As he was fixing my phone he cracked the back of my phone never told me he cracked the back, instead he puts the phone back in the case never said nothing. I didn't check the phone until couple of days later when I went to buy a new case I noticed the back was cracked he refused to give me management number don't take your phone or iPad there. Needless to say, once I received my "repaired" phone, the "replacement lens" was entirely a different color and slightly larger than the rest. I attempted to take a picture, and while the lens was repaired, the view was still blurry and the lens was unable to properly adjust its focus. The man who repaired my phone then tried to convince me that issue was indeed corrected, and proceeded to show me that the focus was clear once you place the phone on .5 view versus the default 1x view. I told him that his repair did not properly solve the issue with my phone, and he proceeded to say "Well you didn't ask me about the view. You just wanted the lens repaired" - while this might be true, the problem here is that instead of being a genuine and honest salesman, he proceeded to take my $26.50 non-refundable payment to provide a solution for a problem that he KNEW he couldn't fix. Not to mention, replace the lens with an oversized lens of a completely differently color. Consequently, I asked him to remove the faulty lens from my phone and restore it to the condition it was when I initially brought it in, so that I can proceed with requesting a replacement from the Apple Store. Casing point - if you're looking for a quick fix to your phone, be advised that all of their replacement parts are faulty and will deem your phone out of warranty for future repairs through your authorized retailer. Trust me: this is the second time I've been scammed by these folks (shame on me), and ended up STILL having to visit the Apple Store to pay more so I KNOW. #BEWARE

I'm not really sure how this store remains open…read more It was fairly bare in the accessories and shoe departments. The racks were somewhat bare as well;however, what they had was decent. After perusing the store, I learned that most of the jewelry/accessories were locked up in a case, which I didn't quite understand. High theft maybe? They appeared to need more staff available to consumers. Can't say that I would purposely return.

He didn't greet us and the was stuffing everything thing in one bag. I had to ask for a second and third bag! I brought lots of soaps and lotions for easter baskets. Nevertheless I'll probably never come here again. I was hoping to have a good experience as I've had at other stores like this. The store was dirty!! Clothes, shoes, toys, towels etc all over the floor. I almost fell several times! I'm on crutches, so walking these days have been at little difficult! Im not expecting to have a Nordstrom experience. But I was really expecting a little more than this! If your going to have a filthy store at least have good customer service!! Sad to say both fell way below expectations this go around! They need to do some training!!!! Btw Google says this store closes at 11 it closed at 10 tonight!

I am extremely disappointed in our treatment, the lack of professionalism and the constant…read moredismissive behavior that we were rendered on Saturday May 2, 2026. An experience that was supposed to be memorable, ruined by an employee who was more concerned with upselling a used tux than helping my son find something for his first prom. The lady that was there was kind and welcoming. Unfortunately we were helped by an older man who had locks and glasses. Never did extend his name. (Edit looking at other reviews his name may be Dew or Drew) When we first got there it was super busy. This is understandable considering the size of the store and only two employees on the floor. My family and I patiently waited for 15 minutes to let the man know why we were they, in which he says we are late prom people and we should have gotten a look together weeks in advance and that the rental requires 30 days in advance and they would not be able to receive it. We were told we would have to find something in the store , he points to a rack against the wall. I was under the impression that these were rental tux's. He never took time to explain any of it. After being there for another 45 minutes of waiting to get help because he kept saying he would be with us but then taking people who came in after us, we finally got to the point where he talked to me and told my son to try on the tux we found. It was perfect. Looking at it, it didn't need anything done. Mind you I'm thinking this is a rental because there is not a price on it, the size tags are ripped off and you can visually look and see it's been worn, not to mention the bow tie in the pocket. When my son comes out of the dressing room, he ignores my kid and has small talk with a lady who came in with her kid. When he decides he is finished with the conversation, he looks at my son, and says ohhh you found something. It's $450. I said this is not a new suit and where do you see $450 because there are no tags on this and the size patch was cut out, this tux is worn. I said I thought this was a rental? He then says well the rentals are basic, I can go get you a catalog and walks off again. I am highly upset and I wanted his first experience to be special. It was not. Trying to support a black owned business and got treated like a peasant in the process. The funny thing is, if he knew who I was and what I did for a living, I guarantee he would not have done all of that. Treat people right! You never know who could be a blessing to you. I really do hope the owner reaches out to me. I would love to have a conversation. I have attached pics of the "basic tux" we wanted and the timeframe on the website that we would have indeed gotten the tux on time. Update: I wanted to reach out to them on their business page on Instagram to let the owner know about the interaction. I will include photos. I was blocked from their page after sending the message.

Sadly, I cannot recommend this business. We were excited to support a Black-owned establishment,…read morebut unfortunately, their commitment to genuine customer service is lacking. While they do have some amazing employees who clearly care and do great work, the leadership and ownership do not seem to share the same dedication to customer satisfaction. Their selection of tuxedos and suits is extensive, which is a definite plus. However, if you plan to rent a tuxedo, be prepared to pay around $250, plus a $160 deposit, with a requirement to return the rental the very next day. For that $250, you receive only a jacket and slacks--no shirt, shoes, tie, vest, or pocket square which makes the value questionable. At that price point, I strongly recommend investing in your own tuxedo or renting elsewhere. Many other places offer complete tuxedo packages (including all accessories) for under $200, with a more reasonable 2-3 day return window and a stronger commitment to valuing your time and money. #SadButTrue
