The worst place ever don't go there. The owner does not treat her employees fairly at all and she let go of the best lady there for stupid reasons, I absolutely will not give my money or even go to a salon that treats people this way. Service is one of the most important things to me whether it's towards me or towards employees at anywhere and no, I will never step foot in this place ever again. I do not recommend this business at all whatsoever my lady that did get let go. She's somewhere new and I will follow her there. Cathy is amazing with color I showed her a pic of Zach Efron with his platinum blonde hair I was nervous to take the plunge and do it but she made me feel so comfortable. Always asked if I needed water or magazines to read while I waited for the bleach to lighten. She was super at-tentative and made sure there was no discomfort during the process and she educated me on what I should expect after and what I should do to care for my new platinum look. Ask for Kendall Pelfini! She is the youngest hairstylist at Pinache studios and is very aware of what is CURRENT and TRENDING. If you are not sure about what you want to do with your hair she is excellent as recommending something new and exciting! I went from having long dirty (fried) blonde hair to platinum blonde shoulder length hair with bangs! Super edgy and I love it! She is your GO TO GIRL for blondes to brunettes, ombre to red, and even crazy colors! Ps. she does the best updos! Especially for weddings! read more

SO cute and inviting, everyone was SO friendly and sweet, and I LOVE the way Holly did my hair! She listened to what I wanted and talked to me about the best options for my hair type. I feel like most hair stylists don't take the time to listen, let alone discuss it in detail to make sure we are both on the same page before they start cutting and coloring! Holly's coloring skills are the best I've ever experienced. She also has fantastic hands and gave me a pretty great scalp massage during my wash! Such a great value for the cost, too! I had a hair cut by Kendall some months ago and it was okay. But it was basically just cutting off 1 to 2 inches of my medium length hair. But, the main reason I didn't go back sooner was the poor shampoo - I had to ask if she'd shampoo/rinse well the lower back-of-the-head area - which I don't think was even wet let-alone shampooed. A poor shampoo is unacceptable. Since we are talking about a 'hair salon' here! Anyhow, I wanted a changed look & made an appt with Kendall. Before-hand I went online and make copies of 4 similar-looking short haircuts that are popular today - nothing complicated or challenging. Cuts that look like Katie Holmes new style - the not too short but layered, feathered with tendrils in the back and by the ears. You know what I'm describing. So, my $50.+ haircut (no shampoo this time) looks like someone put a bowl on my head and chopped away - like those old pics of the Beetles comes to mind. It's chopped, not layered - it's lousy. The reason I'm bothering to write : I think before someone takes someone else's money - for something they don't know how to do - they should have the decency to tell the customer they 'don't know how to cut hair like the pics'! Why should anyone pay to have a hairdresser tell them - 'SHE' likes the back chopped look - her words not mine. Which was probably her way of saying 'I don't know how to cut, shape, feather, layer, or create the look in your pics. So I'll just hack away. read more

I walked into Panache and was greeted right away by Desiree she tried her hardest to get me in right away but she did have a stylist coming in a few hours. Desiree put me right into the books. I just started working in Napa and went to Panache on the suggestion of a colleague. The first time I went I had a great experience. Cute salon, nice girls, Kendall did a great job touching up my pixie cut that I had been neglecting and was fun to talk to the whole time. 4-5 stars for them. But I had to give it a one star on my last experience. Kendall was unavailable as I called mid-day, day of, and she was going out of town the next day. Needing my hair cleaned up for my only sibling's wedding in a week and a half, I was willing to try anyone. I got Susie M. She was nice, greeted me kindly, smelled of cigarettes, looked at the pictures I brought for inspiration and pictures I had of me, washed my hair and gave my a very nice quick head massage, and then proceeded to butcher my short short hair to look nothing like I showed her. As she cut, the cuttings would fall into my eyes, so I sat there with my eyes closed as she ruined my hair. Most of it is ok, but the worst part is at my hairline and widow's peak which is now so short and uneven I can't do anything with it even with products I don't normally use in it. It too short to try and fix. Normally I would let a bad haircut slide. But with a week and a half until my brother's wedding in which I am a bridesmaid, I am looking for headbands, ribbons, and veils to cover what Susie M. did to me. Panache is a nice place; Kendall was great; I am sure many of the other girls are great. But AVOID SUSIE M. if you don't have enough hair to take to someone else to fix. She saw me crying on the phone in the parking lot and just walked past my car, after charging me full price. read more

This place is great! Missy does my color and she is awesome. I have long hair and my appointments take a couple hours, but she never complains. She brings me ice water with lemon while I sit in the chair, it is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! I will continue to go back again and again. read more

Totally loved all of the ladies from Panache! I had them do our hair and make-up for my wedding and I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the product! Shelley was my stylist. I stopped into see her a few days prior and she made me the most beautiful red head! Her sister was also amazing with my bridesmaid's hair! I've never seen them look so hot in my life! Katie was our make-up artist and she was a whiz with covering up all of our bumps and bruises (for some reason we were a roughed up bunch!). Her false lash application looked so natural. I wanted to feel special and beautiful on my big day and the team at Panache absolutely succeed in this task! The only reason I'm not giving a perfect 5 stars is because I had to pay a $45 travel fee for each of the stylists. That seemed a bit crazy, but then again I don't do this often. read more
