I…read morestopped in because I was gonna grab some bagels and I like to look at there dessert boxes that they have that is usually a deal on a couple different pastries. I walked into the store I wasn't greeted, but I walked into the counter. I looked at the pastries and still no one said anything to me. I looked up to see the two people behind the counter scrolling on their phones, and I could see a shot into. I guess their kitchen area behind the counter where that person was also scrolling on their phone. In my mind that is terrible customer service. The fact that they didn't greet me or asked me what I wanted as I stood there was so rude. But they didn't even realize I was there probably because everybody was scrolling on their phone. Very disappointed. And it wasn't like there was a lot of people inside. There was a small group of three people that look like they may have been waiting on food. Makes me question customer service with businesses nowadays. I left without getting anything.
