This place was great at one point! I went to the restaurant, and there were many teenagers at the counter, three adults, and not one person asked to help me take my order. I waited 10 minutes. Other customers were complaining about the food, and another had missing items he had ordered. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.... Definitely different owners and horrible service! read more

This was the first time my husband and I ordered delivery from this restaurant. We ordered the general tsos chicken with pork fried rice and wonton soup. The chicken was decent (not as spicey as I would have liked) but the pork fried rice was delicious! They added soy sauce to their wonton soup broth (which I'm not used to). This place was way better than the other Chinese restaurant I ordered from in town. I would recommend this spot. read more

I ordered the beef with broccoli to be on the safe side since this was my first time going to this place. It had that weird filmy sauce which turned me off right away. The dumplings were a little too doughy. The prices were not bad but I would pay an extra few bucks for better food elsewhere like the new place that opened up a few blocks away called Asian Fusion. read more

OK, its nothing special, semi clean, rude staff, food is very poor quality and I truly believe they are proud of it. I doubt anything is homemade. Egg rolls are gross, but hey Americans or poor Americans love this gunk. I truly stop being a patron to most Asian cuisines because of their ethics. The reusing of Food oils, the process of the fried rice being made is gross. Also they have this "dirty american,Me better than you because i am Chinese" vibe. After ordering Seseme Chicken combo with extra pork egg roll. I paid 11 bucks great deal and when I came back to pick up my food.I caught the older Asian lady sniffing my pork fried rice to make sure it was good. Now I am Safeserve Certified and a cook of 4 years and in Culinary School. I should have cancelled my order after that. However I was jonesing for Chinese so I ate it. It usually takes 48 hours for a food born illness. After 30 mins of eating I had to run into the Shop Rite on 35and almost crap myself literally. I must have comsumed something raw or rancid. I was horrible. I should report these guys but I feel word of mouth hurts just as good. Stay away I mean it.!!! read more

Delivery guy demands tips and if you refuse they will tell you the next time you call that Delivery Guy will not deliver to your address. They will say they are Uncomfortable to deliver and that they will no longer come out instead of just coming out their face and telling your delivery guy wants a bigger tip. I have been going to Fulin Chinese for like 7 years now and they are hands DOWN the best Chinese food in town. I mean, don't get me wrong, its not exactly a Michelin star restaurant but this is about as good as a neighborhood Chinese food gets. The place is CLEAN! and the food is always fresh! And the family that runs the restaurant knows me and my husband by name and our orders by heart! Which is chicken& broccoli over pork fried rices with only eggs and scallions. BOMB!!! They're really friendly and very busy (busy is a good sign). I'm a regular and they are really friendly. When we order for our family of 5, it comes out to $35-55 and we often get 4 free sodas . Takeout takes about 20-30 minutes to be ready and delivery takes about 45-60 minutes. The food good, tasty American style Chinese takeout - nothing fancy. As far as Chinese take-out goes, this is the best in town. However, I wouldn't go as far as to tell people to drive long distances to dine here. It is what is, a solid Chinese takeout. Ordered my food to be delivered & was told it would take 25 to 30 minutes to be delivered. I waited an hour & no delivery. I called & was told it was on it's way. 15 minutes later they called me & said it would be another 15 minutes because they were busy. Really??? 1 hour & 30 minute wait for delivery???? If that were true they would have called me before the hour wait was up!!! I bet they forgot about the order & never put it in. I cancelled the order & will never use them again. The food & prices are not bad, however deliver is not always great. I've given them every opportunity to redeem themselves. Several times already our orders have gotten screwed up and they make you wait an an extended period to correct the order. One is made to feel like we're being done a favor when they do send someone over. Not appreciated when you have hungry kids to feed. :-( read more

I've been patronizing this establishment for over 10 years and unfortunately I can no longer give them my business. I ordered chicken wings and fried rice for pick up and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I get to the restaurant early and park directly in front where I see the female worker washing the windows. About 5 minutes later I enter to pick up my food and the woman washing the windows is at the counter and asked if my order was wings and fried rice, I reply yes. She then proceeds to pick up the container containing the rice and begin to place the wings in the container using tongs (I was skeptical because I just saw her washing the windows but since she was using tongs I let it slide). As she getting ready to close the container I see her take her fingers to push a wing in and I lost it. I confronted her and at first she attempted to deny what I saw but then said I will take one out and put another in. I couldn't believe what I saw and heard I expressed my disapproval and walked out the door. While driving home I get a call from a local number and it's her saying something to me in Chinese and hangs up. Never again! Food handling and safety is not a priority to them and anyone else going here should beware. read more

The food here is disgusting. I remember every time i ordered i kept giving them a chance, there delivery people are rude, stuck up and if you dont give them a tip they give you attitude and look you up and down. I remember ordering before and the food had a very strong lotion on it and it smelled DISGUSTING. Of course our meal was ruined and we only called them and complained. The second time i ordered we actually went to Fu-Lin and i had gone with my mom and we had numerous conversations with the cashier and then we took our food home. I started eating and noticed that the chicken from my chicken and broccoli was RAW. We called Fu-Lin and the same lady picked up, we told her about what happend and she denied what had happend and that she doesn't remember anyone going at that certain hour and that the order number doesn't exist. She yelled and us and cursed. DO NOT GET FU-LIN. THIS HAPPEND IN 2012-2013. THE PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND IS HONESTLY GOING DOWNHILL. read more
