got extremely sick the next day. I got sick immediately after I finished the eating the food with bad stomach cramps and throwing up for days. The vomiting stop but stomach pains took days. I won't say she did anything to the food but that's the first time I ever gotten sick after eating food from there. I will say this I will never eat there again. It's very unfortunate, I am going to miss ordering from there, the food is really good. I don't understand why she was so mad, I didn't make a big deal about it ever. Her son is a kid he made a mistake , thats how we learn. In his defense I can talk fast. I am the customer I am over it and I was still giving Panda my money. Why couldnt she get over it. This food is soooo good. Not greasy not bland--a perfect balance of flavor freshness and lightness. I'm a vegetarian and got chicken and broccoli with no chicken, added a couple veggies, and got vegetable fried rice with egg for protein. So nice taking my order and it is perfect! I order from here all the time. Their sushi is decent. Nothing fancy but hits the spot. I love that they have 3 roll and 5 rolls combos available for a great price and so I won't complain. Their Chinese is typical Chinese takeout except for their House Wonton Soup which my family calls the good stuff. It's full of wonton soup, shrimp, chicken, beef, and all of the veggies. Perfect meal. I'll keep ordering because it's close to my house and I love that I can order online and save my favorite meals. read more

I was a huge fan of Panda China sushi. I ordered from Panda about once per week and loved their fresh food. As of May 2012, new manager and new sushi chef = suddenly rolls are stale, taste terrible, poorly made, ingredients are not following what is stated on the menu. I have stopped ordering completely. Maybe it's a temporary problem but I'm not experimenting again to find out. read more

Do not use ur credit card the charge more money on ur card then says it was a tip... I never tip them because they charge a delivery fee but they took money off my card that's forgery and credit card fraud I'm never ordering from here again read more

Used to always order from here on nights I wanted sushi but didn't feel like going out. Service was always great and so was the food. Last night I ordered $40 worth of food and was told 30-40 minute delivery time. After an hour passed I called and they assured me the food would arrive any minute. 15 minutes after that the food arrived. It arrived cold and soggy and our sushi tray looked like it was been picked through and was missing 6 different sushi rolls. I called the restaurant and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude to me, calling me a liar because it was impossible that anyone ate the sushi and that it was missing. I asked to speak to the owner but he had been out on a delivery (he had not delivered our food). The woman said she would have him call me when he came back. An hour and a half later he returned my call saying that if we bring the food back (it was past 9:30 at this point) and prove that it was missing piece, then we could have our money back. In the bad weather and now that it was after 9:30 PM I was not going to get in my car to prove to him that the food had been picked through. Incredibly rude and unhelpful people. The food that did arrive that wasn't picked through tasted terrible. Don't waste your money. There are plenty of chinese and sushi restaurants in the area that will give you great food and good service. This place is not it. read more
