The food made me sick diarrhea and vomiting. I would stay away from there. It's a shame that they sell bad food.

I ordered 6 separate dishes including 2 shrimp eggrolls. I only received 1 eggroll with my order. When I called to inform them of the mistake, I was told absolutely not it was in the bag. The lady on the phone basically called me a liar. I informed her that because someone st my house specifically ordered 2 eggrolls that I wanted them today and she said no ! My total bill for the order was in excess of $38 so I was very disappointed that she would steal $2.15 for an eggroll. Also as I was checking the rest of the order I found a straight black hair in my large order of steamed vegetables. I was completely embarrassed in front of my house full of guests that were over to watch football for the holidays. This poor service and unsanitary food completely ruined my holiday get together with friends. This business offered no attempt to resolve this situation and disconnected the call without acknowledging my situation with my order. Poor customer service and very poor food service hygiene. I also noticed that no one in the kitchen was wearing hair coverings. Be wary if you consider going to this establishment. Nothing worse than finding hair in your food. I had to throw away &38 worth of food and buy another $50 in food from another restaurant because I could not serve any of it to my guests once the hair was discovered in the food. I ordered here for the first time. I appreciate how they close at 10:30 when neighboring Chinese restaurants close before then. I ordered fried chicken wing combo with veggie fried rice, shrimp yat gaw mein soup, half fried chicken, and orange chicken. The order was ready in 15 minutes and got exactly what I ordered. The veggie fried rice is delicious and has both mushrooms and water chestnuts! Chicken was crispy. The person who rung us up was clear and concise. This is my first time here. I saw the reviews and was very hesitantly try but it was one of the few places open on Christmas Day! I got the chicken and broccoli lunch specialwith pork fried rice and wonton soup! I love it. Broccoli is cooked to perfection I normally have to bite off the broccoli stems because they're too hard but this one is perfect. The wonton soup was ok. Broth was good the wontons would've been good...However,Each wonton I had to stop eating and spit out the cartilage of the meat. Overall I give this place a 7/10. read more

BEWARE - Do NOT give them your business. I have ordered from them several times and when it is delivered the order is WRONG. ALWAYS order a side of fortune cookies. I'm charged but NEVER get them in my order. Tonight, again, I asked for a 2 liter of Sprite and a side of fortune cookies along with my meal. ......You guesses it - No Sprite , got a bottle of Coke, no Fortune cookies AGAIN and delivery took an hour. So I start to eat and I'm just annoyed so I call and tell them. He says he will send Sprite and Fortune cookies. I told him I already Opened the Coke as I had nothing to drink with my meal. Delivery comes back with Sprite and cookies. He wants the coke back. I told him I opened it like I said on the phone but I gave him the bottle. Driver takes the bag back and says he has to call. ...... and that's that. He drove away. Never bothered to tell me he wasn't leaving it. Then I get a call from Shanghai I told him I informed him I already opened the bottle of coke. And driver took back Sprite AND fortune cookies. Manager says he cannot give Sprite if coke was opened and obviously ok for me. I said it was YOUR mistake. And I still don't have cookies. It's the principle of the whole thing. It's not the first time. Always mix up and problems. This is the first time I called about it. I told him there are a million Chinese restaurants and he lost a customer iver a stupid bottle of soda and cookies. Food not that great anyway. If you want food from there PICK IT UP, they've messed up my delivery's countless time and last time not only did they mess up the order itself, they were even short of change when I called ahead to make sure they wouldn't be. $10 min? No add the tax and then a delivery charge? I called to ask what happened to my change and they tried to make ME feel bad about it it went from them being $9 short to $5 to $2, saying oh well you weren't gonna tip him?! I'm sorry I probably would've if he had change! I work off tips I understand the struggle. No need to be a jerk but it would've been nice if they said sorry for the inconvenience we'll send you a small order of this *insert food less than $5*. I know it's not that big of a deal but the fact that he was rude to a loyal customer! Regardless of that they're usually good Chinese. Asked for extra duck sauce, the woman behind the counter gave me an attitude and put TWO extra packets on the counter. And took a handful out of my bag ( of the usual hot sauce,soy,mustard etc ) and proceeded to count how many she gave me (5 packets). We had four meals. GIVE ME A BREAK. read more
