My mother waiting until almost 5pm (her time) to tell me that she had not received her delivery. I checked my email and saw I received an alert 2 hours prior stating the order had been delivered. After verifying that I had entered the correct delivery address, my mother contacted the location in a panic. My mother spoke with the owner of the location and explained the situation and that this was her birthday gift and was worried and in tears that this mistake had been made on there part, delivering the arrangement to the wrong place. The owner looked into the order and told my mother he would call her back. Shortly after, my mother received a call from the owner and he was outside of her home delivering her arrangement personally! I was so grateful that the owner took the time to personally rectify this situation. I see a lot on low star reviews but I am completely happy with my experience.
